when high-pressure oil exists in the input shaft working oil way (20), the high-pressure oil exists in the piston cavity (27), the piston (6) overcomes the pressing force of the spring (7) and moves towards the direction far away from the clutch (2), the clutch (2) is in a release state, power cannot be transmitted to the output shaft (16), and the output shaft (16) does not output power.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a gear shifting structure, in particular to a normally closed clutch structure and a using method thereof.

Background

At present, most of gear shifting mechanisms of manual gear transmissions matched with domestic tractors still adopt the gear shifting of a meshing sleeve at the lowest end, and synchronizer gear shifting and power gear shifting products with advanced technology are also produced in the market in recent years. However, the transmission axle box assembly of the power gear shifting product is generally imported directly from foreign countries, and the cost is high. More advanced and complex mechanical hydraulic power split CVT products than the power gear shifting technical level already account for half of the market in Europe, but a tractor matched with the CVT still is blank in the domestic market. The synchronizer has large gear shifting impact, and compared with the synchronizer, the clutch gear shifting structure has small gear shifting impact. However, the existing clutch structure is basically of a normally open type, namely, the clutch is in an open state when a working oil way does not have high-pressure oil, and the clutch is in a closed state when the working oil way has the high-pressure oil.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a normally closed clutch structure and a use method thereof.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a normally closed clutch structure comprises an input shaft, an output shaft, a clutch inner hub, a piston, a spring, a clutch support and a clutch gear ring;

the clutch inner hub is fixedly sleeved on the input shaft, the spring, the piston and the clutch are sequentially sleeved on the clutch inner hub, one side of the spring, which is far away from the piston, is fixed, and the spring is in a compressed state;

the output shaft and the input shaft are coaxially and oppositely arranged, the clutch support is fixedly sleeved on the output shaft, one end of the clutch gear ring is fixedly sleeved on the clutch support, the inner ring at the other end of the clutch gear ring is connected with a friction plate in the clutch through a spline, and the inner ring of the clutch is connected with the inner hub of the clutch through a spline;

one side of the piston close to the clutch is provided with a piston cavity, an input shaft working oil path is arranged in the input shaft, and the input shaft working oil path is communicated with the piston cavity through the clutch inner hub.

Preferably, the outer ring of the clutch inner hub is arranged in a secondary stepped shaft mode and comprises a primary shaft section and a secondary shaft section, the diameters of the primary shaft section and the secondary shaft section are sequentially increased, the spring and the piston are sleeved on the primary shaft section of the clutch inner hub, and the clutch is sleeved on the secondary shaft section;

the piston is internally provided with a secondary stepped hole and comprises a primary hole section and a secondary hole section, the diameters of the primary hole section and the secondary hole section are sequentially increased, the primary hole section is close to the spring, and the secondary hole section is far away from the spring; an outer ring step is formed between the first-stage shaft section and the second-stage shaft section of the clutch inner hub, a check ring is arranged between the piston and the outer ring step, the check ring is sleeved on the first-stage shaft section of the clutch inner hub and is positioned in the second-stage hole section of the piston, one side of the check ring is attached to the step surface of the clutch inner hub outer ring step, and a sealed piston cavity is formed between the piston and the check ring.

Preferably, the clutch is close to the output shaft, and the piston is far away from the output shaft; the output shaft is provided with an output shaft lubricating oil path, and the input shaft lubricating oil path is communicated with the output shaft lubricating oil path through the V-shaped ring; an output shaft lubricating oil hole is formed in the output shaft, and an output shaft lubricating oil path, the output shaft lubricating oil hole and the clutch inner hub lubricating oil hole are communicated in sequence.

The application method of the normally closed clutch structure comprises the steps that power is input from an input shaft, when high-pressure oil does not exist in a working oil path of the input shaft, the high-pressure oil does not exist in a piston cavity, a spring presses a piston to one side close to a clutch to enable the clutch to be in a closed state, and the power is transmitted to a clutch gear ring and then is transmitted to an output shaft;

when high-pressure oil is in the working oil path of the input shaft, the high-pressure oil is in the piston cavity, the piston overcomes the pressing force of the spring and moves towards the direction far away from the clutch, and the clutch is in a release state. The power cannot be transmitted to the output shaft, and the output shaft does not output the power.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

the normally closed clutch structure of the invention integrates parts such as an input shaft, a clutch support, a piston, a clutch, an output shaft and the like. Furthermore, a lubricating oil passage is arranged, and when lubricating oil exists in the input shaft lubricating oil passage, the lubricating oil can enter the clutch to lubricate the clutch.

Detailed Description

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative, but not limiting, of the invention.

The normally closed clutch structure of the invention integrates parts such as an input shaft, a clutch support, a piston, a clutch friction plate set, an output shaft and the like. After power is transmitted from the input shaft to the clutch inner hub, the working oil path is not filled with high-pressure oil, and the piston presses the clutch because the spring is in a pressing state. Thereby transmitting the power to the output shaft and transmitting the power. When the working oil way is filled with high-pressure oil, the high-pressure oil pushes the piston to move right, the clutch is opened, and power cannot be transmitted to the output shaft from the input shaft.

As shown in fig. 1, the normally closed clutch structure of the present invention includes an input shaft 9, an output shaft 16, a clutch 2, a clutch inner hub 5, a piston 6, a spring 7, a clutch support 15, and a clutch ring 1.

The outer ring of the hub 5 in the clutch is arranged in a secondary stepped shaft mode and comprises a primary shaft section and a secondary shaft section, the diameters of the primary shaft section and the secondary shaft section are sequentially increased, the primary shaft section is sleeved on the input shaft 9, and the hub 5 and the input shaft 9 in the clutch are connected through a first spline 21. The spring 7 and the piston 6 are sleeved on the primary shaft section of the clutch inner hub 5, the clutch 2 is sleeved on the secondary shaft section, and the piston 6 is located between the spring 7 and the clutch 2. One side of the spring 7, which is far away from the piston 6, is provided with a spacer 8 and a first snap ring 10, the spacer 8 and the first snap ring 10 are sleeved on the clutch inner hub 5, the spacer 8 is located between the spring 7 and the first snap ring 10, and the spring 7 is compressed tightly by the spacer 8 and the first snap ring 10.

One side that piston 6 was kept away from to clutch 2 is provided with the second backplate, and one side that clutch 2 was kept away from to the second backplate is provided with fourth snap ring 18, and one side and the clutch 2 contact of second backplate, opposite side and the contact of fourth snap ring 18, fourth snap ring 18 suit are on hub 5 in the clutch to hub 5's axial position in clutch 2 and the clutch is prescribed a limit to through fourth snap ring 18.

The output shaft 16 and the input shaft 9 are coaxially and oppositely arranged, the clutch support 15 is sleeved on the output shaft 16, the clutch support 15 is connected with the output shaft 16 through a spline E, the clutch support 15 is connected with the output shaft 16 through a third snap ring 17, and therefore the axial relative position of the clutch support 15 and the output shaft 16 is limited through the third snap ring 17. One end of the clutch gear ring 1 is sleeved on the clutch support 15 and is connected through a third spline 25, the clutch gear ring 1 and the clutch support 15 are further connected through a second snap ring 14, and the relative axial position of the clutch gear ring 1 and the clutch support 15 is limited through the second snap ring 14; the inner ring at the other end of the clutch gear ring is connected with a friction plate in the clutch through a spline.

Piston 6 is inside to be the setting of second grade shoulder hole, including the one-level hole section and the second grade hole section that the diameter increases in proper order, and the one-level hole section is close to spring 7, and spring 7 is kept away from to the second grade hole section. An outer ring step is formed between the first-stage shaft section and the second-stage shaft section of the hub 5 in the clutch, a retainer ring 4 is arranged between the outer ring step of the hub 5 in the piston 6 and the clutch, the retainer ring 4 is sleeved on the first-stage shaft section of the hub 5 in the clutch and is located in the second-stage hole section of the piston 6, one side of the retainer ring 4 is attached to the step surface of the outer ring step of the hub 5 in the clutch, the inner ring of the retainer ring 4 is in sealing contact with the hub 5 in the clutch through a first sealing ring 12, the outer ring of the retainer ring 4 is in sealing contact with the piston 6 through a second sealing ring, and a sealed piston cavity 27 is formed. An input shaft working oil path 20 is provided in the input shaft 9, and the input shaft working oil path 20 communicates with the piston chamber 27 through the clutch inner hub 5. The inner ring of the piston 6 is in sealing contact with the clutch inner hub 5 through a third sealing ring, and a fourth sealing ring and a fifth sealing ring 11 are respectively arranged at the positions of the input shaft 9, which are positioned at the two sides of the outlet of the input shaft working oil path 20, so that the clutch inner hub 5 is in sealing contact with the input shaft 9.

In one embodiment, the clutch 2 is close to the output shaft and the piston 6 is far from the output shaft. The opposite end of the input shaft 9 and the output shaft 16 is connected through a V-shaped ring, an input shaft lubricating oil path 19 is arranged on the input shaft 9, an output shaft lubricating oil path 24 is arranged on the output shaft 16, and the input shaft lubricating oil path 19 and the output shaft lubricating oil path 24 are communicated through the V-shaped ring. An output shaft lubricating oil hole 22 is formed in the output shaft 16, a clutch inner hub lubricating oil hole 26 is formed in the second-stage shaft section of the clutch inner hub 5, an output shaft lubricating oil path 24, the output shaft lubricating oil hole 22 and the clutch inner hub lubricating oil hole 26 are communicated in sequence, and the other end of the clutch inner hub lubricating oil hole 26 is communicated with the clutch 2. And a clutch gear ring lubricating oil hole is formed in the clutch gear ring 1, one end of the clutch gear ring lubricating oil hole is communicated with the clutch 2, and the other end of the clutch gear ring lubricating oil hole is communicated with the lubricating oil tank body.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the input shaft 9 is not filled with high pressure oil in the input shaft working oil path 20, the piston chamber 27 is not filled with high pressure oil, the spring 7 presses the piston 6 to the side close to the clutch 2, and the clutch 2 is in a closed state. Power is transmitted through the clutch inner hub 5 and then through the clutch 2 to the clutch ring gear 1, and then through the second spline 23 to the output shaft 16.

When high-pressure oil is in the input shaft working oil path 20 of the input shaft 9, the piston cavity 27 is filled with high-pressure oil, the piston 6 overcomes the pressing force of the disc spring 7 and moves towards the direction far away from the clutch 2, and the clutch 2 is in a release state. The power cannot be transmitted to the output shaft 16, and the output shaft 16 does not output the power.

When lubricating oil exists in the input shaft lubricating oil path 19 on the input shaft 9, the lubricating oil reaches the output shaft lubricating oil path 24 through the V-shaped ring 13, then sequentially enters the clutch 2 through the output shaft lubricating oil hole 22 and the clutch inner hub lubricating oil hole 26 to lubricate the clutch 2, and finally flows back to the lubricating oil tank body through the clutch gear ring lubricating oil hole.

The clutch structure developed by the invention belongs to a key structure of a CVT gearbox and is used for controlling the connection and disconnection of a front drive shaft of the gearbox. The normally closed clutch structure can ensure the connection and disconnection of the front drive shaft, has compact structure, is in a normally closed state, and outputs power by the front drive shaft when a working oil path of a clutch piston does not contain high-pressure oil; when the working oil path has high-pressure oil, the clutch is opened, and the front driving power is cut off. The clutch is in a normally closed state, power can be transmitted at the time, the front driving shaft can still transmit power under the condition that a hydraulic system and an electric control system of the whole vehicle fail, and the structure is safe. The transmission of the power of the front drive shaft is controlled through the clutch, the structure is compact, and the control is simple.
