The invention relates to a gas cylinder supporting device, in particular to a compressed gas cylinder supporting device for a double-nozzle vehicle and a mounting structure thereof.

Background

The compressed gas cylinder for the vehicle is widely applied to the automobile at present due to the characteristics of convenient and safe use, repeated filling and the like. The conventional structure of the compressed gas cylinder for the vehicle is a cylinder in the middle, the two ends of the compressed gas cylinder are of hemispherical structures, and one end or the two ends of the compressed gas cylinder are provided with cylinder mouths which are communicated with a pipeline for supplying gas. The existing commonly used gas cylinder supporting frame is in a saddle type structure, is fixed by a pull belt, and is protected by a full-bag type frame at two ends. The frame has large requirements on installation space, and meanwhile, the frame is heavy in weight and cannot meet the requirement of light weight. Therefore, a gas cylinder supporting device for a light vehicle is needed, which can reduce the weight and the requirement of the installation space while ensuring the installation strength.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a compressed gas cylinder supporting device for a double-nozzle vehicle and an installation structure thereof, which can reduce the weight of the supporting device and reduce the requirement on installation space while ensuring the installation strength of a gas cylinder.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention firstly provides a compressed gas cylinder supporting device for a dual-nozzle vehicle, comprising two supporting components and a shield component; for each support assembly, the support assembly comprises a support plate, a girder connecting seat fixed on one side of the support plate and a shield connecting plate fixed on the other side of the support plate; the middle part of the supporting plate is provided with a cylinder mouth fixing structure which can surround and fix the cylinder mouth of the gas cylinder; and two ends of the shield assembly are respectively detachably and fixedly connected to the shield connecting plate of one support assembly.

Preferably, the bottle mouth fixing structure comprises a bottle mouth mounting opening capable of accommodating a bottle mouth of the gas bottle, a bottle mouth supporting seat fixedly arranged below the bottle mouth mounting opening, and a lock catch pressing plate detachably fixed above the bottle mouth supporting seat; and the lock catch pressing plate and the cylinder mouth supporting seat are folded to form an annular hoop structure capable of pressing and fixing the cylinder mouth of the gas cylinder.

The lock catch pressure plate is provided with a limit nut and a limit screw matched with the limit nut; the limiting screw is in threaded connection with the limiting nut, and the front end of the limiting screw can penetrate through the locking and pressing plate and can penetrate through the limiting nut in an adjustable length.

Preferably, the cylinder mouth fixing structure is provided with a buffer rubber ring at the position contacting with the cylinder mouth of the gas cylinder, and a rubber retaining ring at the position contacting with the cylinder shoulder of the gas cylinder. This scheme makes the gas cylinder all be equipped with the rubber buffering between axial and radial two directions and bottle neck fixed knot construct, avoids the rigidity contact, protects the gas cylinder.

Preferably, the guard shield connecting plate is fan-shaped, a flange is arranged on the outer edge of the guard shield connecting plate, and the guard shield assembly is detachably fixed on the flange.

Preferably, the shield assembly is a perforated metal plate bent into an arc shape.

Preferably, the supporting plate adopts a bent plate structure to ensure the overall strength.

The invention further provides a compressed gas cylinder mounting structure for a double-nozzle vehicle, which comprises a gas cylinder and the support device, wherein the support device is fixed on a vehicle girder through two girder connecting seats, and two gas cylinder nozzles of the gas cylinder are respectively mounted on one support component through a nozzle fixing structure; and two ends of the shield assembly are respectively detachably and fixedly connected to the shield connecting plate of one support assembly, and form a semi-surrounding structure from the outer side of the gas cylinder.

Preferably, the bottle mouth fixing structure comprises a bottle mouth mounting opening capable of accommodating a bottle mouth of the gas bottle, a bottle mouth supporting seat fixedly arranged below the bottle mouth mounting opening, and a lock catch pressing plate detachably fixed above the bottle mouth supporting seat; the lock catch pressing plate and the cylinder mouth supporting seat are folded to form an annular clamp, and the cylinder mouth of the gas cylinder is pressed and fixed; the lock catch pressure plate is provided with a limit nut and a limit screw matched with the limit nut; and the front end of the limiting screw penetrates through the lock catch pressing plate and extends into the limiting blind hole to limit the gas cylinder.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the two supporting components are adopted to support the bottle mouths at the two ends of the gas bottle, so that the weight of the supporting frame structure is greatly reduced compared with a saddle type structure which supports from the side surface while the installation strength of the supporting frame structure is ensured;

2) the overall dimension is smaller, the installation requirement under the condition of small installation space can be ensured, the installation is more convenient, and the installation difficulty of the gas cylinder is greatly reduced.
