The material clamping roller 460 is horizontally arranged in the material guide groove 420 along the operation direction of the drying conveyor belt 220, the material clamping roller 460 is rotatably connected with the material guide plate 410, the material clamping roller 460 clamps the polyester filament bundle strip 100, the material clamping roller 460 is connected with a driving piece for driving the polyester filament bundle strip to axially rotate, the driving piece is a rotating motor 470, the rotating motor 470 is welded with the material guide plate 410, and the output shaft of the rotating motor 470 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the output shaft of the material clamping roller 460.

The drawing assembly comprises a pair of drawing rollers 480, the drawing rollers 480 are horizontally arranged perpendicular to the material guide plate 410, the drawing rollers 480 clamp the polyester yarn bundle strips 100, the drawing rollers 480 are connected with supporting rods 490 for supporting the drawing rollers, the drawing rollers 480 are connected with power parts for driving the drawing rollers to rotate, the power parts are power motors 500, the power motors 500 are fixedly welded with the supporting rods 490, and output shafts of the power motors 500 are fixedly connected with the drawing rollers 480 through coaxial keys.

The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: during operation, the swing frame 310 swings, and meanwhile, the feeding and spreading conveyor belt 320 runs, and along with the running of the feeding and spreading conveyor belt 320, the polyester yarn bundle strip 100 will firstly act with the side baffle 360 and turn over and spread at the position of the guide material turning plate 350, then run along the inclined direction of the guide material turning plate 350 and fall to the position of the drying conveyor belt 220, and the flatter polyester yarn bundle strip 100 is at the position of the drying conveyor belt 220, and then the drying conveyor belt 220 conveys the polyester yarn bundle strip 100 to pass through the box 210 for drying, and the dried polyester yarn bundle strip 100 runs to the position of the material guide plate 410, and the driving motor 450 rotates to control the material guide plate 410 to run in a reciprocating manner, and while the material guide plate 410 runs, the rotating motor 470 drives the material clamping roller 460 to rotate to pull the polyester yarn bundle strip 100 to pass through the material guide chute 420, and meanwhile, the power motor 500 rotates to make the pulling roller 480 pull the polyester yarn bundle strip 100.
