The draining device 3 comprises a driving frame 31, a driven frame 32 and a contact rod 33, wherein the driving frame 31 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the galvanizing bath 1, the front end of the driving frame 31 is connected with the driven frame 32 in a sliding fit manner, and the contact rod 33 is fixedly arranged at the right end of the lower side of the driven frame 32;

the driving frame 31 comprises a rectangular cross rod 311, small balls 312 and a rectangular upright rod 313, the rectangular cross rod 311 is fixedly mounted on a supporting frame at the upper end of the left side of the galvanizing bath 1, a square groove is formed in the middle of the rectangular cross rod 311, the small balls 312 are uniformly mounted in the square groove through a pin shaft, the small balls 312 are connected with the rectangular upright rod 313 in a sliding fit manner, and square blocks larger than the square groove are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the rectangular upright rod 313;

the driven frame 32 comprises square sliding blocks 321, support rods 322 and cylindrical upright rods 323, stepped grooves are formed in the rectangular cross rods 311, the stepped grooves are uniformly connected with the square sliding blocks 321 in a sliding fit mode, the upper ends of the square sliding blocks 321 at the rearmost ends are connected with one ends of the support rods 322 through hinge pins, the other ends of the support rods 322 are connected with the upper ends of the rectangular upright rods 313 through hinge pins, the upper ends of every two adjacent square sliding blocks 321 are connected through the rectangular rods, and the cylindrical upright rods 323 are fixedly mounted at the lower ends of the square sliding blocks 321;

the contact rod 33 is cylindrical, V-shaped grooves are uniformly formed in the surfaces of the front end and the rear end of the contact rod 33, a scraper is arranged at the upper end of the contact rod 33, a sharp rectangular sheet is arranged in the middle of the scraper, arc plates are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the scraper, and rubber blocks are arranged on the surfaces of the arc plates;

after the pipe fitting is galvanized, the telescopic bracket 21 drives the pipe fitting to move upwards until the support plate 22 is contacted with the driving frame 31, so that the driving frame 31 moves upwards, the driven frame 32 is driven to move backwards, the contact rod 33 is connected with the right lower end of the pipe fitting, and redundant zinc liquid is drained and dripped to the galvanizing bath 1, and the contact rod 33 can clean zinc nodules and zinc burrs on the surface of the rotating pipe fitting;

the telescopic bracket 21 drives the supporting plate 22 to move upwards, the upper end of the supporting plate 22 is contacted with the lower end of the rectangular vertical rod 313 so as to drive the rectangular vertical rod 313 to move upwards, and the sliding friction between the rectangular vertical rod 313 and the rectangular cross rod 311 is changed into rolling friction by the small ball 312 arranged in the square groove, so that the friction force is reduced, and the movement of the rectangular vertical rod 313 is facilitated;

the rectangular upright 313 moves upwards, so that the angle of the support rod 322 is changed, and finally the cylindrical upright 323 below the square sliding block 321 is driven to move backwards;

thereby cylinder pole setting 323 moves backward and drives contact bar 33 and pipe fitting lower extreme and contact, the arc board strikes off unnecessary zinc liquid to the V-arrangement recess with pipe fitting contact, the speed that unnecessary zinc liquid flows downwards is accelerated to the V-arrangement recess, final unnecessary zinc liquid gathering drips to the galvanizing bath in, the rectangle piece is with the pipe fitting surface's in the rotation zinc tumour, the zinc thorn is clear away, the block rubber on the arc board has great elasticity, neither can be because of the pipe fitting surface zinc tumour, the zinc thorn produces the hindrance to pipe fitting rotation, can carry out polishing treatment to the pipe fitting surface after advancing to clear away, in order to reach the purpose that improves the pipe fitting quality.

The left side and the right side of the upper end of the galvanizing bath 1 are both provided with support frames, the support frames are rectangular plates provided with grooves, the rectangular plate at the left end is fixedly provided with a driving frame 31, and the rectangular plate at the right end is connected with a contact rod 33 in a sliding fit manner; the zinc liquid of 1 lower extreme of galvanizing bath carries out the galvanizing to the pipe fitting, and the support frame is only installed at both ends about 1 upper end of galvanizing bath, is favorable to the air to flow to accelerate the drippage of pipe fitting.

The structure of the second clamping block 273 is approximately the same as that of the first clamping block 26, a cylindrical rod is arranged at the left end of the cylindrical block, and a magnet is arranged at the tail end of the cylindrical rod; when the second clamping block 273 is used for sealing and fixing the right end of the pipe fitting, the magnet on the cylindrical rod is in contact with the cylindrical block 262 of the first clamping block 26, and the sealing degree of the left end and the right end of the pipe fitting is further improved.
