Background

The reed is an important part of the air jet loom, and due to the reasons of product quality problems, use problems and the like, burrs, abrasion, deformation and the like are easy to occur in a reed groove of the reed. The reed groove is a main part of weft insertion movement of the loom, and if the reed groove is damaged, the following defects are caused: the machine cannot be normally driven, and the effective working time of a workshop is influenced; continuous defects such as weft shrinkage, small weft and the like which cannot be repaired can be generated; the labor productivity is reduced, and the enterprise benefit is directly influenced.

The using method of the special-shaped reed groove detection device of the air jet loom comprises the following steps:

A. inserting the fixing rod into the blind hole, adjusting the insertion depth of the fixing rod in the vertical direction, and adjusting the working depth of the steel measuring head to be adaptive to the reed groove of the tested reed;

B. placing the base on a reed of the air jet loom, matching the left positioning point with the left bump, matching the right positioning point with the right bump, and making the lower end plane part of the base in surface contact with the upper end plane part of the reed; so that the base can translate relative to the reed but not tilt or rotate; at the moment, a measuring head of the dial indicator is inserted into a reed groove of the reed;

C. pushing the base along the width direction of the reed to enable the base and the dial indicator to move horizontally relative to the reed; and observing the reading of the dial indicator in the moving process, and if the reading exceeds a specified threshold value, judging that the reed groove of the reed is unqualified.

The advantages of the invention are embodied in that: the dial indicator is used as a detection tool, flaws inside the reed groove can be detected quickly, the detection speed is high, and the detection precision is high. The device has small size, convenient operation and simple disassembly and assembly. The reed which is installed on the weaving machine does not need to be disassembled, and the device can be used for online detection.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the detection device for the profiled reed groove of the air jet loom of the invention comprises a reed 1 of the air jet loom, wherein a left bump 10 and a right bump 11 are arranged on the reed 1, the left bump 10 is higher than the right bump 11 in the vertical direction, and a reed groove 12 is formed between the left bump 10 and the right bump 11; the method is characterized in that: the positioning device is characterized by further comprising a base 2 made of nylon, wherein a groove is milled and dug in the lower portion of the base 2, the groove comprises a left positioning point 20 and a right positioning point 21, and the left positioning point 20 is higher than the right positioning point 21 in the vertical direction; the dial indicator 3 comprises a fixing rod 30, a measuring rod 31 is arranged below the fixing rod 30, and a measuring head 32 is arranged at the bottom end of the measuring rod 31; the upper end part of the base 2 is provided with a blind hole 22, and the lower end of the blind hole 22 is provided with a through hole 23; the fixing rod 30 is in interference fit with the blind hole 22; the measuring rod 31 is in clearance fit with the through hole 23; the free end of the measuring rod 31 extends out of the base 2.

A. the fixing rod 30 is inserted into the blind hole 22, the insertion depth of the fixing rod 30 is adjusted in the vertical direction, and the working depth of the steel measuring head 32 is adjusted to be matched with the reed groove 12 of the reed 1 to be measured.

In the invention, the dial indicator 3 can rotate relative to the base 2 in the axial direction, so that the dial can rotate under a complex online working condition, and a detection person can observe readings conveniently.

B. Placing a base 2 on a reed 1 of an air jet loom, wherein a left positioning point 20 is matched with a left bump 10, a right positioning point 21 is matched with a right bump 11, and the lower end plane part of the base 2 is in surface contact with the upper end plane part of the reed 1; so that the base 2 can move horizontally but not pitch or rotate relative to the reed 1; at this time, the gauge head 32 of the dial gauge is inserted into the reed groove 12 of the reed.

C. Pushing the base 2 along the width direction of the reed 1 to enable the base 2 and the dial indicator 3 to translate relative to the reed 1; and (3) observing the reading of the dial indicator 3 in the moving process, and if the reading exceeds a specified threshold value, judging that the reed groove 12 of the reed 1 is unqualified.
