The coaxial resonator deburring tool of claim 1, wherein both ends of the mounting plate are provided with mounting holes, the end of the second cutter body is provided with a through hole, the second cutter body is hinged with the mounting plate through a pin, and the pin passes through the mounting holes and the through hole simultaneously.

one end of the second knife handle is hinged to one end of the mounting plate;

the second clamp is cylindrical and is arranged at the other end of the second cutter handle; and

and the second collet chuck is arranged in the second clamp in a penetrating manner and is used for clamping the arc-shaped blade.

The coaxial resonator deburring tool of claim 7, wherein the first shank is provided with a first groove, a first through hole is formed in the first groove, the second shank is provided with a second groove, a second through hole is formed in the second groove, and two ends of the tension spring are respectively fixed in the first through hole and the second through hole through screws.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of workpiece surface machining, and particularly relates to a coaxial resonator burr removing tool.

Background

The coaxial resonator is a cylinder, the center of the coaxial resonator is provided with a through hole, the surface of the coaxial resonator is protected by a plating layer, and different lengths are required to be intercepted before use, so that burr redundancy can be generated after interception, and if the redundancy is not removed, the weldability of the coaxial resonator is greatly influenced, and the performance of a product can be influenced. At present, the burr removing tooling equipment is mostly carried out in a grinding mode in China, and although grinding can effectively remove burrs, the protective layer is damaged in the burr removing process of some resonators with protective layers. The grinding method is not suitable for all the burr removal work. At present, no proper tooling equipment is provided for removing burrs of the coaxial resonator, a scalpel is manually used for removing the burrs before the burrs are removed, the efficiency is low, the potential safety hazard is generated, and the coaxial resonator beamers in large batch are not easy to operate.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a coaxial resonator burr removing tool, aiming at efficiently removing burrs of a large batch of coaxial resonators in a mechanical mode.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: providing a coaxial resonator burr removing tool which comprises a support, a first cutter body, a second cutter body and a tension spring; the bracket is provided with an installation plate and a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is fixedly arranged in the middle of the installation plate; the first cutter body is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate, the first cutter body and the rotating shaft are positioned on the opposite sides of the mounting plate, a triangular blade is arranged at the top end of the first cutter body, and the triangular blade is used for removing burrs in a through hole in the coaxial resonator; the two second cutter bodies are respectively hinged to two ends of the mounting plate, the top end of each second cutter body is provided with an arc-shaped blade, the arc-shaped blades are used for removing burrs on the side face of the coaxial resonator, and the first cutter body and the second cutter body are located on the same side of the mounting plate; and the extension springs are two and are respectively positioned between the first cutter body and the second cutter body, one end of each extension spring is fixedly arranged on the first cutter body, the other end of each extension spring is fixedly arranged on the second cutter body, and the extension springs are used for enabling the arc-shaped blade and the side surface of the coaxial resonator to be always kept in contact.

The coaxial resonator burr removing tool provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the bracket is provided with the mounting plate and the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is fixedly arranged in the middle of the mounting plate, and when the rotating shaft rotates, the mounting plate also rotates along with the rotating shaft; the first cutter body and the rotating shaft are relatively fixed on two sides of the mounting plate, the two second cutter bodies are respectively hinged with two ends of the mounting plate, the triangular blade arranged at the top of the first cutter body extends into the through hole of the coaxial resonator, the arc-shaped blade arranged at the top of the second cutter body is contacted with the outer side of the coaxial resonator, a tension spring is arranged between the first cutter body and the second cutter body, the tension spring ensures that the arc-shaped blade and the coaxial resonator are always kept in contact, when the whole device rotates, the triangular blade can remove burrs in the through hole of the coaxial resonator, and the arc-shaped blade can remove burrs on the outer side of the coaxial resonator; the coaxial resonator burr removing tool is simple in structure and easy to operate, and burrs on the through hole and the outer side face of the coaxial resonator can be removed.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the coaxial resonator deburring tool provided by the present invention will now be described. The coaxial resonator burr removing tool comprises a support 1, a first cutter body 2, a second cutter body 3 and a tension spring 4; the support 1 is provided with an installation plate 11 and a rotating shaft 12, the rotating shaft 12 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the installation plate 11, the first cutter body 2 is fixedly arranged on the installation plate 11, the first cutter body 2 and the rotating shaft 12 are positioned on the opposite sides of the installation plate 11, the top end of the first cutter body 2 is provided with a triangular blade 21, the triangular blade 21 is used for removing burrs in a through hole in the coaxial resonator 6, the number of the second cutter bodies 3 is two, the two second cutter bodies 3 are respectively hinged to the two ends of the installation plate 11, the top end of the second cutter body 3 is provided with an arc-shaped blade 31, the arc-shaped blade 31 is used for removing burrs on the side face of the coaxial resonator 6, the first cutter body 2 and the second cutter body 3 are positioned on the same side of the installation plate 11, the number of the tension springs 4 is two, the two tension springs 4 are respectively positioned between the first cutter body 2 and the second cutter body 3, one end of each tension spring 4.

The coaxial resonator burr removing tool is suitable for a coaxial resonator shown in figure 1, compared with the prior art, the mounting plate 11 and the rotating shaft 12 are arranged in the support 1, and the rotating shaft 12 is arranged in the middle of the mounting plate 11, so that the rotating form can greatly reduce the integral moment of inertia and is beneficial to enabling the whole device to rotate quickly; the first cutter body 2 is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate 11 and is arranged opposite to the rotating shaft 12, so that no interference exists between the first cutter body 2 and the rotating shaft 12 when the rotating shaft 12 rotates; the top of the first cutter body 2 is provided with a triangular blade 21, the triangular blade 21 can extend into the through hole of the coaxial resonator 6, and when the first cutter body 2 rotates, the triangular blade 21 also rotates along with the through hole, so that burrs in the through hole of the coaxial resonator 6 can be removed; the two second cutter bodies 3 are hinged to two sides of the mounting plate 11 and symmetrically arranged relative to the first cutter body 2, the two tension springs 4 are arranged between the first cutter body 2 and the second cutter body 3, and the tension springs 4 can ensure that an arc-shaped blade 31 arranged at the top of the second cutter body 3 keeps contact with the outer side of the coaxial resonator 6, so that burrs on the outer side of the coaxial resonator 6 can be removed. The specific working principle of the coaxial resonator burr removing tool provided by the invention is as follows: a worker holds the coaxial resonator 6 by hand or presses the through hole of the coaxial resonator 6 on the triangular blade 21 by using a tool, then pulls the tension spring 4 to enable the arc-shaped blade 31 to be in contact with the outer surface of the coaxial resonator 6, after the tension spring 4 is loosened, the arc-shaped blade 31 at the top of the second cutter body 3 keeps in contact with the outer surface of the coaxial resonator 6 due to the acting force of the tension spring 4, when the worker holds the rotating shaft 12 to rotate or provides a rotation for the rotating shaft 12, the triangular blade 21 rotates to further remove burrs in the through hole, and the arc-shaped blade 31 removes burrs on the outer side surface of the coaxial resonator 6; in order to improve the efficiency of burr removal and ensure the quality of the removed surface, the rotation speed of the rotating shaft 12 may be appropriately reduced.

In this embodiment, the mounting plate 11 is composed of two sub-plates, the middle portion of the mounting plate 11 is provided with a mounting block 112, and the rotating shaft 12 is fixedly arranged on the mounting block 112. Two daughter boards with rectangular cross sections are welded together to form the mounting plate 11, a mounting block 112 is formed in the middle of the mounting plate 11, the mounting block 112 is cylindrical, and the rotating shaft 12 and the first blade 2 are fixed to the bottom and the top of the cylindrical mounting block 112, respectively.

As a specific embodiment of the coaxial resonator deburring tool provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, further comprising a motor 5, wherein an output shaft of the motor 5 is connected with a rotating shaft 12 through a coupler. The first cutter body 2 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the mounting plate 11, the two tension springs 4 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first cutter body 2, when the whole device rotates, because the two tension springs 4 are symmetrically arranged, the rotational inertia of the two tension springs 4 is equal, the internal stress conditions are similar, the stress balance of the tension springs 4 can be further ensured, and the two second cutter bodies 3 can rotate to remove burrs on the outer side of the coaxial resonator 6 more effectively and quickly.

As a specific embodiment of the coaxial resonator deburring tool provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 2 and 4, two ends of the mounting plate 11 are provided with mounting holes 111, an end of the second cutter body 3 is provided with a through hole, the second cutter body 3 is hinged to the mounting plate 11 through a pin, and the pin passes through the mounting holes 111 and the through hole at the same time. The mounting plate 11 is provided with the mounting hole 111, the end part of the second cutter body 3 is provided with the through hole, and the hinge joint of the end part of the second cutter body 3 on the mounting plate 11 is realized by using the pin shaft to simultaneously penetrate through the mounting hole 111 and the through hole.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, as a specific embodiment of the coaxial resonator deburring tool provided by the present invention, a plurality of mounting holes 111 are provided, and the plurality of mounting holes 111 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the rotating shaft 12. The first clamp 23 is fixed to one end of the first shank 22, and the first collet 24 is placed inside the first clamp 23, the first collet 24 having elasticity, which is provided in the same manner as a clamping means for clamping a shank of a reamer or a milling cutter on a lathe, the first collet 24 is contracted, and then the grippable portion of the trigon blade 21 can be clamped.

As a specific embodiment of the coaxial resonator burr removing tool provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, the second tool body 3 includes a second tool shank 32, a second clamp 33, and a second collet 34; the end part of the second handle 32 is hinged to one end of the mounting plate 11, the second clamp 33 is cylindrical and is arranged at the end part of the other end of the second handle 32, and the second collet chuck 34 is arranged in the second clamp 33 in a penetrating mode and used for clamping the arc-shaped blade 31. The internal structure of the second cutter body 3 is set to be the same as that of the first cutter body 2, so that the manufacturing is convenient, and the operation difficulty of the coaxial resonator burr removing tool can be reduced.

As a specific embodiment of the coaxial resonator deburring tool provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 3, the first tool holder 22 is provided with a first groove 221, the first groove 221 is internally provided with a first through hole 222, the second tool holder 32 is provided with a second groove 321, the second groove 321 is internally provided with a second through hole 322, and two ends of the tension spring 4 are respectively fixed in the first through hole 222 and the second through hole 322 through screws. Two first grooves 221 are symmetrically formed in the outer side of the first tool shank 22, second grooves 321 are formed in corresponding positions of the two second tool shanks 32, a first through hole 222 is formed in the bottom of each first groove 221, a second through hole 322 is formed in the bottom of each second groove 321, screws penetrate through the first through hole 222 and the second through hole 322 simultaneously, and penetrate through the outermost rings of the two ends of the tension spring 4, so that the two ends of the tension spring 4 are fixed between the first tool body 2 and the second tool body 3.

As a specific embodiment of the coaxial resonator deburring tool provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 3 to 4, the first tool shank 22 and the second tool shank 32 are both provided with internal threads, the first collet chuck 24 and the second collet chuck 34 are both provided with external threads, and the first tool shank 22 and the first collet chuck 24, and the second tool shank 32 and the second collet chuck 34 are all connected through threads. As a specific embodiment of the coaxial resonator deburring tool provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 3 and 4, the other end of the first collet 24 is provided with a cross-shaped notch for clamping the triangular blade, the inner diameter of the first clamp 23 is larger than the diameter of the end of the first collet 24 provided with the external thread but smaller than the diameter of the end of the first collet 24 provided with the cross-shaped notch, the structure of the second collet 34 is the same as that of the first collet 24, and the inner diameter of the second clamp 33 is the same as that of the first clamp 23. Because the other end of the first collet 24 is provided with the cross-shaped notch, the triangular blade 21 can be placed in the cross-shaped notch; because the diameter of the end part of the first collet chuck 24 provided with the cross-shaped notch is larger than that of the first clamp 23, when the end provided with the external thread of the first collet chuck 24 is screwed in cooperation with the first cutter handle 22, the first clamp 23 can enable the end provided with the cross-shaped notch of the first collet chuck 24 to contract, so that the triangular blade 21 is clamped; similarly, since the second collet 34 has the same structural design as the first collet 24, and the second clamp 33 has the same inner diameter as the first clamp 23, when the second collet 34 is screwed together with the second shank 32, the second clamp 33 contracts the end of the second collet 34, at which the cross-shaped notch is formed, to clamp the arc-shaped blade 31.
