Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of asphalt mixing and paving, in particular to a conductive asphalt mixing and paving device.

Background

The asphalt concrete pavement is affected by a lot of loads from vehicles and temperature during use, and the pavement is damaged or cracked. After the asphalt pavement is damaged, the strength and the rigidity of the asphalt can be recovered through a certain time interval, which is the self-healing behavior of the asphalt material. The self-healing behavior is long and needs certain conditions, the conductive asphalt pavement is characterized in that a conductive medium is added into the traditional asphalt, and the loss and fatigue inside the conductive asphalt pavement are judged through the change of resistance, so that the maintenance opportunity of asphalt concrete is determined, the maintenance is carried out in time, and the service life is prolonged. However, the conventional asphalt concrete paver cannot realize the blending and paving work of the conductive asphalt pavement, and the research on the machinery for paving the conductive asphalt pavement is few and almost zero. At present, no machine capable of realizing the functions of mixing and paving the conductive asphalt exists in the market.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a conductive asphalt mixing and laying device aiming at the problems that conductive asphalt is difficult to be well paved and a conductive medium is difficult to be effectively mixed in the prior art, so that a conductive asphalt concrete pavement material is effectively generated and the pavement is realized.

Preferably, the screen device comprises a crank connecting rod, and the screen motor is hinged with the screen disc through the crank connecting rod.

The rotating speed of the screen mesh motor can be adjusted as required, the overlapping time of the screen mesh on the screen mesh disc and the through hole on the bottom plate of the filler box is adjusted, and then the falling speed of the steel slag is adjusted. The rotation speed of the stirring power mechanism can control the stirring time. The invention adjusts the filling device according to the proportion of different pavement materials, realizes different blending proportions, better generates conductive asphalt concrete pavement materials and paves the pavement, can automatically heal and melt ice and remove snow under the heating of external electromagnetic induction, and finally serves the construction of the conductive pavement.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the conductive asphalt mixing and paving device of the present invention comprises a blanking body for conductive media and a stirring body for mixing the conductive media and asphalt, wherein the conductive media is steel slag. The blanking main body of the conductive medium comprises a filling device and a screen device, a through hole for blanking the conductive medium is formed in a bottom plate 5 of a filling box of the filling device, a screen hole 8 is formed in a screen disc 7 of the screen device, the screen device controls the screen disc 7 to move relative to the bottom plate 5 of the filling box through a screen motor 6, when the through hole in the bottom plate 5 of the filling box is superposed with the screen hole in the screen disc 7, the conductive medium enters a receiving funnel 16 and is conveyed to the middle of a stirring box shell 9 by a scraper conveyer 15 through the receiving funnel 16. The stuffing box housing 4 of the stuffing device corresponds to the width of the receiving funnel 16, the length of the stuffing box housing is one fourth of the length of the receiving funnel 16, the receiving funnel 16 is in an inverted trapezoid shape, and the width of the bottom surface of the stuffing box housing corresponds to the width of the scraper conveyer 15.

The stirring main body comprises a stirring shaft 13 with stirring blades 14, the stirring shaft 13 is fixed in the stirring box shell 9 through a bearing, and the stirring shaft 13 is connected with a stirring power mechanism. The stirring power mechanism comprises a stirring motor 10 and a speed reducer 11 for reducing the rotating speed of the motor and improving the output torque. The working principle of the invention is as follows:

The periodic reciprocating movement of the sieve screen 8 relative to the bottom plate 5 is realized by a crank-link mechanism.

2) When the sieve pores 8 coincide with the through holes on the bottom plate 5 of the stuffing box, the steel slag falls onto the asphalt concrete and is conveyed forwards together with the asphalt through the scraper conveyor 15; the friction between the screen and the steel slag and the reciprocating motion of the screen accelerate the falling speed of the steel slag on the screen, the rotating speed of the screen motor 6 is adjusted, the falling speed of the steel slag can be adjusted, and the generation of road surface raw materials with different proportions is realized by combining the feeding speed of asphalt.

3) In the aspect of the stirring function, when the asphalt material with the steel slag is conveyed to the lower part of the cab through the scraper conveyor 15, namely the position of the stirring part of the invention, the stirring motor 10 rotates to drive the speed reducer 11 to rotate, the speed reducer 11 reduces the rotating speed to a reasonable rotating speed and transmits power to the stirring shaft 13 through the transmission gear 12, the stirring shaft 13 rotates to drive the stirring blade 14 to rotate, and the asphalt concrete and the steel slag are uniformly stirred and mixed, so that the mixing of the conductive asphalt concrete is realized.

By adjusting the rotational speed of the motor 10, the mixing time can be controlled.

4) The generated conductive asphalt concrete is continuously transported by the scraper transporter 15 to the paving mechanism at the front end, and finally, the paving is realized by the paving mechanism.

5) After the asphalt mixture in one dumper is paved, the dumper leaves the material loading automatically, the other dumper full of material replaces the position of the dumper, and the operation is repeated to achieve continuous paving of the conductive road surface.
