The invention relates to the technical field of biochemistry, in particular to a biochip detector.

Background

In recent years, with the development of economic society, various detection needs have been increasing. Meanwhile, the breakthrough progress of material science, processing technology and microelectronics makes the biochip detection rapidly developed. In various detections, the biochip has the advantages of small volume, low consumption of samples and reagents, controllable fluid, high integration level, high analysis speed and the like, so that the application of the biochip detection is concerned, and the biochip is widely applied to the detection in the fields of biology, medicine, chemistry and the like.

At present, a conventional chip often can only fixedly complete one or more types of detection, and when other different types of chips need to be detected, the detection needs to be stopped, the corresponding chip needs to be replaced, and then the detection is carried out, so that the detection period is long, and the waste of the whole chip is easily caused.

Therefore, how to implement the detection of multiple chips simultaneously to reduce the number of chip replacements is a technical problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a biochip detector, which can detect a plurality of chips simultaneously to reduce the number of times of replacing chips. The invention also provides a biochip detection device with the biochip detector.

Preferably, in the above biochip detector, the detection region of the chip reaction unit in each of the chip placement regions is a strip-shaped hole or a circular hole.

Preferably, in the above biochip detector, the chip support is a cylinder.

Preferably, in the above biochip detector, the separation plate divides the chip support plate into three chip placing areas, and the separation plate is a Y-shaped plate.

Preferably, in the above biochip detector, distances from all the detection regions of the chip reaction units to the center of the chip support plate are equal.

As can be seen from the above technical solutions, compared with the prior art, the present invention discloses a biochip support comprising: a chip supporting plate; a partition plate dividing the chip supporting plate into a plurality of chip placing areas, each chip placing area having a chip reaction unit detecting area and a fixing device for fixing a chip; and the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the chip supporting plate. Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following description and examples, which include but are not limited to the following examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention discloses a biochip detector, which includes: the chip supporting disk, cut apart the division board of this chip supporting disk and drive chip supporting disk pivoted pivot 3. In practice, the chip reaction unit detection region 1 may be set as a circular hole as long as light transmission is ensured.

In a further embodiment, the chip supporting plate is a cylinder, and the divider plate divides the chip supporting plate into three chip placing areas 4. When only a small number of same samples need to be detected, only one partition chip can be used for testing, and the number of the partition chips can be flexibly and continuously increased along with the increase of the number of the samples; when different types of samples need to be detected, the required partition chips can be conveniently and flexibly assembled on the chip supporting disc to complete detection through arbitrary combination of the partition chips, so that the use convenience and combination flexibility of the partition chips are greatly improved, and the material cost of the chips is greatly reduced.

In the preferred embodiment, the circle centers of the rotating shaft 3 and the chip supporting disk are connected through keys, the chip supporting disk and the rotating shaft 3 can be fixedly connected in a key connection mode, and the chip supporting disk can synchronously rotate in the rotating process of the rotating shaft 3. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that a specific connection is provided, and other ways of fixedly connecting the two are also within the scope of protection.

The fixing device 2 of the biochip detector disclosed in the embodiment of the present application is a fixing groove matched with the fixing groove of the chip 5, namely, the fixing groove is arranged on the corresponding chip 5, when the chip 5 is installed, the fixing groove of the chip 5 is matched with the fixing groove on the chip supporting disk, connection is achieved, and the chip 5 is prevented from moving.

The embodiment of the invention also discloses a biochip detection device, which comprises the biochip support frame, and the biochip detector is the biochip detector disclosed in the embodiments, so that the biochip detection device with the biochip detector also has all the technical effects, and the details are not repeated herein.
