7. A composite disc according to claim 6, characterised in that the side of the second annular disc (2) facing the first annular disc (1) is formed with the first annular projection (23), the second bolt hole (21) passing through the first annular projection (23).

8. A composite disc according to claim 1, characterised in that the side of the first annular disc (1) facing away from the second annular disc (2) is formed with a second annular protrusion (14) adjacent to the inner ring of the disc.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the problem that different types of winches in the prior art cannot share one frame.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a combination tray for connecting a winch, the combination tray comprising a first annular tray body and a second annular tray body fixedly connected with the first annular tray body concentrically, wherein the first annular tray body is provided with a plurality of first bolt holes for connecting with a frame, and the second annular tray body is provided with a plurality of second bolt holes for connecting with a winch.

The combination disk provided by the invention can enable the frame 10 which can only be connected with the original winch 20 (as shown in figure 1) to be connected with another type of winch 30 through the combination disk. As shown in fig. 5-8, the structure for connecting the winch 30 by the combined disk provided by the present invention is that first, the second annular disk 2 is fixed on the winch 30 by the first bolt 3, then the first annular disk 1 is fixed on the second annular disk 2, for example, the first annular disk 1 and the frame 10 are fixed together by the second bolt 4, and then the first annular disk 1 and the frame 10 are connected by the third bolt 5, so that the installation of the winch 30 on the frame 10 can be realized. The combined disk not only performs size conversion on the bolt hole of the winch 30 used for connecting the frame 10 in the radial direction, so that the winch 30 can be butted with the frame 10 through the bolt hole of the combined disk, but also compensates the axial distance between the winch 30 and the frame through the thickness of the combined disk, so that the length of the winch 30 can be suitable for the frame 10.

That is, the first annular disks 1 may be respectively connected with the second annular disks 2 having different second bolt holes 21. When different winches are connected, a second annular disc body 2 suitable for the winches can be selected to be connected to the winches, and the same first annular disc body 1 can be adopted to be connected to the second annular disc body 2 in a matching mode.

The following describes in detail the process of connecting the hoist 30 to the frame 10 by using the combination tray according to the present invention with reference to fig. 5 to 8:

In this embodiment, the first hoisting connection part 301 at the left end of the hoisting machine 30 is adapted to the first frame connection part 101 of the frame 10, and the transfer of the combination tray is not required, so that the first hoisting connection part 301 at the left end of the hoisting machine 30 can be directly fixed on the first frame connection part 101 of the frame 10 by bolts. Of course, if the first reel connecting part 301 is not matched with the first rack connecting part 101, a combination tray may be used for the transfer connection.

The second winch connecting part 302 at the right end of the winch 30 is not adapted to the second frame connecting part 102 of the frame 10, so that the transfer is performed by the combination tray provided by the present invention. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
