as shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the chip removing machine for machining a spherical center counter-current valve of the present invention, when in operation, a valve is first placed between a positioning plate 26 and a clamping plate 29, the right end of the valve contacts with the left end of the positioning plate 26, a second motor 22 is turned on, the second motor 22 drives an annular scraper 24 to rotate through a fourth transmission shaft 23, an air cylinder 27 is controlled to be turned on, the air cylinder 27 pushes a push rod 28 and the clamping plate 29 to move rightward, the right end of the clamping plate 29 contacts with the left end of the valve and clamps and fixes the valve, a first motor 5 is turned on, the first motor 5 drives a reducer 7 to move forward through a first transmission shaft 6, the reducer 7 drives a first bevel gear 9 to rotate forward through a second transmission shaft 8, the first bevel gear 9 drives a screw 13 to rotate forward through a second bevel gear 10 and a third transmission shaft 11, the outer wall of the screw 13 is screwed with an inner hole of a threaded sleeve 18, the screw 13, the screw sleeve 18 drives the moving plate 17 to move downwards, the moving plate 17 drives two groups of first sliders 16 to respectively slide downwards on two groups of first guide rails 15, the moving plate 17 in a downward moving state drives the moving rod 19 to slide downwards, the moving rod 19 drives the second supporting plate 21, the second motor 22, the fourth transmission shaft 23 and the annular scraper 24 to move downwards, the bottom end of the annular scraper 24 in a rotating state is in contact with the edge of the round hole on the valve and removes scraps on the round hole, after the scraps are removed, the first motor 5 is reversely rotated, the first motor 5 drives the annular scraper 24 to move upwards and recover to an initial position, the first motor 5 is closed, the annular scraper 24 stops moving vertically, the moving device controls the workbench 25 and the valve to move transversely, positions of other scraps to be removed on the valve are adjusted to be below the annular scraper 24, the annular scraper 24 in a rotating state is controlled by the first motor 5 to perform repeated scrap removal treatment on the valve, and after the valve scraps are removed, the first motor 5, the second motor 22 and the moving device are closed, the annular scraper 24 stops rotating and moving, the air cylinder 27 is controlled, the push rod 28 and the clamping plate 29 move leftwards and return to the initial position, and the valve is removed.

The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: the scraps adhered to the valve are cleaned, so that physical force and time during manual cleaning can be saved, the working efficiency is improved, the scrap removing work continuity is prolonged, burrs are not easy to remain on the valve after scraps are removed, the scrap removing effect is effectively improved, meanwhile, the downward moving position of the annular scraper is accurately controlled, the scraping amount of the bottom end of the annular scraper to the edge of the round hole in the valve is accurately controlled, the bottom end of the annular scraper is effectively prevented from damaging the round hole, the smoothness of the surface of the valve after scraps are removed is ensured, and the product quality is improved; the valve can be conveniently moved transversely by arranging the moving device, so that scraps at other positions on the valve can be conveniently cleared, the time and the physical force for manually readjusting the position of the valve are saved, and the moving mode of the valve is simplified; by arranging the stabilizing rings and the two groups of stabilizing rods, the fourth transmission shaft and the annular scraper can be conveniently fixed and supported, the stability of the bottom end of the annular scraper during working is improved, and the annular scraper is prevented from shaking; by arranging the four groups of air rods, the moving stability of the second supporting plate can be effectively improved, and the firmness of the second supporting plate is improved; open laser range finder, can conveniently detect the distance between the bottom of laser range finder and the top of movable plate to the rotation direction and the time of the first motor of convenient control effectively prevent when the movable plate from reciprocating with other devices bump, conveniently carry out accurate control to movable plate and annular scraper shift position simultaneously, improve the valve and remove bits precision, improve practicality and reliability.

According to the chip removing machine for machining the spherical center countercurrent valve, the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the chip removing machine can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the chip removing machine are achieved; the cylinder, the hydraulic station, the gas rod, the laser range finder and the central control box can be purchased in the market.
