1. A cable fixing and sealing device for fixing and sealing a cable having an armor layer, an insulating layer and a conductive wire from the outside to the inside, comprising:

a first housing (10), the first housing (10) having a conical cavity therein;

the clamping sleeve (20) is detachably arranged in the conical cavity, the clamping sleeve (20) comprises a ring-shaped part (21) and a plurality of elastic claws (22) arranged on the ring-shaped part (21) at intervals, and the peripheries of the elastic claws (22) are arranged in a conical shape;

a second housing (30) detachably connected to the first housing (10), one end of the second housing (30) being located in the tapered cavity to abut against ends of the plurality of elastic claws (22);

a third housing (40) detachably connected to the second housing (30), the third housing (40) having a sealed chamber therein;

a sealing sleeve (51) disposed within the sealing cavity;

a pressing sleeve (60) connected with the third shell (40), wherein the end part of the pressing sleeve (60) is used for applying pressure to a sealing sleeve (51) positioned in the sealing cavity;

a socket (71) connected to the press sleeve (60);

a plug (72) disposed within the socket (71), the plug (72) for connection with a conductor of the cable;

the first shell (10), the ferrule (20), the second shell (30), the third shell (40), the sealing sleeve (51) and the pressing sleeve (60) can be used for the cable to sequentially pass through, wherein a plurality of elastic claws (22) of the ferrule (20) are used for clamping an armor layer of the cable, and the sealing sleeve (51) is used for sealing an insulating layer of the cable.

The cable fixing and sealing device according to claim 1, wherein each of the resilient fingers (22) is provided with a plurality of protrusions (23), the plurality of protrusions (23) being spaced apart along the length of the resilient finger (22), the plurality of protrusions (23) being adapted to engage with the armor layer of the cable.

3. The cable fixation and sealing device of claim 1, further comprising:

two first bearings (52), wherein one first bearing (52) is positioned between the bottom wall of the sealing cavity and the sealing sleeve (51), and the other first bearing (52) is positioned between the sealing sleeve (51) and the end surface of the pressing sleeve (60).

4. The cable fixation and sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the second housing (30) has a vibration proof cavity therein, the cable fixation and sealing device further comprising:

the anti-vibration sleeve (81) is arranged in the anti-vibration cavity, the anti-vibration sleeve (81) is used for being sleeved on the armor layer of the cable, and the end part of the second shell (30) is used for applying pressure to the anti-vibration sleeve (81) located in the anti-vibration cavity.

5. The cable fixation and sealing device of claim 4, further comprising:

two second bearings (82), wherein one second bearing (82) is located between the bottom wall of the vibration-proof cavity and the vibration-proof sleeve (81), and the other second bearing (82) is located between the vibration-proof sleeve (81) and the end face of the second housing (30).

6. The cable fixation and sealing device of claim 1, further comprising:

The cable fixing and sealing device according to claim 1, wherein a portion of the third housing (40) is inserted into the second housing (30), the third housing (40) is screwed with the second housing (30), and a fourth step is provided on an outer wall of the third housing (40) and abuts against an end surface of the second housing (30).

The cable fixing and sealing device according to claim 1, wherein a portion of the pressing sleeve (60) is inserted into the third housing (40), the pressing sleeve (60) is screwed with the third housing (40), and a fifth step is provided on an outer wall of the pressing sleeve (60) and abuts against an end surface of the third housing (40).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of oilfield exploitation, in particular to a cable fixing and sealing device.

Background

With the popularization of the application of coiled tubing in well drilling and completion and downhole operation and the maturity of the cable threading technology of the coiled tubing, the well drilling and completion operation of the coiled tubing with cables starts to rise, and the fixation and sealing of the cables become problems to be solved urgently.

The cable is fixed by using a cable fixing and sealing technology in the well logging industry, the well logging working condition is simple, the well logging time is short, and the installation is complex during use, so that the operation condition of the cable coiled tubing is limited, and the cable coiled tubing is difficult to be applied to coiled tubing drilling and well completion. In cabled coiled tubing drilling and completion, an armored cable is required to be used, the diameter of the cable is large, the outer diameter of a coiled tubing tool is small, a large-diameter cable needs to pass through a small-diameter tool, and a sufficient drilling fluid channel needs to be reserved, so that the cable fixing device is required to be compact in structure and small in size, and is convenient to operate and install on site; the cable is arranged in a drilling fluid environment, so that the drilling fluid is high in flow rate and unstable, the cable is washed by the drilling fluid for a long time, and the cable can vibrate due to unstable flow rate, so that the cable sealing and fixing device is required to be designed to meet the requirements of cable fixing and sealing devices for cable type coiled tubing drill well completion operation, and is firm in fixing and reliable in sealing.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a cable fixing and sealing device, which is used for fixing and sealing a cable and meeting the requirements of cable type coiled tubing drill well completion operation.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cable fixing and sealing device for fixing and sealing a cable having an armor layer, an insulating layer and a conductive wire from the outside to the inside, the cable fixing and sealing device comprising: a first housing having a tapered cavity therein; the clamping sleeve is detachably arranged in the conical cavity and comprises a ring-shaped part and a plurality of elastic claws arranged on the ring-shaped part at intervals, and the peripheries of the elastic claws are arranged in a conical shape; the second shell is detachably connected with the first shell, and one end of the second shell is positioned in the conical cavity so as to be abutted against the end parts of the elastic claws; the third shell is detachably connected with the second shell, and a sealed cavity is formed in the third shell; the sealing sleeve is arranged in the sealing cavity; the pressing sleeve is connected with the third shell, and the end part of the pressing sleeve is used for applying pressure to the sealing sleeve positioned in the sealing cavity; the socket is connected with the pressing sleeve; the plug is arranged in the socket and is used for being connected with the conducting wire of the cable; the first shell, the clamping sleeve, the second shell, the third shell, the sealing sleeve and the pressing sleeve can enable the cable to sequentially penetrate through the clamping sleeve, a plurality of elastic claws of the clamping sleeve are used for clamping an armor layer of the cable, and the sealing sleeve is used for sealing an insulating layer of the cable.

Furthermore, each elastic claw is provided with a plurality of convex teeth, the convex teeth are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the elastic claw, and the convex teeth are used for being clamped with an armor layer of the cable.

Further, the cable fixing and sealing device further comprises: and one first bearing is positioned between the bottom wall of the seal cavity and the seal sleeve, and the other first bearing is positioned between the seal sleeve and the end surface of the pressing sleeve.

For ease of understanding, the principle and assembly of the device is described below.

The cable antivibration principle: after the screw in second casing, respectively place a second bearing with the antivibration cover both ends, wear to establish the armoured cable layer of armoured cable to wear to establish in the hole of second casing, later screw in third casing, the up end of third casing can push up the second bearing and move left at the in-process of screw in, and the antivibration cover can constantly compress this moment. The cable sealing principle is as follows: after the screw in third casing, respectively place a second bearing with the seal cover both ends, wear to establish the insulating layer of armoured cable to wear to establish in the hole of third casing, later the screw in presses the cover, and the up end that presses the cover at the in-process of screw in can push up the second bearing and move left, and the seal cover can constantly compress this moment. The sealing sleeve is tightly attached to the insulating layer, and the sealing sleeve utilizes the rubber elasticity of the sealing sleeve to seal the insulating layer so as to achieve the sealing purpose.

Then the pressing sleeve is in threaded connection with the socket through the back nut, then the wires of the cable plug are connected with the wires of the armored cable, the cable plug is arranged on the socket in a penetrating mode, the cable butt joint plug is reserved, and all connection is completed.

The invention provides a cable fixing and sealing device suitable for cabled coiled tubing drill completion operation, which can solve the problem of cable fixing and sealing in cabled coiled tubing drill completion operation. The device can fix the cable and seal the cable, and the field operation is simple and rapid.
