Detailed Description

The invention is further described below in conjunction with the appended drawings and detailed description.

Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a health rehabilitation training integrated wheelchair comprising a wheelchair frame 100, a wheelchair seat 200, a pair of wheelchair rear wheels 310, 320 and a pair of wheelchair front wheels 410, 420 (of course, there may be only one wheelchair front wheel).

The pair of wheelchair front wheels 410, 420 may or may not be universal wheels.

The wheelchair frame 100 of the present invention has a wide variety of configurations, and for space, embodiments of the present invention will be described below in connection with a wheelchair frame configuration:

the wheelchair frame 100 of the present invention is composed of two parallel straight beams 110, 120 and at least one cross beam 130 connecting the two parallel straight beams 110, 120; the wheelchair frame 100 is very simple in structure and excellent in strength. The entire wheelchair frame 100 may be made of a light metal material such as an aluminum alloy material, or may be made of a glass fiber composite material or a carbon fiber composite material, so as to reduce the weight of the entire wheelchair frame 100 and improve the strength of the entire wheelchair frame.

The wheelchair seat 200 may be mounted in a folded or fixed manner on the rear ends of two parallel straight beams 110, 120, with the seat portion 210 of the entire wheelchair seat 200 extending forward to shift the center of gravity of the wheelchair occupant forward. Specifically, what folding method and what fixing method are adopted to install the wheelchair 200 can be realized by those skilled in the art according to the prior art knowledge, and will not be described herein again.

A pair of wheelchair rear wheels 310, 320 are respectively journaled on the rear ends of two parallel straight beams 110, 120. The pair of wheelchair rear wheels 310, 320 are power wheels of the whole health rehabilitation training integrated wheelchair, and can be driven by manpower or by a motor, particularly a brushless direct current motor. The manner of driving is also realized by those skilled in the art according to the prior art knowledge, and is not described herein in detail.

The pair of wheelchair front wheels 410 and 420 are respectively mounted on the front ends of the two parallel straight beams 110 and 120, and the pair of wheelchair front wheels 410 and 420 serve as guide wheels for guiding the whole health rehabilitation training integrated wheelchair in the traveling direction.

The invention is mainly characterized in that: the wheelchair comprises a wheelchair frame 100, a rehabilitation unit 500 for exercising the upper limbs and the lower limbs of a wheelchair user, wherein the rehabilitation unit 500 is detachably mounted on the wheelchair frame 100, and a supporting point A (stress point) of the rehabilitation unit 500 supported on the wheelchair frame 100 is positioned between the wheelchair rear wheels 310 and 320 and the wheelchair front wheels 410 and 420. In this way, the supporting point a, i.e., the stress point, at which the rehabilitation unit 500 is supported on the wheelchair frame 100 is disposed between the wheelchair rear wheels 310 and 320 and the wheelchair front wheels 410 and 420, so that when a wheelchair user performs rehabilitation training, particularly standing training, the center of gravity of the human body is always located between the wheelchair rear wheels 310 and 320 and the wheelchair front wheels 410 and 420, and the wheelchair will not roll over.

The manner and location of the rehabilitation unit 500 supported on the wheelchair frame 100 may be varied, for example, in front of the wheelchair seat 200, or in a position where the wheelchair frame 100 is biased to the left or right, as determined by those skilled in the art, and the following description will be made with respect to the rehabilitation unit 500 disposed in front of the wheelchair seat 200:

first, a rehabilitation unit supporting beam 140 is provided on the wheelchair frame 100 between the rear wheels 310 and 320 and the front wheels 410 and 420, and the rehabilitation unit 500 is detachably mounted on the rehabilitation unit supporting beam 140. In addition, a pedal (not shown in the figure) is hinged on the rehabilitation unit supporting cross beam 140, and the pedal is turned to a vertical state when not in use and turned to a horizontal state when in use so as to be treaded by the foot of a person sitting on the wheelchair, thereby improving the riding comfort.

The rehabilitation unit 500 is detachably mounted on the rehabilitation unit support beam 140 for the main purpose of being detached during normal wheelchair operation and then mounted when rehabilitation training is required. How to disassemble and assemble is not difficult for the skilled person to realize. The invention adopts the following method for disassembly and assembly:

at least one insertion tube 150 is provided on the rehabilitation unit support beam 140. The rehabilitation unit 500 has at least one insertion rod 510 and at least one standing platform (not shown in the figure) connected with the insertion rod 510, and when the rehabilitation unit 500 is used for rehabilitation training, the insertion rod 510 is inserted into the corresponding insertion tube 150, so that the rehabilitation unit 500 can be supported on the wheelchair frame 100.

When a person sitting in the wheelchair needs to perform standing training, the person can stand on the standing platform 520 to perform squatting and standing training.

The remainder of the rehabilitation unit 500 is mounted on a standing platform. The rest of the rehabilitation unit comprises a vertical rod 530, the lower end of the vertical rod 530 can be mounted on the standing platform in a hinged or fixed manner, and a standing handrail (not shown) is respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the upper end of the vertical rod 530 in a hinged or fixed manner. When a person sitting in the wheelchair performs standing training, the person can hold the standing handrail with the hands so as to increase the training safety.

The remaining portion of the rehabilitation unit 500 further includes a bicycle pedal 550 mounted on the lower portion of the vertical rod 530 for training the lower limb, and/or further includes a lower limb lifting trainer 560 mounted on the lower portion of the vertical rod 530 for lifting the lower limb, and/or further includes an upper limb wheel trainer 570 mounted on the upper portion of the vertical rod 530 for training the upper limb and the back, and/or further includes an upper limb up-down stretching trainer (not shown) mounted on the upper portion of the vertical rod 530 for training the upper limb and the back. In addition, the rest of the rehabilitation unit 500 may also include other rehabilitation training devices.
