1. The hot-press casting processing technology for the aluminum profile is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

(1) preheating: heating the aluminum profile ingot to 515-550 ℃, heating the mold to 520-535 ℃ and preserving heat for 20-30 minutes;

(2) die casting: transferring the aluminum profile ingot into a die, and performing die casting at the die casting temperature of 530-555 ℃;

(3) solid solution: the die-cast aluminum profile is subjected to heat preservation for 30-50 minutes at the temperature of 490-510 ℃;

(4) and (3) cooling: putting the aluminum profile after solid solution into a cooling tank for water-cooling quenching, wherein the soaking time is 20-45 seconds;

(5) alkali washing: placing the cooled aluminum profile into an alkaline washing tank to be soaked for 5 minutes; the alkali liquor in the alkali washing tank is a sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 28-45 g/L;

(6) chemical polishing: washing the aluminum profile after alkali washing with clear water, chemically polishing the aluminum profile with 5-10% sulfuric acid solution, and washing again;

(7) electro-oxidation: taking an aluminum profile as an anode, taking a lead plate as a cathode, and introducing a 20-30V power supply to form an oxide film on the surface of the aluminum profile, and then washing with clear water;

(8) drying: and (3) drying the aluminum profile after being washed in a dryer at the drying temperature of 105-120 ℃.
