5. The plant (100) of an automated production line according to claim 4, wherein the gripping mechanism (32) comprises a support (321) connected to the body (31) and two grippers (322) mounted on the support (321).

At present, the numerical control lathe is usually processed by manually and repeatedly operating to complete feeding and discharging for the numerical control lathe, but feeding personnel need to have a rest to cause production line production stagnation, so that designing an automatic feeding and discharging device to complete automatic feeding and discharging is particularly important.

In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a new type of equipment for an automated production line to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

In a preferred embodiment, a pushing mechanism 50 is disposed in each of the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20; the pushing mechanism 50 comprises a moving base 51, a clamping jaw 52 mounted on the moving base 51 and a power device 53 mounted on the moving base 51; the power device 53 can drive the moving base 51 to move along the first direction or the second direction.

In a preferred embodiment, a rack 511 is disposed on one side of the moving base 51, a driving wheel 531 corresponding to the rack 511 is disposed on the power device 53, and the power device 53 drives the moving base 51 to move in the first direction or the second direction by engaging the driving wheel 531 with the rack 511.

In a preferred embodiment, the intelligent carrier 30 includes a main body 31 and a gripping mechanism 32 mounted on the main body 31; the intelligent carrier 30 grips the workpiece by the gripping mechanism 32.

In a preferred embodiment, the gripping mechanism 32 includes a frame 321 connected to the main body 31 and two grippers 322 mounted on the frame 321.

In a preferred embodiment, the bracket 321 includes a first mounting piece 3211 and a second mounting piece 3212 connected between both ends of the first mounting piece 3211; the first mounting piece 3211 is L-shaped and includes a first mounting portion 3213 and a second mounting portion 3214 connected to the first mounting portion 3213, and the two clips 322 are respectively mounted on the first mounting portion 3213 and the second mounting portion 3214.

In a preferred embodiment, the blanking conveying mechanism 40 includes a mounting frame 41 and a chain conveying belt 42 mounted on the mounting frame 41 and capable of moving on the mounting frame 41.

In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus 100 of the automatic production line further comprises a material placing mechanism 60 disposed adjacent to the first processing apparatus 10; the material placing mechanism 60 includes a base frame 61 and a material receiving box 62 mounted on the base frame 61.

In a preferred embodiment, the automated production line apparatus 100 further comprises two guard doors 70 spaced between the first processing tool 10 and the second processing tool 20; the intelligent carrier 30 is enclosed between the first processing equipment 10, the second processing equipment 20, and two guard doors 70.

In a preferred embodiment, the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 are numerically controlled lathes, the intelligent handler 30 is an articulated arm robot, the clamping jaw 52 is a pneumatic clamping jaw, and the transmission wheel 531 is a gear.

Compared with the prior art, the automatic production line equipment provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the material can be automatically and repeatedly fed and discharged, the production stagnation of the production line can not be caused when the material is processed, the manual material feeding and discharging mode is not required, the labor cost is reduced, and the automatic mass production can be realized.

In one embodiment, the blanking conveying mechanism 40 includes a mounting frame 41 and a chain conveying belt 42 mounted on the mounting frame 41 and capable of moving on the mounting frame 41. In one embodiment, the automated production line apparatus 100 further comprises two guard doors 70 spaced between the first processing tool 10 and the second processing tool 20; the intelligent carrier 30 is enclosed between the first processing equipment 10, the second processing equipment 20, and two guard doors 70. Therefore, the working personnel can be prevented from entering the equipment 100 area of the automatic production line, and the occurrence of industrial accidents of the working personnel is avoided.
