The polishing branched chain 46 comprises a guide plate 461, a sliding block 462, an installation block 463, abrasive paper 464 and an electric telescopic rod 465, wherein the guide plate 461 is installed on the side wall of the cylinder 441, a guide groove is formed in the guide plate 461, the sliding block 462 is installed in the guide groove in a sliding fit mode, the outer side of the sliding block 462 is connected with the side wall of the adjusting frame 453, the inner side of the sliding block 462 is connected with one end of the electric telescopic rod 465, the installation block 463 is installed at the other end of the electric telescopic rod 465, and the abrasive paper 464 is bonded on the; after the position of the installation block 463 is properly adjusted by the electric telescopic rod 465, the sliding block 462 can synchronously move along with the adjusting frame 453 under the guiding action of the guide groove, and the purpose of comprehensively polishing the left side wall and the right side wall of the hub is achieved in the front-back movement process.

The installation block 463 comprises an installation groove body 463a, a rubber sleeve 463b, an extrusion block 463c and a moving rod 463d, wherein one end of the installation groove body 463a is connected with the side wall of the sliding block 462, the other end of the installation groove body 463a is provided with the rubber sleeve 463b, the extrusion block 463c is installed in the installation groove body 463a, the moving rod 463d is arranged between the extrusion block 463c and the rubber sleeve 463b, the extrusion block 463c is divided into a fixed end and an extrusion end, the fixed end is installed on the inner wall of the installation groove body 463a, the inner side of the fixed end is connected with the extrusion end through a spring, and the inner side wall of; polishing branch chain 46 rotates and reciprocal linear motion in-process, and the carriage release lever 463d can carry out irregular motion between rubber sleeve 463b and extrusion piece 463c to produce the extrusion to rubber sleeve 463b, make rubber sleeve 463b produce deformation, can increase the contact compactness of abrasive paper 464 and wheel hub lateral wall behind the rubber sleeve 463b evagination, thereby improve intensity of polishing.
