s1: determining the arrangement position and the number of the threading pipelines on a temporary road on which the threading pipelines need to be laid, wherein the arrangement number of the threading pipelines is determined according to the number of the lines (4);

s2: arranging a closed end of the first channel steel (1) at the arrangement position, wherein an open end of the first channel steel (1) faces upwards, and an open end of the second channel steel (2) is arranged at an open end of the first channel steel (1); the height of the assembly consisting of the first channel steel (1) and the second channel steel (2) is consistent with the thickness of the concrete pavement (3), and the closed end of the second channel steel (2) is flush with the surface of the concrete pavement (3);

s3: pouring the concrete pavement (3), and vibrating and compacting concrete around the first channel steel (1) and the second channel steel (2);

s4: within 1 hour after the initial setting of the concrete, operating a control mechanism to move the second channel steel (2) up and down relative to the first channel steel (1) so as to ensure that the second channel steel (2) can move up and down in the arrangement position after the concrete is solidified; at the moment, the first channel steel (1) and the second channel steel (2) are combined into a vertically movable open pipeline;

s5: during wiring construction, the second channel steel (2) is removed, and the line (4) is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the first channel steel (1) or in a wiring groove;

Technical Field

Background

With the increasing number of projects being built, the workload of arranging the lines is correspondingly increased. During construction on site, some lines are often required to be temporarily arranged for the requirements of construction site, and some lines need to pass through temporary roads. Therefore, in order to ensure that the subsequent construction of the temporary road and the normal use in the later period of the threading pipeline are not influenced, the threading pipeline needs to be embedded in the temporary road in advance during wiring construction.

In the prior art, one of the pre-laid threading pipelines is a closed pipeline, and a plurality of cables or electric wires are threaded from head to tail in the pipeline. The operation mode easily causes the disorder and knotting of the line, and increases the construction difficulty and the potential safety hazard. The other type is a rubber wire groove plate, the specification of the product is fixed, the number of the wire passing is limited, the rubber wire groove plate must be arranged on the ground surface, and the rubber wire groove plate cannot be buried together with a line to be buried underground during later construction, so that the construction progress is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the threading of the existing temporary road, the invention aims to provide a quick threading pipeline for the temporary road, wherein the upper and lower butt joints of the assembly of the threading pipeline are movable, so that the wiring construction and the later maintenance are convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved; the specification and the number of the pipelines are adjusted according to the specification and the number of the lines to be paved, so that the wiring work is more reasonable and effective; the pipeline can be buried in the ground during construction on the same line, does not need to be dismantled, and is more convenient.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a temporary road quick threading line comprising:

the closed end of the first channel steel is embedded into the concrete pavement;

the closed end of the second channel steel is flush with the surface of the concrete pavement, and the open end of the second channel steel is arranged on the open end of the first channel steel; the circuit is arranged in a cavity defined by the first channel steel and the second channel steel.

s2: arranging the closed end of the first channel steel at the arrangement position, wherein the open end of the first channel steel faces upwards, and the open end of the second channel steel is arranged at the open end of the first channel steel; the height of the assembly consisting of the first channel steel and the second channel steel is consistent with the thickness of the concrete pavement, and the closed end of the second channel steel is flush with the surface of the concrete pavement;

s3: pouring the concrete pavement, and closely vibrating the concrete around the first channel steel and the second channel steel;

s4: within 1 hour after the initial setting of the concrete, operating a control mechanism to move the second channel steel up and down relative to the first channel steel, and ensuring that the second channel steel can move up and down in the arrangement position after the concrete is solidified; at the moment, the first channel steel and the second channel steel are combined into an up-down movable open pipeline;

s5: during wiring construction, the second channel steel is moved away, and the line is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the first channel steel or in a wiring groove;

in one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the temporary road quick threading pipe comprises: the concrete pavement comprises a first channel steel 1, a second channel steel 2, a concrete pavement 3 and a line 4. The closed end of the first channel steel 1 is embedded into the concrete pavement 3, the open end of the first channel steel 1 is arranged at the inner side of the open end of the second channel steel 2, the closed end of the second channel steel 2 is flush with the surface of the concrete pavement 3, and the circuit 4 is arranged in a cavity surrounded by the first channel steel 1 and the second channel steel 2.

S2: the closed end of the first channel steel 1 is fixed at the determined arrangement position, the open end of the first channel steel 1 faces upwards, the open end of the second channel steel 2 is buckled on the open end of the first channel steel 1 in an inverted mode, the height of an assembly formed by the first channel steel 1 and the second channel steel 2 is consistent with the thickness of a concrete pavement 3, and the closed end of the second channel steel 2 is flush with the surface of the concrete pavement 3.

S3: and (3) pouring a concrete pavement 3, and closely vibrating the concrete around the first channel steel 1 and the second channel steel 2.
