The invention belongs to a matching device of rotary equipment in food processing machinery, and particularly relates to a tumbling machine.

Background

The tumbling machine is a key device for deep processing of meat equipment, and the tumbling barrel cover is an important part in the tumbling machine. According to the operation mode of opening and closing the cover, the cover of the barrel is divided into three types of manual operation, semi-automatic operation and full-automatic operation. The existing production gradually tends to be automatic, and the full-automatic barrel cover has the advantages that one-key operation can be realized only through a button, and automatic control is convenient to realize. With the increasing importance of society on the labor intensity of operators, the full-automatic barrel cover is more and more widely applied, and the trend of gradually replacing manual and semi-automatic barrel covers is existed. In order to realize full-automatic opening and closing of the barrel cover, a cover turning system formed by combining the barrel cover, the pressing arm and the driving is needed. The simplest connection mode between the barrel cover and the pressure arm device is rigid connection, and is also the connection mode of most barrel covers at present. Although this connection is simple, the biggest problem is the additional force caused by the coaxiality deviation of the drum cover and the rotation center of the tumbler during operation, which is commonly called 'stiffness'. The barrel cover is pressed on the barrel opening to rotate along with the barrel when the tumbling machine operates. Because the tumbling barrel usually needs to continuously operate, the additional force has huge destructiveness under the action of fatigue stress, and the bearing seat welded on the barrel cover can be torn along with the root in serious cases. In addition, the bearing, the oil seal and other parts in the bearing seat of the barrel cover are easy to damage in a short period under the action of additional force, so that meat materials in the barrel are polluted by lubricating oil, and great loss is caused to users. The problem is an inherent problem which puzzles the industry for many years, and the problem is researched and solved for a long time by domestic and overseas peers. Although other floating or semi-floating barrel cover devices have been proposed previously, they are not mature, either ineffective or cumbersome in construction, high in cost, and inconvenient to manufacture and operate.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the problems, the invention provides a tumbling barrel cover full floating device, wherein the barrel cover is integrally suspended in a required omnibearing elastic environment, and no 'stiffness' in any direction exists during operation; the service life of the bearing, the oil seal and other parts in the bearing seat of the barrel cover is greatly prolonged, so that the fault-free operation time of the whole machine is remarkably prolonged.

The upper part of an inner hole of a top pin sleeve in the vertical adjusting device is inserted with a sliding top pin, the lower part is provided with a vertical adjusting spring to support the weight of the barrel cover, and the spring force can be adjusted through a bottommost vertical adjusting screw to ensure the centering position of the barrel cover and the vertical floating during operation. The top pin is sleeved with a washer, then a straddle plate with holes at two ends is arranged on the top pin, and the straddle plate is locked by a round nut. The thickness of the gasket should ensure that the bearing seat of the barrel cover does not touch the upper plane of the straddle when the barrel cover operates. A supporting plate is arranged between the two pressure arm forks, on one hand, the supporting plate plays a role in reinforcement, and on the other hand, a central through hole of the supporting plate is just used for penetrating through a vacuum-pumping hose on the bearing seat.

A pair of handles are welded to the sides of the bearing block so that the entire lid is supported by the handles. The two handle rods are respectively supported by joint bearings arranged in the hinged support to swing and float in the front-back direction and the left-right direction. The outer ends of the two rods are respectively supported by a transverse spring 19 arranged in the hinged support and can be centered and positioned by a transverse adjusting screw. When the barrel cover operates, the two transverse adjusting springs play a role of floating in the left-right direction. The two oil seals protect the bearings and the like in the respective hinged support from dust and moisture. The side of the handle rod is provided with a screw hole, after the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the excircle of the sleeve, a screw 31 penetrates into the central hole of the sleeve and screws up the sleeve at the end face of the screw hole on the side of the handle rod, and the sleeve is slightly higher than the sliding sleeve, so that the sliding sleeve can still freely rotate after the screw compresses the sleeve. The two side blocks are respectively fixed on the side surfaces of the hinged support by screws. The lower side of the sliding sleeve is milled with a plane, and the upper end of a bias load spring arranged in the side block supports against the plane and then provides an adjustable reverse torque for the handle rod through a lower bias load bolt so as to balance the bias load of the barrel cover and prevent the barrel cover from overturning and falling around the axis of the handle rod.

The whole barrel cover is supported by two handle rods on a bearing seat, and the connection of the handle rods and the pressure arm fork realizes omnibearing floating through a hinged support, a joint bearing and three pairs of springs configured according to different directions. The bucket cover is equivalently suspended in the required omnibearing elastic environment, so that no other stiffness in any direction exists during operation.

The invention has the advantages of compact structure, low cost and convenient assembly. The floating of any direction can be realized, the adjusting screws are arranged in all directions, the adjustment is convenient, the additional force caused by the coaxiality deviation when the barrel cover rotates along with the tumbling barrel is thoroughly eliminated, the service life of the bearing, the oil seal and other parts in the bearing seat of the barrel cover is greatly prolonged, and the fault-free operation time of the whole machine is obviously prolonged.

Detailed Description

The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below. The embodiments of the present invention are provided only for illustrating a specific structure, and the scale of the structure is not limited by the embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the tumbler cover of the tumbler is provided with a torsion shaft 2, the torsion shaft 2 is provided with two pressure fork arms 1 which are symmetrical relative to the center of the cover, a supporting plate 6 is arranged between the pressure fork arms 1, and the center of the supporting plate 6 is provided with a through hole. A torsion shaft sleeve 21 is arranged on the torsion shaft 2, and the torsion shaft sleeve 21 is positioned on the outer side of the pressure fork arm 1; the torsion shaft sleeve 21 and the pressure fork arm 1 are fixed through screws; a bearing seat 8 is fixed at the lower part of the pressure fork arm 1 through a pair of handle rods 4; the bearing seat 8 is matched with a bearing and the like on the barrel cover. A transverse block 22 is fixed on one side of the torsion shaft sleeve 21; an inclined block 13 is fixed on one side of the pressure fork arm 1; the transverse block 22 is positioned above the inclined block 13, the transverse block 22 and the inclined block 13 are fixed through screws, and the distance between the transverse block 22 and the inclined block 13 can be adjusted through the screws.

The lower end of the pressure fork arm 1 is provided with a fork opening, and the fork openings are respectively provided with a hinged support 7; two fork legs 11 are arranged on the fork openings of the pressure fork arms 1; two side surfaces of the hinged support 7 are provided with notches, and the fork legs 11 are matched with the notches in a sliding way; the lowest end of the fork opening is provided with a baffle plate 3; a gasket 10 is arranged below the baffle plate 3; a vertical adjusting device 9 is arranged below the hinged support 7; a straddle 5 is arranged below the gasket 10 and connects the left vertical adjusting device and the right vertical adjusting device 9. The bearing seat 8 and the straddle 5 are not in contact with each other.

The vertical adjusting device 9 comprises a top pin 91, a top pin sleeve 92 and a vertical adjusting spring 93; a sliding top pin 91 is inserted into the upper part of an inner hole of the top pin sleeve 92, one end of the top pin 91 is propped against the lower part of the hinged support 7, and the other end of the top pin 91 is connected with one end of a vertical adjusting spring 93; the other end of the vertical adjusting spring 93 is provided with a vertical adjusting screw 94.

One end of the handle rod 4 is fixed with the bearing seat 8, and the other end is positioned in the hinged support 7 and is supported by a joint bearing 71 in the hinged support; a horizontal adjusting spring 72 is arranged in the hinged support 7; the outer end of the handle rod 4 is provided with a groove 74, one end of the horizontal adjusting spring is propped against the groove 74, the outer side of the hinged support 7 is provided with a horizontal adjusting screw 73, and the horizontal adjusting screw 73 is fixed with the other end of the horizontal adjusting spring 72; the side surface of the handle rod 4 is provided with a screw hole.

A side block 12 is fixed on one side of the hinged support 7 through a screw; a bias load spring 121 is arranged in the side block 12; the side block 12 is provided with a pair of vertical and intercommunicated center holes, namely a transverse hole 127 and a vertical hole 126; one end of the sleeve 122 is pressed tightly on the end face of the screw hole on the side face of the handle rod 4 by a screw; the other end is positioned in a transverse hole 127 of the side block 12; a bias load spring is arranged in the side block vertical hole 126; the sleeve 122 is sleeved with a sliding sleeve 123 which is higher than the sliding sleeve, the screw presses the sleeve 122, and when the sleeve is fixed in the central hole, the sliding sleeve can still rotate freely.
