The low-fat modified milk powder of the auxiliary blood fat and blood pressure reducing compositions of example 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was subjected to auxiliary blood fat and blood pressure reduction trial tests to determine the influence of the addition of phytosterol ester, polydextrose, the blood fat and blood pressure reducing compositions and functional food additives on triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood pressure values.

The test method comprises the following steps: in the experiment, 120 middle-aged and old-aged subjects of 30-60 years old are recruited, and each half of the subjects are required to be male and female, the subjects for testing blood fat are the population with high blood fat or the population with slight high blood fat within the range, and the subjects for testing blood fat are the patients with hypertension and participate in the experiment voluntarily; before drinking, the variety of antihypertensive drugs is not required to be changed, and the requirements for taking the drugs are halved, the diet is light and the nutrition is balanced. The subjects were divided into 60 persons each in the blood lipid group and the blood pressure group, and randomly divided into 5 groups in 2 groups, each half of each group was male and female, and drunk for 60 days, and 32g of the low fat blended milk powder of the composition for assisting the blood lipid and blood pressure reduction was mixed with 180mL of warm water before breakfast and dinner every day, and triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood pressure values were measured every 30 days. It can be seen from table 4 that the addition of phytosterol esters, polydextrose, lipid-lowering and blood-pressure-lowering compositions and functional food additives has a significant effect on triglycerides, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood pressure values. In contrast to example 3, no phytosterol ester was added to comparative example 1, no polydextrose and lipid-lowering composition was added to comparative example 2, no pressure-lowering composition was added to comparative example 3, and no effective functional substance was added to comparative example 4. Triglyceride, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the detection indexes can reflect the change of blood fat, and the addition of the phytosterol ester in the example 3, the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 3 can obviously reduce the content of the total cholesterol (p is less than 0.05) after 60 days of drinking test, wherein the reduction rates are respectively 15.3%, 10.3% and 13.2%; in contrast, in comparative example 2, the extent of reduction was reduced without the addition of the lipid-lowering composition; in comparative example 1, the triglyceride content and the total cholesterol content of the composition only added with the fat-reducing and blood-pressure-reducing are respectively reduced by 10.7 percent and 5.8 percent, and the reduction rate is reduced compared with that of example 3; the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol can visually reflect the influence of hyperlipidemia on human bodies, the low-fat modified milk powder of the composition for assisting in reducing blood fat and blood pressure can effectively reduce the content of the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol by drinking, and the comparative example 4 has little influence or even has rising tendency on the change of the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol without adding effective functional substances. From the above and tables, it is known that the phytosterol ester, polydextrose and lipid-lowering and blood-pressure-lowering composition produce synergistic lipid-lowering effect, and adjuvant drug therapy can effectively reduce the contents of triglyceride, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Similar to blood fat index, the blood pressure value also changes the same, namely the effective functional substance has effective effect on reducing the blood pressure value and has the effect of gaining together with the lipid-lowering substance.
