(9) putting into the container again for fermentation;

(10) sterilizing at 120 deg.C for 30 min;

(11) cooling to below 38 deg.C in a sterilizing pot;

(12) sealing and storing for 6 months;

(13) taking out, bagging and subpackaging;

(14) boxing;

(15) and (5) boxing.
