When the existing disc type workpieces are subjected to finishing production, the spiral-flow type free grinding tool finishing equipment is mainly used, but the equipment in the form is configured as a single machine, the workpieces are manually assembled and disassembled, the efficiency is low, the labor intensity is high, the equipment is not matched with an automatic streamline process, the existing finishing equipment is in a low-end production equipment line, in order to break through the self problem of the equipment, a production system suitable for automatic finishing of the disc type workpieces needs to be researched and developed, the efficiency of finishing is improved, and the labor intensity is reduced.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a stirrer and a first liquid level meter are arranged in the sewage tank; and a second liquid level meter is arranged in the water purifying tank.

In summary, according to the technical scheme, the grinding block hardening problem is solved by arranging the grinding block circulating assembly of the finishing main machine; the grinding block at the bottom of the rotary material box can cause the grinding block to be hardened due to long-term standing, the discharge hole is formed in the lower portion of the side wall of the rotary material box, the grinding block flows into the material receiving ring from the discharge hole during the rotary work of the rotary material box, then flows into the linear vibrating screen conveyor along the discharge channel of the material receiving ring, the grinding block is screened and cleaned in the linear vibrating screen conveyor, then the grinding block is conveyed into the bucket elevator, the grinding block is fed back into the rotary material box again through the bucket elevator, the circulating flow of the grinding block is realized, the problem of hardening of the grinding block is solved, the efficiency of finishing processing is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
