Background

Engineering plastics can be used as engineering materials and plastics for replacing metal to manufacture machine parts and the like. The engineering plastic has excellent comprehensive performance, high rigidity, small creep, high mechanical strength, high heat resistance and high electric insulating property, may be used in harsh chemical and physical environment for long period, and may be used to replace metal as engineering structure material.

When the existing engineering plastic plate is punched, plates of different specifications need different clamps to be disassembled, and a large amount of time is wasted in positioning and installation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method and a device for processing an engineering plastic plate, and aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, when the engineering plastic plate is punched, plates of different specifications need different clamps for disassembly, and a large amount of time is wasted in positioning and installation.

The distance between the two clamping plates can be adjusted through the first cylinder and the second cylinder, and the L-shaped plate and the two clamping plates are used for fixing engineering plastic plates with different specifications.

The engineering plastic plate processing device further comprises an auxiliary support ring, the auxiliary support ring is fixedly connected with the drilling machine and located below the drilling machine, and the drilling knife is located inside the auxiliary support ring.

starting the first air cylinder, and pushing the corresponding clamping plate to be close to the engineering plastic plate by the first air cylinder until the clamping plate is contacted with the engineering plastic plate;

starting the second air cylinder, and pushing the corresponding clamping plate to be close to the engineering plastic plate by the second air cylinder until the clamping plate is contacted with the engineering plastic plate;

and after the positions of the engineering plastic plates are fixed by the two clamping plates and the L-shaped plate, the drilling machine is used for drilling.

According to the engineering plastic plate processing method and device, the engineering plastic plate is rectangular, the L-shaped plate is used for clamping the upper left corner of the engineering plastic plate, so that the engineering plastic plate cannot move leftwards and upwards, the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder respectively push the two clamping plates to be close to the engineering plastic plate, the two clamping plates are respectively attached to the other two side faces of the engineering plastic plate, so that the engineering plastic plate cannot move downwards or rightwards, and through the structure, the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are used for adjusting, so that the engineering plastic plates with different specifications can be clamped, and the time for positioning and replacing the clamp is saved.

s4: after the positions of the engineering plastic plates are fixed by the two clamping plates 44 and the L-shaped plate 41, holes are punched by the drilling machine 2.
