the bottom of the beam body of the hanging beam 4-1 is provided with a heat insulation device 4-5, the heat insulation device 4-5 comprises an installation frame which is correspondingly and fixedly connected with the bottom of the beam body of the hanging beam 4-1, a heat insulation plate capable of shielding the hanging beam 4-1 is laid on a frame body of the installation frame, high residual temperature still exists after the round steel for bundling is subjected to heat treatment, and the heat insulation device 4-5 can prevent the residual temperature of the round steel for bundling after the heat treatment from being transmitted upwards in a radiation manner to cause the damage of a driving device 4-3;

openings are formed in two ends, corresponding to the hoisting mechanism 2, of the crane bridge 1, supporting seats 8 are arranged on two sides, corresponding to the openings, vertical hydraulic telescopic devices 3 are arranged in the two openings, cross rods which are rotatably connected with the corresponding two supporting seats 8 are arranged at positions, close to the tops, of the hydraulic telescopic devices 3, and the hydraulic telescopic devices 3 are guaranteed not to be in contact with the edges of the openings of the crane bridge 1 all the time; the hydraulic telescopic device 3 comprises a pipe sleeve I3-1, a pipe sleeve II 3-2 and a hydraulic cylinder 3-3, the pipe sleeve I3-1 is correspondingly and rotatably connected with a corresponding supporting seat 8, the pipe sleeve II 3-2 is slidably inserted in the bottom of the pipe sleeve I3-1, the hydraulic cylinder 3-3 driven by a hydraulic system is arranged between the inner bottom of the pipe sleeve II 3-2 and the inner top of the pipe sleeve I3-1, namely the hydraulic cylinder 3-3 can be locked after a rotary lifting appliance 4 is lifted to a set position, the swinging phenomenon of the rotary lifting appliance 4 is avoided, and meanwhile, the pipe sleeve I3-1 and the pipe sleeve II 3-2 can play a guiding role, so that the structural strength of the hydraulic cylinder 3-3 is improved; meanwhile, the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder 3-3 is correspondingly and universally connected with the inner bottom of the pipe sleeve II 3-2 through a ball joint hinge device, so that the assembly precision requirement can be reduced, the assembly difficulty can be reduced, and the hydraulic cylinder 3-3 is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the hydraulic cylinder is accidentally subjected to bending moment;

the bottom of the pipe sleeve II 3-2 is correspondingly hinged with the top of a hanging beam 4-1 through a hinge assembly 3-4, the axis of a hinge shaft of the hinge assembly 3-4 is correspondingly parallel to the axis of a cross rod of the hydraulic telescopic device 3, namely, the lifting of the rotary lifting appliance 4 can be controlled through the lifting mechanism 2, the telescopic end of the hydraulic telescopic device 3 synchronously lifts along with the rotary lifting appliance 4 in the lifting process of the rotary lifting appliance 4, the hydraulic telescopic device 3 is locked after the rotary lifting appliance 4 rises to a set position, the rotary lifting appliance 4 is kept stable under the combined action of the hydraulic telescopic device 3 and the lifting mechanism 2, and the swinging phenomenon is avoided;

in addition, the hoisting mechanism 2 is provided with an encoder which enables a hydraulic system driving a hydraulic cylinder 3-3 and the hoisting mechanism 2 to keep synchronous action, the encoder can measure the working state of the hoisting mechanism 2 and transmit corresponding signals to the hydraulic system, the hydraulic system and the hoisting mechanism 2 are guaranteed to always keep synchronous action, the hydraulic expansion device 3 and the rotary lifting appliance 4 can be guaranteed to keep synchronous lifting, meanwhile, the hydraulic system can be prevented from being suddenly converted from an unloading state into a working state to cause larger impact force on the hydraulic system, and the service life of the hydraulic system is shortened; a telescopic rod 7 with the length direction axis being vertical to the axis of the cross rod of the hydraulic telescopic device 3 correspondingly is arranged between the middle part of the hydraulic telescopic device 3 and the crane bridge 1, the telescopic rod 7 is an electric telescopic rod or a hydraulic telescopic rod, and the telescopic rod 7 can be locked after the rotary lifting appliance 4 is lifted to a set position, so that the swing of the hydraulic telescopic device 3 is limited, the stability of the rotary lifting appliance 4 in the moving process of the crane bridge 1 is further improved, and the swing phenomenon of the rotary lifting appliance 4 is further avoided; the telescopic rod 7 is located on one side of the hydraulic telescopic device 3 corresponding to the lifting mechanism 2, and is compact and reasonable in layout and easy to install.

When the mechanical anti-swing bridge crane for lifting the round binding steel is used, the lifting of the rotary lifting appliance 4 is controlled by the lifting mechanism 2, the round binding steel is placed on two sides of the lifting hook 4-2, the lifting beam 4-1 is lifted by the crane, the lifting hook 4-2 is driven by the lifting beam 4-1, the round binding steel is driven by the lifting hook 4-2, the round binding steel is further lifted, the round binding steel can be placed on two sides of the lifting hook 4-2, the lifting operation efficiency can be effectively improved, the lifting hook 4-2 can fall to a certain height after the round binding steel is lifted in place by the supporting device, and then the lifting hook 4-2 rotates 90 degrees to control the lifting beam 4-1 of the lifting mechanism 2, so that the lifting hook 4-2 is separated from the round binding steel; the telescopic end of the hydraulic telescopic device 3 synchronously ascends and descends along with the rotary lifting appliance 4 in the lifting process of the rotary lifting appliance 4, the hydraulic telescopic device 3 is locked after the rotary lifting appliance 4 ascends to a set position, the rotary lifting appliance 4 is kept stable in the moving process of the crane bridge 1 under the combined action of the hydraulic telescopic device 3 and the steel wire ropes 2-3, and the phenomenon that the rotary lifting appliance 4 swings is avoided.
