A portable high altitude transfer device which characterized in that: the rope storage device comprises a fixing part, a driving device is installed on the lower side of the fixing part, a rope extending downwards is installed in the driving device, and a containing mechanism is installed at the tail end of the rope.

Background

When the transformer substation is used for high-altitude operation, the traditional operation mode is that operators generally need to carry transmission working ropes with themselves to carry out high-altitude operation, tools and materials which need to be used in the transmission work are used, when the high-altitude operators carry transmission ropes which are hundreds of meters long and weigh ten jin to climb a tower, the physical strength of the operators is greatly consumed, the working efficiency is low, and meanwhile, certain potential safety hazards also exist in the traditional operation mode.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Preferably, the tail end of the rope is provided with a circular ring fixedly connected with the rope; the containing mechanism comprises a locking hook and a containing bag, the upper end of the locking hook hooks the ring, and the upper side of the containing bag is arranged in the locking ring at the lower end of the locking hook.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the structure is light and handy, conveniently carries, and easy operation reduces the input of manpower and materials, reduces the danger of operation, can extensively be applicable to the high altitude construction of transformer substation. The device effectively reduces the operation degree of difficulty and intensity of labour, improves work efficiency greatly.

2. The device can be arranged on objects with different thicknesses, heights and widths to transfer the objects up and down, and has better corrosion resistance and tensile strength.

3. The device adopts an electric remote control mechanism, and can accurately lift the tool bag.

The driving device 3 comprises a bracket 10, an electrical box 9, a pulley 4, a driving motor 31, a battery 32, a control box 33 and a charging head 34; the lower side of the fixed part 1 is hooked on the upper side of the bracket 10, the pulley 4 is arranged on the lower side of the bracket 10, one end of the rope 5 is wound on the middle part of the pulley 4, and the other end of the rope 5 is provided with the accommodating mechanism 6; a driving motor 31 and a battery 32 are installed at the side end of the bracket 10, the rotating shaft of the driving motor 31 is in transmission connection with the pulley 4, and the battery 32 is electrically connected with the driving motor 31; the electric appliance box 9 covers the driving motor 31 and the battery 32 and is detachably connected with the bracket 10, the control box 33 is arranged on the box wall in the electric appliance box 9, and the charging head 34 is arranged on the outer side of the electric appliance box 9; the control box 33 is electrically connected to the charging head 34, the drive motor 31, and the battery 32.
