1. The PVC protective film without adhesive residue is characterized by comprising a PVC base material layer and a solvent type rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

5. The PVC protective film without residual rubber according to claim 4, wherein the rubber composition comprises natural rubber and nitrile rubber.

The preparation method of the PVC protective film without residual glue according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising (1) stirring and blending raw materials for preparing the solvent type rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; (2) coating the preparation raw material of the solvent type rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface of a PVC base material layer, drying and rolling to obtain the adhesive.

Technical Field

Background

In the manufacturing process of the PCB, the electroplating process of the PCB is an indispensable and very critical step, in the electroplating process, a protective film needs to be covered on the PCB, the protective film is hollowed out in the electroplated area, and other areas are protected. The PVC protective film is a common protective film in the field of PCB manufacturing, and in the whole operation link, the protective film needs to be peeled off and pasted repeatedly, but the PVC protective film in the prior art has the defects of residual glue after peeling, no high temperature resistance during electroplating, and also has the adverse phenomena of diffusion plating and the like, and the quality of the PCB is seriously influenced, so that the development of the PVC protective film which is high temperature resistant, has no residual glue after peeling and has no diffusion plating is very significant.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a PVC protective film without adhesive residue, which comprises a PVC base material layer and a solvent type rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

As a preferred embodiment, the solvent-based rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of rubber composition, 0.05-0.08 part of auxiliary agent and 10-25 parts of solvent.

As a preferred embodiment, the solvent-based rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of tackifying resin.

As a preferred embodiment, the rubber composition includes at least one of natural rubber, nitrile rubber, urethane rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, acrylate rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, butyl rubber, butadiene rubber, and isoprene rubber.

As a preferred embodiment, the rubber composition comprises natural rubber and nitrile rubber.

The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a PVC protective film without residual glue, (1) stirring and blending preparation raw materials of a solvent type rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; (2) coating the preparation raw material of the solvent type rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface of a PVC base material layer, drying and rolling to obtain the adhesive.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the PVC protective film disclosed by the invention has good high-temperature resistance, has no adhesive residue after being stripped, has excellent softness and elasticity, does not have the adverse phenomena of diffusion coating, adhesive residue and the like during use, and obviously improves the yield of products.

Detailed Description

In order to solve the above technical problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a PVC protective film without adhesive residue, the protective film including a PVC substrate layer and a solvent-based rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

Examples

The first aspect of the embodiment provides a no-adhesive-residue PVC protective film, which comprises a PVC substrate layer and a solvent-type rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

The PVC substrate layer is a PVC blue film, and the thickness is 0.08 mm.

The solvent type rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of rubber composition, 10100.06 parts of antioxidant, 20 parts of toluene and 8 parts of tackifying resin.

The rubber composition is prepared from polyurethane rubber (with the tensile strength of 37MPa), natural rubber (with the elastic modulus of 3MPa) and nitrile rubber (with the Mooney viscosity of 65M) in a mass ratio of 1.5: 4: 1 stirring and blending.

The tackifying resin is C5 petroleum resin (the melt viscosity is 240mP.s), and the hydrogenated petroleum resin is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 5: 2 stirring and blending.

The second aspect of this embodiment provides a preparation method of a PVC protective film without residual glue, (1) the raw materials for preparing the solvent-based rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are stirred and blended; (2) coating the preparation raw material of the solvent type rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface of a PVC base material layer, wherein the coating thickness is 30 mu m, drying and rolling to obtain the adhesive.

Comparative example 1

The first aspect of the present comparative example provides a PVC protective film without residual gum, which is the same as example 1, except that the rubber composition is urethane rubber (tensile strength of 37MPa), natural rubber (elastic modulus of 3MPa), nitrile rubber (mooney viscosity of 65M) in a mass ratio of 1.5: 1: 5 stirring and blending.

In a second aspect, the present comparative example provides a method for preparing a PVC protective film without residual glue, the specific embodiment of which is the same as example 1.

Comparative example 2

The first aspect of the present comparative example provides a PVC protective film without residual gum, and the specific embodiment is the same as example 1, except that the rubber composition is natural rubber (elastic modulus is 3MPa), nitrile rubber (mooney viscosity is 65M) and the mass ratio is 4: 1 stirring and blending.

In a second aspect, the present comparative example provides a method for preparing a PVC protective film without residual glue, the specific embodiment of which is the same as example 1.

In a second aspect, the present comparative example provides a method for preparing a PVC protective film without residual glue, the specific embodiment of which is the same as example 1.

Comparative example 4

The first aspect of the present comparative example provides a PVC protective film without residual glue, and the specific embodiment is the same as example 1, except that the solvent-based rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of rubber composition, 10100.06 parts of antioxidant, 20 parts of toluene and 20 parts of tackifying resin.

In a second aspect, the present comparative example provides a method for preparing a PVC protective film without residual glue, the specific embodiment of which is the same as example 1.

Performance testing

The PVC protective films of examples and comparative examples were applied to the electroplating process of PCBs, and the following tests were performed:

the test method of the stripping residual glue comprises the following steps: stripping 100 parts of PVC protective film at 60 ℃ and observing whether the PCB has residual glue or not, wherein the PCB has excellent residual glue, and the number of the residual glue is between 1 and 10, namely good, and is more than 10.

The diffusion plating test method comprises the following steps: and (4) carrying out a PCB gold plating process on the PVC protective film, and observing the diffusion plating condition of the PVC protective film.
