Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 11, the smoothing mechanism 2 includes a square plate 21, a smoothing frame 22, an extrusion block 23, an extrusion plate 24, an adjusting screw 25, a scraping unit 26 and a driving roller 27, the square plate 21 is fixedly connected between the inner ends of the front and rear side walls of the hot-press frame 1, the smoothing frame 22 is installed at the upper end of the square plate 21, the extrusion block 23 is installed at the inner end of the lower side wall of the smoothing frame 22, the extrusion block 23 is in a V-shaped structure, a slope is arranged at one side of the left end of the extrusion block 23 close to the smoothing frame 22, the extrusion plate 24 is arranged above the extrusion block 23, the extrusion plate 24 is slidably penetrated through the upper side wall of the smoothing frame 22, the structure of the extrusion plate 24 is consistent with the shape of the extrusion block 23, an auxiliary plate is installed at the middle part of the right end of the extrusion plate 24, the adjusting screw 25 is in threaded connection with the middle part of the auxiliary plate, the lower end of the adjusting screw 25 is rotatably connected with the smoothing frame 22 through a bearing, the scraping unit 26 is symmetrically installed at the front and back of the right end of the smoothing frame 22, the driving rollers 27 are symmetrically arranged on the right side of the flattening frame 22 from top to bottom, the driving rollers 27 are rotatably connected with the side wall of the hot-pressing frame 1, during specific work, one end of the overlapped FRP flat plate manually penetrates through the feeding through hole 11 on the left side of the hot-pressing frame 1, then penetrates through the extrusion block 24 and the extrusion plate 25, then penetrates through the two scraping units 27, then penetrates through the two driving rollers 27 to be connected with the profiling mechanism 3, the heating block 4 is manually started, the adjusting screw 26 is manually rotated, the adjusting screw 26 drives the extrusion plate 25 to be matched with the extrusion block 24, so that the overlapped FRP flat plate is compressed and flattened, bubbles in the overlapped FRP flat plate are extruded, the phenomenon of bubbles after the FRP flat plate is hot-pressed is avoided, the hot-press molding effect of the FRP flat plate is improved, glue generated when the overlapped FRP flat plate is flattened by the scraping units 27, the driving rollers 27 roll the overlapped FRP flat plate, the sloping surface of the extrusion block 24 facilitates the penetration of the laminated FRP flat plate and facilitates the rolling treatment of the two sides of the laminated FRP flat plate.

Referring to fig. 11, the scraping unit 26 includes a scraping frame 261, a scraping plate 262, a sealing edge block 263, a pressing spring 264 and a sealing edge roller 265, the scraping frame 261 is installed at the right end of the smoothing frame 22, the scraping frame 261 is of a U-shaped structure, the opening of the scraping frame 261 is far away from the side wall of the hot-pressing frame 1, sealing edge grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner ends of the upper and lower side walls of the scraping frame 261, the sealing edge blocks 263 are slidably connected in the sealing edge grooves, the pressing spring 264 is fixedly connected between the sealing edge blocks 263 and the sealing edge grooves, the left side of the sealing edge block 263 far away from the end of the pressing spring 264 is provided with an inclined surface, one end of the sealing edge block 263 far away from the pressing spring 264 is rotatably connected with a plurality of sealing edge rollers 265 which are uniformly distributed linearly, one of two sealing edge blocks 263 close to the side wall of the hot-pressing frame 1 is provided with the scraping plate 262 together, the scraping plate 262 and the scraping frame 261 are fixedly connected in an inclined manner, a through hole 2611 is arranged below the scraping plate 262, the through hole 2611 is located on the lower side wall of the scraping frame 261, during specific work, the overlapped FRP flat plate which passes between the extrusion block 24 and the extrusion plate 25 manually passes through the upper sealing block 263 and the lower sealing block 263, the compression spring 264 drives the sealing roller 265 to clamp two sides of the overlapped FRP flat plate through the sealing block 263, when the overlapped FRP flat plate moves, the sealing roller 265 rolls and seals two sides of the overlapped FRP flat plate, the scraping plate 262 scrapes off redundant glue on two sides of the overlapped FRP flat plate, the influence on the forming effect is avoided, the overlapped FRP flat plate can pass through the inclined plane of the sealing block 263 conveniently, the glue scraped by the scraping plate 262 falls through the blanking through hole 2611, the phenomenon that the glue is accumulated is avoided, and the influence on the flat plate forming is reduced.

Referring to fig. 6, 7, 9 and 10, the profiling mechanism 3 includes a plastic plate 31, a sliding block 32, a cylindrical rod 33, a lower pressing plate 34, a lower pressing spring 35, a rolling unit 36, a connecting plate 37, a locking screw 38 and a re-pressing unit 39, the plastic plate 31 is fixedly connected between the inner ends of the front and rear side walls of the hot-pressing frame 1, a plurality of uniformly distributed plastic grooves are formed at the upper end of the plastic plate 31, sliding through holes are symmetrically formed at the front and rear side walls of the hot-pressing frame 1, the sliding block 32 is slidably connected to the wall of the sliding through hole, the cylindrical rod 33 is rotatably connected to the middle part of the sliding block 32 through a bearing, a sliding groove is formed on the upper wall of the sliding through hole, the lower pressing plate 34 is slidably connected to the inside of the sliding groove, the lower pressing spring 35 is fixedly connected between the upper end of the lower pressing plate 34 and the sliding groove, a connecting opening is formed at one end of the cylindrical rod 33 near the middle part of the hot-pressing frame 1 at the front side, a threaded through hole is formed on the side wall of the connecting opening, the inner part of the threaded through hole is in threaded connection with a locking screw 38, the inner part of the connecting opening is in sliding connection with a connecting plate 37, the connecting plate 37 is in threaded connection with the locking screw 38, the rear end of the connecting plate 37 is in sliding connection with a rolling unit 36, the rear end of the rolling unit 36 is fixedly connected with the cylindrical rod 33 positioned at the rear side, a repressing unit 39 is arranged on the right side of the rolling unit 36, the repressing unit 39 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the hot-pressing frame 1, during specific work, a superposed FRP flat plate which bypasses above the transmission roller 28 manually passes through the space between the plastic plate 31 and the rolling unit 36, then passes through the space between the plastic plate 31 and the repressing unit 39 and then passes through the feeding through hole 11 at the right side to be connected with an existing transmission device outside, the transmission device drives the FRP flat plate to move, when the FRP flat plate passes through the space between the plastic plate 31 and the rolling unit 36, the rolling unit 36 presses the FRP flat plate into a plurality of arc bulges, thereby realizing the function of molding, the repressing unit 39 represses the molded FRP flat plate, so that the phenomenon of resilience of the molded FRP flat plate is avoided, and the molding effect of the FRP flat plate is ensured.

Referring to fig. 10, the rolling unit 36 includes a rotating rod 361, a rolling wheel 362, a clamping head 363 and a clamping spring 364, the rotating rod 361 is installed at one end of the cylindrical rod 33 near the middle of the hot-pressing frame 1, the outer surface of the rotating rod 361 is slidably connected with a plurality of rolling wheels 362 which are uniformly distributed in a linear manner, the rolling wheels 362 are in an annular structure, a plurality of clamping grooves which are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction are formed in the inner wall of the rolling wheel 362, the clamping head 363 is slidably connected inside the clamping grooves, the clamping spring 364 is fixedly connected between one end of the clamping head 363 far away from the rotating rod 361 and the clamping grooves, a plurality of semicircular grooves which are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction are formed in the outer surface of the rotating rod 361, the semicircular grooves are in clamping fit with the clamping head 363, a U-shaped opening is formed in the front end of the rotating rod 361, the U-shaped opening is in sliding fit with the connecting plate 37, during specific work, the rotating rod 361 is manually lifted according to the number of arc-shaped protrusions actually required by the FRP plate, the rotating rod 361 drives the sliding block 32 to ascend through the cylindrical rod 33, the corresponding rolling wheel 362 slides on the rotating rod 361 manually, the rolling wheel 362 drives the clamping joint 363 to be matched with the semicircular groove, the clamping joint 363 is pressed into the semicircular groove by the clamping spring 364, thereby positioning the rolling wheel 362, manually resetting the rotating rod 361, limiting the sliding block 32 by the pressing spring 35 through the pressing plate 34, matching the rolling wheel 362 with the corresponding molding groove, manually inserting the connecting plate 37 between the U-shaped opening and the connecting opening, and the locking screw 38 is rotated, the rotating rod 361 is connected with the cylindrical rod 33 at the front side through the connecting plate 37, the rotating stability of the rotating rod 361 is improved, the function of hot-pressing FRP flat plates with different specifications is realized, the use flexibility of the device is improved, when the rolling wheel 362 is replaced, the card connector 363 can be moved out of the semicircular groove by horizontal force, so that the rolling wheel 362 can be taken out of the rotating rod 361.

Referring to fig. 9, the repressing unit 39 comprises a rectangular rod 391, a rotating roller 392, a U-shaped frame 393, a positioning screw 394 and a repressing roller 395, the rectangular rod 391 is fixedly connected between the inner ends of the front and rear side walls of the hot-pressing frame 1, the rotating roller 392 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the rectangular rod 391, the upper end of the rectangular rod 391 is slidably connected with a plurality of U-shaped frames 393 which are uniformly distributed linearly, the opening of the U-shaped frame 393 is downward, the positioning screw 394 is connected to the middle part of the upper end of the U-shaped frame 393 in a threaded manner, the lower end of the positioning screw 394 penetrates through the U-shaped frame 393 and is in threaded fit with the rectangular rod 391, the repressing roller 395 is installed at the lower end of the right side wall of the U-shaped frame 393 through the rotating frame, in specific work, according to the number of arc-shaped protrusions actually required by the FRP plate, the corresponding U-shaped frame 393 is manually connected to the rectangular rod 391 through the positioning screw 394, the rotating roller 392 rolls the molded FRP plate, the repressing roller 395 rolls the arc-shaped protrusions which are formed by the repressing roller 395 again, the phenomenon of springback of the arc-shaped bulge is avoided.

When in laying: s1: according to the actual required number of the arc-shaped bulges of the FRP flat plate, the rotating rod 361 is manually lifted, the rotating rod 361 drives the sliding block 32 to ascend through the cylindrical rod 33, the corresponding rolling wheel 362 manually slides on the rotating rod 361, the rolling wheel 362 drives the clamping head 363 to be matched with the semicircular groove, the clamping spring 364 presses the clamping head 363 into the semicircular groove, the rolling wheel 362 is positioned, the rotating rod 361 is manually reset, the pressing spring 35 limits the sliding block 32 through the pressing plate 34, the rolling wheel 362 is matched with the corresponding molding groove, the connecting plate 37 is manually inserted between the U-shaped opening and the connecting opening and rotates the locking screw 38, the rotating rod 361 is connected with the cylindrical rod 33 on the front side through the connecting plate 37, the corresponding U-shaped frame 393 is manually connected onto the rectangular rod 391 through the positioning screw 394, and the rotating roller 392 rolls the molded FRP flat plate.

S2: the overlapped FRP flat plate is manually penetrated through the feeding through hole 11 on the left side, then penetrates through the space between the extrusion block 24 and the extrusion plate 25, and then penetrates through the space between the upper edge sealing block 263 and the lower edge sealing block 263, the compression spring 264 drives the edge sealing roller 265 to clamp the two sides of the overlapped FRP flat plate, then sequentially penetrates through the space between the two transmission rollers 28, the space between the rolling wheel 362 and the plastic plate 31 and the space between the re-pressing roller 395 and the plastic plate 31, penetrates out of the feeding through hole 11 on the right side and is connected with the existing transmission device outside, the adjusting screw 26 is manually rotated, the adjusting screw 26 drives the extrusion plate 25 to be matched with the extrusion block 24, and then the closing cover 5 is covered on the upper end of the hot pressing frame 1.

S3: the transmission device is started manually, the transmission device drives the FRP flat plate to move, the extruding plate 25 and the extruding block 24 extrude bubbles in the overlapped FRP flat plate, the edge sealing rollers 265 roll and seal the two sides of the overlapped FRP flat plate, the scraping plate 262 scrapes redundant glue on the two sides of the overlapped FRP flat plate, the rolling wheels 362 roll and mould the overlapped FRP flat plate, and the re-rolling rollers 395 roll and mould the moulded FRP flat plate again.

S4: and manually cutting the cooled hot-press formed FRP flat plate through the existing cutting equipment, and intensively placing.
