1. An automobile exterior trimming part, which is characterized in that:

the automobile exterior trimming part comprises a substrate, a connecting layer, a surface layer and a bonding assembly;

a first connecting structure is arranged between the connecting layer and the substrate and is used for positioning and connecting the connecting layer and the substrate; a second connecting structure is arranged between the connecting layer and the surface layer and is used for positioning and connecting the connecting layer and the surface layer;

a first channel is formed between the connecting layer and the substrate, and a second channel is formed between the connecting layer and the surface layer; the connecting layer is provided with a main channel, and the first channel and the second channel are both communicated with the main channel;

the bonding assembly comprises a pipe body and a heating element, the pipe body is accommodated in the main channel, and the peripheral surface of the pipe body is provided with a plurality of through holes; the tube body is used for containing glue solution, the heating element is used for being connected with an external power supply to heat the tube body, the glue solution in the tube body is in a liquid state to flow to the main channel, the first channel and the second channel, and then after the glue solution in the main channel, the first channel and the second channel is solidified, the connecting layer is bonded with the substrate and the surface layer.

8. An automobile exterior trim producing method for producing the automobile exterior trim according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the steps of the automobile exterior trim producing method comprise:

butting the connecting layer with the substrate, and connecting the connecting layer and the substrate through the first connecting structure;

butting the surface layer with the connecting layer, and connecting the surface layer with the connecting layer through the second connecting structure;

extending the pipe body into the main channel, and enabling the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion to be clamped with the third clamping portion and the fourth clamping portion respectively;

attaching an anti-overflow glue film to the periphery of the automobile exterior trimming part;

connecting the heating element with an external power supply, heating the tube body through the heating element, and enabling the glue solution in the tube body to be in a liquid state;

and rotating the automobile exterior trimming part by taking the axis of the main channel as the center until glue solutions in the main channel, the first channel and the second channel are solidified.

9. The method for manufacturing an automobile exterior trim part according to claim 8, wherein the step of rotating the automobile exterior trim part with the axis of the main channel as the center until the glue solution in the main channel, the first channel and the second channel is solidified comprises the steps of:

rotating the automobile exterior trimming part by taking the axis of the main channel as a center, and continuously supplementing glue liquid into the tube body until the glue liquid in the tube body is not reduced any more;

disconnecting the heating element from an external power source;

stopping rotating the automobile exterior trimming part;

and standing the automobile exterior trimming part until glue solutions in the main channel, the first channel and the second channel are solidified.

10. The method for manufacturing an exterior trim part for an automobile according to claim 9, wherein the step of standing the exterior trim part after stopping rotating the exterior trim part comprises the steps of:

and inserting reinforcing ribs into the pipe body.

The application relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing, in particular to an automobile exterior trimming part and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

At present, materials adopted by exterior decorations of automobiles are laminated and sequentially bonded for manufacturing, and the manufacturing method has the problems that the bonding stability is poor, the difference of bonding effect among regions is large, and the decoration is empty and bloated easily.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides an automobile exterior trimming part and a manufacturing method thereof, which aim to solve the problems.

The invention is particularly such that:

an automobile exterior trimming part comprises a substrate, a connecting layer, a surface layer and an adhesive assembly;

a first connecting structure is arranged between the connecting layer and the substrate and used for positioning and connecting the connecting layer and the substrate; a second connecting structure is arranged between the connecting layer and the surface layer and is used for positioning and connecting the connecting layer and the surface layer;

a first channel is formed between the connecting layer and the substrate, and a second channel is formed between the connecting layer and the surface layer; the connecting layer is provided with a main channel, and the first channel and the second channel are both communicated with the main channel;

the bonding assembly comprises a pipe body and a heating element, the pipe body is accommodated in the main channel, and the peripheral surface of the pipe body is provided with a plurality of through holes; the tube body is used for containing glue solution, the heating element is used for being connected with an external power supply to heat the tube body, the glue solution in the tube body is in a liquid state to flow to the main channel, the first channel and the second channel, and then after the glue solution in the main channel, the first channel and the second channel is solidified, the connecting layer is bonded with the substrate and the surface layer.

In one embodiment of the invention, along the extending direction of the main channel, the outer peripheral surface of the tube body is convexly provided with a first clamping part and a second clamping part, the substrate is provided with a third clamping part positioned in the main channel, and the surface layer is provided with a fourth clamping part positioned in the main channel;

the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are respectively used for being clamped with the third clamping portion and the fourth clamping portion.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the exterior trimming part for a vehicle further includes a reinforcing rib accommodated in the tube body.

In one embodiment of the invention, the surfaces of the connecting layer for connecting with the substrate and the surface layer are respectively provided with a first rectangular groove and a second rectangular groove;

the pipe body extends into the main channel, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are respectively clamped with the third clamping portion and the fourth clamping portion;

connecting the heating element with an external power supply, heating the tube body through the heating element, and enabling the glue solution in the tube body to be in a liquid state;

disconnecting the heating element from an external power source;

stopping rotating the automobile exterior trimming part;

and standing the automobile exterior trimming part until glue solutions in the main channel, the first channel and the second channel are solidified.

In an embodiment of the present invention, after stopping rotating the exterior automotive trim, the exterior automotive trim is left standing, and the previous steps include:

and reinforcing ribs are inserted into the pipe body.

In the present embodiment, the surface layer 213 is made of a polymer material, the connection layer 212 is made of a soft material, and the substrate 211 is integrally formed by an injection molding process. When the surface layer 213 is manufactured, materials with certain hardness, toughness, oxidation resistance and scratch resistance need to be selected for manufacturing, so that the surface layer has good service performance when exposed outside or installed in a vehicle, the service life can be prolonged, and the maintenance cost can be reduced; when the substrate 211 is provided, the shape of the substrate is adapted to the mounting position of the vehicle, that is, the shape is designed and molded according to the mounting position; the connection layer 212 is used to connect the surface layer 213 to the substrate 211, so as to ensure the stability of the connection between the surface layer 213 and the substrate 211, and at the same time, enable the exterior trim 200 to have a certain buffering performance, i.e., to absorb the impact on the surface layer 213 through its own material characteristics, so as to prevent the impact on the surface layer 213 from being applied to the substrate 211, thereby causing the substrate 211 to be damaged.

In addition, the main passage 219 is closed at one end and opened at the other end, and the tube 221 has one end of the main passage 219 opened to extend into the main passage 219.

The working principle of the automobile exterior trimming part 200 is as follows:

referring to fig. 1 to 5, the exterior trimming part 200 includes a substrate 211, a connection layer 212, a surface layer 213 and an adhesive assembly 214; a first connecting structure 215 is disposed between the connecting layer 212 and the substrate 211, and the first connecting structure 215 is used for positioning and connecting the connecting layer 212 and the substrate 211; a second connecting structure 216 is arranged between the connecting layer 212 and the surface layer 213, and the second connecting structure 216 is used for positioning and connecting the connecting layer 212 and the surface layer 213;

a first channel 217 is formed between the connecting layer 212 and the substrate 211, and a second channel 218 is formed between the connecting layer 212 and the surface layer 213; the connecting layer 212 is provided with a main passage 219, and the first passage 217 and the second passage 218 are both communicated with the main passage 219; the bonding assembly 214 includes a tube 221 and a heating element 222, wherein the tube 221 is accommodated in the main channel 219, and a plurality of through holes 223 are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the tube 221; the tube 221 is configured to contain glue, and the heating element 222 is configured to be connected to an external power supply to heat the tube 221, so that the glue in the tube 221 is in a liquid state to flow to the main channel 219, the first channel 217, and the second channel 218, and further, after the glue in the main channel 219, the first channel 217, and the second channel 218 is cured, the connection layer 212 is bonded to the substrate 211 and the surface layer 213.

The automobile exterior trimming part 200 comprises a substrate 211, a connecting layer 212, a surface layer 213 and an adhesive component 214; the substrate 211 is used for connecting with an automobile, the connection layer 212 and the surface layer 213 are sequentially disposed outside the substrate 211, and in the process of connecting the surface layer 213 and the connection layer 212 with the substrate 211, the automobile exterior part 200 determines the position of the connection layer 212 relative to the substrate 211 and the position of the surface layer 213 relative to the connection layer 212 through the first connection structure 215 and the second connection structure 216, and performs preliminary connection, so as to ensure the connection accuracy of the surface layer 213, the connection layer 212, and the substrate 211. Meanwhile, since the first channel 217 is formed between the connection layer 212 and the substrate 211, the second channel 218 is formed between the connection layer 212 and the surface layer 213; the connecting layer 212 is provided with a main passage 219, and the first passage 217 and the second passage 218 are both communicated with the main passage 219; the bonding assembly 214 includes a tube 221 and a heating element 222, wherein the tube 221 is accommodated in the main channel 219, and a plurality of through holes 223 are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the tube 221; therefore, by adding the glue solution into the pipe body 221 and under the heating action of the heating element 222, the glue solution can be kept in a liquid state, and in such a way, the flowability of the glue solution in the pipe body 221, the first channel 217 and the second channel 218 can be improved, and further, the glue solution coverage area between the surface layer 213 and the connecting layer 212 and between the connecting layer 212 and the substrate 211 can be increased, so that after the glue solution in the main channel 219, the first channel 217 and the second channel 218 is cured, the connecting layer 212, the substrate 211 and the surface layer 213 can be bonded and integrated, and in such a way, the connection stability of the exterior trim is improved, the situation that empty drums are caused by large difference of bonding effects among the regions is avoided, the manufacturing steps of the exterior trim can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

Further, referring to fig. 1-5, in the present embodiment, since the tube 221 needs to be matched with the main channel 219, when the tube 221 is disposed, a certain support and connection stability can be provided for the connection layer 212, the surface layer 213, and the substrate 211 by matching the tube 221 with the main channel 219. Therefore, along the extending direction of the main channel 219, the outer peripheral surface of the tube body 221 is convexly provided with a first clamping portion 224 and a second clamping portion 225, the substrate 211 is provided with a third clamping portion 226 positioned in the main channel 219, and the surface layer 213 is provided with a fourth clamping portion 227 positioned in the main channel 219; the first clamping portion 224 and the second clamping portion 225 are respectively used for clamping with the third clamping portion 226 and the fourth clamping portion 227.

It should be noted that, in order to enable the third clamping portion 226 on the substrate 211 and the fourth clamping portion 227 on the surface layer 213 to be capable of cooperating with the first clamping portion 224 and the second clamping portion 225 of the tube body 221, the main channel 219 of the connection layer 212 is provided with an opening through which the third clamping portion 226 on the substrate 211 and the fourth clamping portion 227 on the surface layer 213 extend into the main channel 219. In addition, the first clamping portion 224 and the second clamping portion 225 are clamped with the third clamping portion 226 and the fourth clamping portion 227 respectively, which can be a matching manner of a sliding slot and a sliding block. Secondly, in the connection process, the glue solution in the pipe body 221 enters the main channel 219, so that after the first clamping portion 224 and the second clamping portion 225 are respectively clamped with the third clamping portion 226 and the fourth clamping portion 227, the peripheries of the first clamping portion 224, the second clamping portion 225, the third clamping portion 226 and the fourth clamping portion 227 are all coated with the glue solution, and after the glue solution is cured, the first clamping portion 224 and the second clamping portion 225 can be respectively clamped with the third clamping portion 226 and the fourth clamping portion 227, so that the connection stability is further improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, in order to further improve the connection stability and the structural strength of the exterior trim 200, the exterior trim 200 further includes a reinforcing rib 228 accommodated in the tube 221. It should be noted that the reinforcing rib 228 needs to be inserted before the glue in the pipe body 221 is uncured. And when the heating member 222 is provided, the heating member 222 may be a heating column disposed in the tube 221, the heating column is spaced from the inner wall of the tube 221 and coaxial with the tube 221, and the reinforcing rib 228 may be cylindrical, and when the tube 221 is fitted, the outer wall thereof is fitted to the inner wall of the tube 221, and the inner wall thereof is fitted to the heating column, so that when the reinforcing rib 228 is disposed in the tube 221, the adhesive solution in the tube 221 can be pressurized by the reinforcing rib 228 and can flow to the main passage 219, the first passage 217, and the second passage 218.

Further, referring to fig. 1-5, in the present embodiment, the glue solution in the first channel 217 and the second channel 218 is used to bond the connection layer 212, the surface layer 213 and the substrate 211 together, so as to improve the bonding effect, a method of increasing the bonding area may be adopted, and thus, the surfaces of the connection layer 212 for connecting with the substrate 211 and the surface layer 213 are respectively provided with a first rectangular groove 229 and a second rectangular groove; the first rectangular groove 229 is adapted to define the first channel 217 in cooperation with the substrate 211 and the second rectangular groove is adapted to define the second channel 218 in cooperation with the surface layer 213. That is, the first and second passages 217 and 218 are rectangular spaces, and thus the bonding area can be increased. The first connecting structure 215 includes threaded holes opened in the connecting layer 212 and the substrate 211 and bolts connected to the threaded holes; the second connecting structures 216 each include a threaded hole opened in the connecting layer 212 and the surface layer 213, and a bolt connected to the threaded hole.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, based on the automobile exterior trimming part 200, the present invention further provides a method for manufacturing the automobile exterior trimming part 200, which is used for manufacturing the automobile exterior trimming part 200, and the method includes the steps of:

butting the connection layer 212 with the substrate 211, and connecting the connection layer 212 and the substrate 211 through a first connection structure;

butting the surface layer 213 with the connecting layer 212, and connecting the surface layer 213 with the connecting layer 212 through a second connecting structure;

the tube body 221 is inserted into the main channel 219, and the first clamping portion 224 and the second clamping portion 225 are clamped with the third clamping portion 226 and the fourth clamping portion 227, respectively;

attaching an anti-overflow glue film to the periphery of the automobile exterior trimming part 200;

connecting the heating element 222 with an external power supply, heating the tube 221 by the heating element 222, and making the glue solution in the tube 221 in a liquid state;

the automobile exterior trim 200 is rotated centering on the axis of the main passage 219 until the glue in the main passage 219, the first passage 217 and the second passage 218 is cured.

Further, in the present embodiment, the step of rotating the automobile exterior trim 200 around the axis of the main passage 219 until the glue in the main passage 219, the first passage 217, and the second passage 218 is cured includes:

rotating the automobile exterior trim 200 piece by taking the axis of the main channel 219 as a center, and continuously supplying glue into the pipe body 221 until the glue in the pipe body 221 is not reduced any more;

disconnecting the heating element 222 from an external power source;

stopping rotating the automobile exterior trimming part 200;

the automobile exterior trim 200 is left standing until the glue in the main passage 219, the first passage 217, and the second passage 218 is cured.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, after the automobile exterior trimming part 200 stops rotating, the step of standing the automobile exterior trimming part 200 includes: reinforcing ribs 228 are inserted into the pipe body 221. And when the heating member 222 is provided, the heating member 222 may be a heating column disposed in the tube 221, the heating column is spaced from the inner wall of the tube 221 and coaxial with the tube 221, and the reinforcing rib 228 may be cylindrical, and when the tube 221 is fitted, the outer wall thereof is fitted to the inner wall of the tube 221, and the inner wall thereof is fitted to the heating column, so that when the reinforcing rib 228 is disposed in the tube 221, the adhesive solution in the tube 221 can be pressurized by the reinforcing rib 228 and can flow to the main passage 219, the first passage 217, and the second passage 218.
