the method comprises the steps of performing measurement variable signal switching control on a measurement control signal of a double basic input-output system twice and performing switching control on a serial peripheral interface signal according to the measurement variable signal switching control of the measurement control signal twice, and performing credible measurement switching control on the measurement control signal of the double basic input-output system of the serial peripheral interface in the double basic input-output system through a field programmable gate array.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for measuring confidence of a dual basic input/output system according to another embodiment of the present invention. Different from the previous embodiment, the apparatus 40 for measuring the confidence level of a dual basic input/output system according to the present embodiment further includes a waveform simulation module 41.

The present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program. The computer program realizes the above-described method embodiments when executed by a processor.

It can be found that, according to the above scheme, the signal measurement control can be performed on the measurement control signal of the dual basic input/output system of the serial peripheral interface in the dual basic input/output system through the field programmable logic gate array according to the preset time sequence requirement, and the credible measurement switching control can be performed on the measurement control signal of the dual basic input/output system of the serial peripheral interface in the dual basic input/output system through the field programmable logic gate array according to the performed signal measurement control, so that the response delay to the credible measurement of the dual basic input/output system can be reduced, and the credible measurement efficiency of the dual basic input/output system can be improved.

Furthermore, the above scheme can adopt a mode of carrying out signal measurement control on three groups of signals, namely a reset control signal, a measurement control signal of the double-basic input-output system and a signal of a normally-started starting process after the measurement of the system-level chip equipment is finished after the power supply of the system-level chip equipment is normally output, and carry out signal measurement control on the measurement control signal of the double-basic input-output system of the serial peripheral interface in the double-basic input-output system through the field programmable logic gate array according to the preset time sequence requirement.

Furthermore, the above scheme may adopt a mode of switching control of the measurement control signal measurement variable signal of the double basic input and output system twice and switching control of the serial peripheral interface signal according to the measurement control signal measurement variable signal switching control twice, and perform the credibility measurement switching control on the measurement control signal of the double basic input and output system of the serial peripheral interface in the double basic input and output system through the field programmable logic gate array.
