The contact can form a contact ring uniformly on the periphery of the circular sliding barrel, the contact ring is fixed on the cylinder at one point, even if the axis moves slightly, the contact can be kept in close contact with the sliding barrel in a self-adaptive mode, in order to provide high current capacity, the annular contact can be further spread along the axial direction of the sliding barrel, the current capacity of one contact is 3A, the number of the upper rings is 12, the number of the upper rings is 120, the current capacity can reach 120x12x3 which is 4320A, the measures for increasing the reliability of the contact comprise that an electric part sealing cavity is filled with conductive liquid, and heat dissipation water reduces the temperature of the sliding ring. The contact can be processed by welding a single ring on a cylindrical surface, which can lead to higher assembly cost, but has stronger adaptability to the axial deviation, and in addition, the contact can be welded after being formed by a whole piece in a stamping mode and can be used when the axial deviation is not large.

Inside and outside two sliding rings realize the electrical sliding connection of stiff end and slip end, slip electrical contact adopts the outside ring, inside slip ring, it is a part of fixing on the drum outside behind a plurality of three crest elastic contact of stretching on the ring to slip ring, three crest elastic contact, electric contact is realized to the middle peak, the both sides crest provides elastic buffer, a encircles and has a plurality of contacts, 12 contacts have been adopted to the embodiment, even the eccentric rotation takes place for the multicontact, also can guarantee to have contact and outside ring contact. The inner side of the inner side sliding tooth and the inner side of the outer side sliding ring are in internally tangent contact with the sliding ring, during operation, the inner side tooth and the outer side inner circle rub, the initial point contact is surface contact, the contact resistance is reduced, and the contact performance is improved. Compared with the traditional slip ring, the contact performance is greatly optimized, the traditional slip ring has the advantages that the inner ring is the slip drum, the outer ring is the linear sliding wire, the contact is the circumscribed contact of the sliding wire and a circle, the contact is always the point contact, the linear contact can be realized after the running-in, and the connection is broken instantly once the eccentric motion occurs.

The water cooling plates are connected through water pipes and provide inlet and outlet ports connected with external circulating water.

The sliding gear ring is formed by adopting a sheet metal process and is welded to the outer side of the circular ring or the cylinder through a welding process.
