Background

The basic structure of the motor comprises a stator and a rotor, wherein a stator winding is arranged on the stator, the stator winding needs to be insulated and wrapped after winding is completed, and the linear part of the coil is easy to deform during wrapping, so that the motor coil needs to be shaped.

The existing motor coil shaping equipment, for example, chinese utility model patent (publication No. CN208874448U, published japanese patent No. 20190517), discloses a series excited motor coil shaping machine. The shaping machine comprises a machine base; at least two first slide rails arranged on the upper end surface of the base; the motor coils are arranged between two adjacent first sliding rails; the mounting plate is arranged on the first sliding rail; the driving device is arranged on one side of the mounting plate and connected with the mounting plate; the first shaping device and the second shaping device are arranged on the mounting plate and are distributed along the length direction of the base; the clamping device is arranged on the upper end surface of the base, is matched with the motor coil shaping position, and is used for fixing the motor coil in the motor coil shaping position and clamping the motor coil; and the electric cabinet is arranged on the machine base and is used for controlling the operation of the whole machine. Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a motor coil shaping apparatus, wherein after a motor stator is positioned, an outer circle of a coil is shaped by an upper left side shaping die, an upper right side shaping die, a lower left side shaping die, and a lower right side shaping die, and an inner circle of the coil is shaped by a bottom shaping die and a top shaping die, so that shaping efficiency is improved, and shaping quality is ensured.

For the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted for implementation:

a motor coil shaping device comprises a rack, and a lower positioning plate, an upper left side shaping die, an upper right side shaping die, a lower left side shaping die, a lower right side shaping die, a bottom shaping die and a top shaping die which are arranged on the rack; a lower positioning groove which penetrates through the lower positioning plate up and down is arranged on the lower positioning plate, and a lower left side shaping die and a lower right side shaping die which move along the horizontal direction are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower part of the lower positioning groove; a bottom shaping die moving along the vertical direction is arranged below the lower positioning groove; the upper positioning plate is positioned above the lower positioning plate, and is provided with an upper positioning groove which is positioned corresponding to the lower positioning groove and penetrates up and down; the left side and the right side of the upper part of the upper positioning groove are respectively provided with an upper left side sizing die and an upper right side sizing die which move along the horizontal direction; a top shaping die moving along the vertical direction is arranged above the upper positioning groove; the upper left sizing die, the upper right sizing die, the lower left sizing die and the lower right sizing die are respectively provided with a first driving device; the bottom sizing die and the top sizing die are respectively provided with a second driving device;

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, the motor coil shaping device comprises a frame, and a lower positioning plate 1, an upper positioning plate 2, an upper left side shaping die 3, an upper right side shaping die 4, a lower left side shaping die 5, a lower right side shaping die 6, a bottom shaping die 7 and a top shaping die 8 which are arranged on the frame. The lower positioning plate 1 is provided with a lower positioning groove 101 which penetrates through the lower positioning groove from top to bottom, and the left side and the right side of the lower part of the lower positioning groove 101 are respectively provided with a left lower part sizing die 5 and a right lower part sizing die 6 which move along the horizontal direction. A bottom sizing die 7 moving in the vertical direction is provided below the lower positioning groove 101. The upper positioning plate 2 is located above the lower positioning plate 1, and the upper positioning plate 2 is provided with an upper positioning groove 201 which is located corresponding to the lower positioning groove 101 and penetrates up and down. The upper left side and the upper right side of the upper positioning groove 201 are respectively provided with an upper left side shaping die 3 and an upper right side shaping die 4 which move along the horizontal direction. A top sizing die 8 moving in the vertical direction is disposed above the upper positioning groove 201. The upper left sizing die 3, the upper right sizing die 4, the lower left sizing die 5 and the lower right sizing die 6 are respectively provided with a first driving device 9. The bottom sizing die 7 and the top sizing die 8 are each provided with a second drive means 10.

As shown in fig. 2, the upper and lower sides of the motor stator 19 are provided with coils 20 extending outward, and the opening side diameters of the upper and lower ends of the coils 20 are larger than the middle part.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lower positioning plate 1 is arranged on the frame by 4 upright posts 14. A positioning space for vertically positioning the axis of the motor stator is formed between the lower positioning groove 101 and the upper positioning groove 201. 4 adjusting rods 15 for adjusting the height difference between the lower positioning plate 1 and the upper positioning plate 2 are arranged between the two positioning plates. The upper end of the adjusting rod is fixedly arranged on the upper positioning plate 2, the lower end of the adjusting rod 15 penetrates through the lower positioning plate 1, and the adjusting rod 15 is connected with the lower positioning plate 1 through a linear bearing. The distance between the lower positioning groove 101 and the upper positioning groove 201 can be conveniently adjusted to adapt to the motor stators with the same outer diameter and different heights. Lower constant head tank 101 and last constant head tank 201 are upper and lower symmetry, and all are provided with opening 16 to the front side, are convenient for remove motor stator 19 from opening 16 to the constant head tank, are favorable to installing motor stator fast. The inlet end of the opening 16 is provided with a flared portion 1601 opened to the front side, further facilitating the mounting of the motor stator 19.

As shown in fig. 5, the upper left sizing die 3, the upper right sizing die 4, the lower left sizing die 5 and the lower right sizing die 6 are semi-circles having the same diameter, and obviously, the diameter can be designed according to different motor stators. The inner side of the semicircle is a first shaping part 11, and the end of the first shaping part 11 close to the positioning space in the vertical direction is provided with a semicircle flange 1101, and the diameter of the flange 1101 corresponds to the middle of the coil 20 on the motor stator 19.

As shown in fig. 1 and 6, each of the bottom sizing die 7 and the top sizing die 8 includes a second sizing portion 12 having a circular truncated cone shape, the end of the second sizing portion 12 having a smaller diameter faces the positioning space, the end having a larger diameter is provided with a pressing portion 13, and the width of the pressing surface of the pressing portion 13 is larger than the maximum diameter of the second sizing portion 12. The pressing portion 13 is cylindrical, and the pressing portion 13 is connected to the driving device 9. The side surface of the second reshaping part 12 and the end surface with the smaller diameter are in circular arc transition.

As shown in fig. 1, the first driving device 9 and the second driving device 10 both use air cylinders, and the first driving device 9 is disposed on the lower positioning plate 1 or the upper positioning plate 2 through a fixing plate 91. The second driving device 10 is disposed on the frame.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the driving device 9 is connected with the upper left sizing die 3, the upper right sizing die 4, the lower left sizing die 5 and the lower right sizing die 6 through a die holder 17, the die holder 17 is semicircular, and the diameter of the inner side of the die holder 17 is matched with the diameter of the outer side of the corresponding sizing die. Threaded holes 18 are provided circumferentially around the die holder 17.

When the device is operated, the upper positioning plate 2 is moved upwards to enable the distance between the upper positioning groove 201 and the lower positioning groove 101 to be larger than the height of the motor stator 19, then the motor stator 19 is placed at the opening 16 of the lower positioning groove 101 and moves towards the inner side of the lower positioning groove 101 until being positioned by the lower positioning groove 101, then the upper positioning plate 2 is moved downwards to enable the upper positioning groove 201 to be matched with the upper part of the motor stator 19, at the moment, the motor stator 19 is clamped, the coil 20 extends out from the upper part of the upper positioning groove 201 and the lower part of the lower positioning groove 101, then the first driving device 9 is started, the upper left side shaping die 3, the upper right side shaping die 4, the lower left side shaping die 5 and the lower right side shaping die 6 are moved towards the side of the coil 20, the side of the coil is shaped through the first shaping part 11, the flange 1101 is pressed at the position with a smaller diameter at the middle part of the coil 20, then the second driving device 10 is started, the bottom shaping die 7 and the top shaping die 8 move towards the coil from the vertical direction, the second shaping part 12 extends into the coil 20 to shape the inner ring of the coil 20, the diameter of the opening of the inner ring is larger than that of the middle part of the inner ring, and meanwhile, the pressing part 13 presses the end part of the coil 20 to limit the coil 20 so as to achieve the size required by assembly. After the shaping is completed, the first driving means 9 and the second driving means 10 are reset so that the motor stator 19 is released, and then the upper positioning plate 2 is moved upward to take out the motor stator.

The motor coil shaping device has the advantages that the outer circle and the inner circle of the coil can be shaped simultaneously, the first shaping part 11 is provided with the flange 1101 for limiting the diameter of the outer circle at the middle part of the coil 20, the second shaping part 12 is in the shape of a circular truncated cone and can expand the inner circle at the opening of the coil 20, and the motor coil can meet the assembly requirement due to the matching of the first shaping part and the second shaping part.
