The circuit board resin selected in step S1 contains organic matter and carbon.

The circuit board resin has high organic content, and the calorific value is about 3400 kcal/kg;

the circuit board resin has high carbon content, about 35% of carbon;

the calorific value and carbon content of the circuit board resin are about half of those of pulverized coal, so that when the spray gun pulverized coal is replaced by the circuit board resin, the consumed circuit board resin is twice of that of the pulverized coal, and the efficiency of processing the circuit board resin powder is high.

The particle diameter of the broken resin particles in the step S2 is 0.1mm-3 mm.

The particle size of the resin powder ground in the step S3 is 0.1mm-1 mm.

The inlet temperature of the second combustion chamber is more than 1300 ℃, the outlet temperature is more than 1100 ℃, the smoke retention time is more than 3 seconds and the residual oxygen of the smoke is 6-12% under the maximum load.

The epoxy resin content in the circuit board resin is large, the circuit board resin is extremely difficult to be subjected to resource treatment, harmful gases such as dioxin can be generated by burning, and secondary pollution can be caused if the circuit board resin is not properly treated.

The circuit board resin is fully combusted in the smelting furnace, valuable elements in the resin are recovered, the flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is fully combusted under the condition of supplying rich oxygen, the temperature is higher than 1100 ℃, dioxin is completely decomposed, and in order to avoid the problem that the flue gas is slowly cooled after the secondary combustion chamber to generate the dioxin again, the flue gas needs to pass through a quench tower. After the flue gas is rapidly cooled, the flue gas passes through a spray absorption tower, an active carbon absorption tower and a bag-type dust collector and then is discharged after reaching the standard through a chimney;

The resin powder tube 1 comprises a fixed outer tube 100 and a movable inner tube 200;

the head end of the fixed outer tube 100 is fixedly connected with a first connecting disc 110, the first connecting disc 110 is provided with a mounting groove 111 and an embedded groove 112, and the inside of the mounting groove 111 is communicated with the inside of the embedded groove 112;

one end of the movable inner tube 200 is fixedly connected with a second connecting disc 210, and one side of the second connecting disc 210 is fixedly connected with an embedded ring 220.

The outer diameter of the movable inner tube 200 is the same as the inner diameter of the fixed outer tube 100, the inner diameter of the movable inner tube 200 is one half of the inner diameter of the fixed outer tube 100, the movable inner tube 200 can be stably installed inside the fixed outer tube 100, and the movable inner tube 200 can be conveniently installed and detached, so that the inner diameter of the resin powder tube 1 can be conveniently adjusted to adapt to different incineration raw materials;

the outer surface of the second connecting disc 210 is matched with the inner surface of the mounting groove 111, so that the second connecting disc 210 is stably mounted in the mounting groove 111;

the surface of the embedding ring 220 is clamped with the inner surface of the inner embedding groove 112, so that the connecting hole in the second connecting disc 210 and the connecting hole in the first connecting disc 110 can be conveniently and quickly positioned and calibrated, and the first connecting disc 110 and the second connecting disc 210 can be conveniently connected and limited.

Has the advantages that:

the movable inner tube 200 can be stably installed inside the fixed outer tube 100, and the movable inner tube 200 is conveniently installed and detached on the fixed outer tube 100, so that the inner diameter of the resin powder tube 1 can be conveniently adjusted to adapt to different incineration raw materials.

Tables 1 and 2 show the test data of the 1# HW13 resin powder, and the combustion heat value is 3432kcal/kg, the carbon content is 32.75 percent, and the epoxy resin content is more than 55 percent according to the test data of the circuit board resin powder, so the resin powder is suitable for replacing pulverized coal.
