In order to improve the production efficiency and ensure the quality stability, it is necessary to develop an automatic brush product and a device for blowing the hair.

The brush comprises a plurality of rotary brushes 2 and a plurality of rolling brushes 5, the rotary brushes 2 comprise rotary brush mounting blocks 21 arranged on one side of the conveying mechanism 1, rotary brush pneumatic motors 22 arranged on the rotary brush mounting blocks 21 and rotary brush heads 23 driven by the rotary brush pneumatic motors 22 and suspended above the clamping stations, and the rotating axes of the rotary brush heads 23 are perpendicular to the upper end face of the bedplate 13. The two rotary brushes 2 are respectively positioned at two sides of the conveying mechanism 1. The rolling brush 5 comprises a rolling motor 51 arranged on the side of the conveying mechanism 1, a brush support 52 fixed on the rolling motor, a rolling bearing seat 53 arranged on the brush support, a rolling brush head 54 rotationally connected to the rolling bearing seat, and a coupling 55 connected between the rolling motor and the rolling brush head, wherein the rotation axis of the rolling brush head is parallel to the upper end surface of the bedplate 13 and is vertical to the rotation axis of the rotating brush head 23.

The blowing nozzle 4 includes a blowing holder provided on the side of the transfer mechanism 1 and a blowing head 42 fixed to the blowing holder 41 and suspended from the holding station.

As shown in fig. 7, in normal operation, the product 7 is placed between the carrying plate 14 and the holding plate 15, the driving motor 112 drives the first chain wheel assembly 115 and the second chain wheel assembly 1211 to move forward simultaneously, the product 7 is driven to move forward, then the product 7 sequentially enters the two rotating brushes 2, the blowing nozzle 4, the rolling brush 5 and the blowing nozzle 4, the hairbrush and the hairbrush removing process are performed on the product, and finally the finished product flows out from the end of the conveying mechanism.
