After the PBC enters the upper housing 120 through the board inlet 121, two end faces of the PBC are respectively abutted against the two sets of conveying roller sets 200, and the conveying roller sets 200 convey the PBC simultaneously. Through the conflict of two terminal surfaces of two sets of conveying roller group 200 and PBC, reduce the condition that PBC moves about under the pressure that dilute sulphuric acid exerted and take place, stability when can increase conveying roller group 200 and carry PBC.

In order to realize the spraying of a plurality of end faces of the PCB, two groups of spraying assemblies 300 are provided, two groups of spraying assemblies 300 are oppositely arranged, one group of spraying assemblies 300 is arranged at the top of two groups of conveying roller groups 200, and the other group of spraying assemblies 300 is arranged at the bottom of two groups of conveying roller groups 200. In order to reduce the splashing of the dilute sulfuric acid out of the upper housing 120, water baffles 500 are vertically arranged on both sides of the spraying assembly 300 positioned on the top of the conveying roller set 200, and each water baffle 500 is fixedly connected in the upper housing 120. The two opposite sides of the water baffle 500 are fixedly connected with guide plates 510, and each guide plate 510 is located at one end of the corresponding water baffle 500 close to the bottom of the guide plate. Each guide plate 510 has a tendency of inclining towards the lower housing 110 along a direction away from the corresponding water guard 500, and then when the dilute sulfuric acid sprayed by the spray assembly 300 splashes, the water guard 500 stops the dilute sulfuric acid, so that the dilute sulfuric acid is splashed onto the water guard 500, the dilute sulfuric acid splashed onto the water guard 500 moves along the water guard 500, the guide plates 510 guide the flowing of the dilute sulfuric acid, and further the situation that the dilute sulfuric acid moves towards the outside of the upper housing 120 is reduced.

In order to reduce the occurrence of the situation that the dilute sulfuric acid sprayed on the PCB splashes on the inner wall of the upper housing 120, the top of the two water baffles 500 is provided with an inner layer glass 520, one end of the inner layer glass 520 is fixedly connected with the top of one water baffle 500, and the other end of the inner layer glass 520 is fixedly connected with the top of the other water baffle 500. After the diluted sulfuric acid is sprayed on the PCB, the sprayed diluted sulfuric acid is blocked by the inner glass 520, thereby reducing the occurrence of the diluted sulfuric acid being sprayed on the inner wall of the upper housing 120.

When the spraying assembly 300 sprays the PCBs, the dilute sulfuric acid may be adhered to the conveying roller set 200, and when the conveying roller set 200 conveys the PCBs, the dilute sulfuric acid adhered to the PCBs may also be adhered to the conveying roller set 200, and then the dilute sulfuric acid may fall outside the lower housing 110.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in order to reduce the possibility that dilute sulfuric acid may fall on the outside of the lower housing 110, two chemical solution return bottom plates 600 are fixedly connected to the bottom of the upper housing 120, and the two chemical solution return bottom plates 600 are disposed opposite to each other. One liquid medicine backflow bottom plate 600 is arranged at one end of the upper shell 120 close to the beginning end of the conveying roller group 200, and the other liquid medicine backflow bottom plate 600 is arranged at one end of the upper shell 120 close to the tail end of the conveying roller group 200. The ends, far away from the inner wall of the upper shell 120, of the two liquid medicine backflow bottom plates 600 are obliquely inserted into the lower shell 110, the height of one end, fixedly connected with the inner wall of the upper shell 120, of each liquid medicine backflow bottom plate 600 is C relative to the horizontal plane, and the height of one end, far away from the inner wall of the upper shell 120, of each liquid medicine backflow bottom plate 600 is D relative to the horizontal plane, wherein C is greater than D. The dilute sulfuric acid adhered to the delivery roller set 200 falls on the chemical solution return bottom plate 600, so that the dilute sulfuric acid moves into the lower housing 110 along the inclined direction of the chemical solution return bottom plate 600, thereby reducing the occurrence of the condition that the dilute sulfuric acid falls outside the lower housing 110 and reducing the possibility of volume reduction of the dilute sulfuric acid in the lower housing 110.

The implementation principle of a sulphuric acid washtrough liquid medicine regeneration system of the embodiment of the application is: when the PCB is pickled, the PCB is placed into the upper housing 120 through the board inlet 121, and simultaneously the PCB enters between the two sets of conveying roller sets 200, and the conveying roller sets 200 convey the PCB. The water pump 130 pumps the dilute sulfuric acid in the lower housing 110 to the spray assembly 300, and the spray assembly 300 sprays the dilute sulfuric acid on the PCBs. The dilute sulfuric acid reacts with copper oxide on the PCB and produces copper sulfate and water. Copper sulfate and water enter the lower shell 110 and are incorporated into the dilute sulfuric acid. The power rectifier 410 supplies power to the anode plate and the cathode plate, the copper sulfate and the water generate sulfuric acid, copper and water under the electrified condition, and the copper is plated on the cathode plate, so that the regeneration of the sulfuric acid is completed.
