Because the blowby gas is mixed with the oil drops in the crankcase to form oil-gas mixture, the mixture must be subjected to oil-gas separation, the separated oil flows back to the oil pan, the separated gas is introduced into the air inlet channel through a pipeline and enters the cylinder along with fresh air to be burnt, the problem of environmental pollution is avoided, and the problem of pressure balance of the crankcase is solved.

Because the crankcase ventilation pipe is made of rubber and plastic mostly, heat transfer is slow, and the temperature rise at the joint of the crankcase ventilation pipe and the air filter rear pipeline is slow. In a low-temperature environment, in the running process of the whole vehicle, because the temperature of the opening part of the crankcase ventilation pipe is low, water vapor in blow-by gas is easy to condense and form water at the position, and meanwhile, because of the action of cold air in the air inlet pipeline, liquid water at the opening of the crankcase ventilation pipe can be condensed into ice and blocks the crankcase ventilation pipe. Therefore, the pressure of the crankcase is overlarge, the oil rule sprays the engine oil, and the sealing part leaks the oil. For a supercharger type, the ice blocks at the mouth of the breathing pipe fall off to cause the blades of the impeller of the supercharger to deform and even lose functions.
