The existing chocolate liquid spraying cabinet is poor in heat preservation effect, and after the spray gun is used, residual chocolate is solidified, so that the chocolate liquid spraying cabinet is unsmooth in next use and the coating effect is influenced.

The invention aims to provide a chocolate liquid spraying cabinet, and aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, the chocolate liquid spraying cabinet is poor in heat preservation effect, and after a spray gun is used, residual chocolate is solidified, so that the chocolate liquid spraying cabinet is unsmooth in next use and the coating effect is influenced.

The spray gun comprises a gun seat, a first hose and a nozzle, wherein one end of the first hose is fixedly connected with the inner pipeline, the other end of the first hose is fixedly connected with the top end of the gun seat, and the nozzle is fixedly connected with the gun seat and is positioned at the bottom of the gun seat.

The extraction pump sends chocolate liquid to the first hose through the inner pipeline, the chocolate enters the nozzle through the gun seat and is sprayed out of the nozzle, and the curvature of the first hose is controlled to carry out coating work.

The heat preservation cavity is arranged inside the gun seat, two first through holes are formed in the top end of the gun seat, and the first through holes are symmetrically arranged relative to the first hose and communicated with the heat preservation cavity.

The warm water enters the heat preservation cavity through one of the first through holes and then returns to the outer pipeline from the other through hole.

The spray gun further comprises a sealing cover, wherein the sealing cover is in threaded connection with the gun base and is positioned below the gun base.

The opening and closing of the nozzle is controlled by the sealing cover.

The outer pipeline comprises a pipe body and two annular plates, the pipe body is fixedly connected with the support frame and located above the support frame, the number of the annular plates is two, the annular plates are respectively arranged at two ends of the pipe body, and each annular plate is provided with two second through holes in the side wall.

The warm water enters the outer shell through one of the second through holes, enters the spray gun from the other end of the outer shell, and then returns to the outer shell from the other second through hole.

The outer pipeline further comprises two second hoses, and two ends of each second hose are fixedly connected with the gun seat and the annular plate respectively and communicated with the corresponding second through holes respectively.

The warm water enters the heat preservation cavity through one of the second hoses and then returns to the outer pipeline through the other second hose.

According to the chocolate liquid spraying cabinet, chocolate liquid is arranged in the storage box, warm water is arranged in the heat preservation box and is continuously heated, the warm water and the chocolate liquid are kept at the temperature, the chocolate liquid is pumped to the inner pipeline by the pumping pump and is sent to the spray gun for coating, the outer pipeline is divided into the liquid inlet channel and the liquid return channel by the partition plate, the warm water is pumped to the liquid inlet channel from the heat preservation box by the circulating pump during the process, and after entering the heat preservation cavity, the warm water returns to the heat preservation box from the liquid return channel, so that the chocolate liquid in the inner pipeline is preserved in the heat, and the chocolate liquid is prevented from being solidified.

Further, the insulation can 3 includes a first box 31 and a heating plate 32, the first box 31 is disposed inside the cabinet 1, an insulation groove 33 is disposed on the top end of the first box 31, and the heating plate 32 is fixedly connected to the first box 31 and located on the inner side wall of the first box 31.

In the present embodiment, the hot water in the first casing 31 is heated by the heating plate 32 to maintain the temperature of the hot water, the holding tank 4 is installed in the heat-retaining tank 33, and the temperature of the chocolate liquor is maintained by transferring heat from the hot water to the holding tank 4.

Further, the storage box 4 includes a second box 41 and a heat conducting pillar 42, the second box 41 is fixedly connected to the first box 31 and is located in the heat-preserving groove 33, one end of the heat conducting pillar 42 is disposed inside the first box 31, and the other end of the heat conducting pillar 42 is disposed inside the second box 41.

In this embodiment, the heat conduction column 42 is made of diamond material, has good heat conductivity, and transfers the heat of the warm water to the chocolate liquid to maintain the temperature of the chocolate liquid.

Further, the storage box 4 further comprises a feeding pipe 43, the side wall of the cabinet body 1 is provided with a feeding hole 12, the feeding pipe 43 is communicated with the second box body 41, and is fixedly connected with the cabinet body 1 and located on the side surface of the cabinet body 1.

In this embodiment, the second tank 41 is filled with chocolate via the filling tube 43, and the chocolate block is placed in the filling tube 43, heated, and then converted into chocolate liquor in the second tank 41.
