The production line is conveyed through the circulating conveying chain, uncoated hardware supports can be hung on the circulating conveying chain through a feeding device or workers at a feeding station of the circulating conveying chain, and the coated hardware supports can be unloaded from the circulating conveying chain through an unloading device or workers at an unloading station of the circulating conveying chain. Because this production line adopts earlier to carry out the degrease to the five metals support, then sprays, ensures that the five metals support surface is clean, heats the five metals support afterwards, soaks the powder and continues heating and melting, cools off at last, and the five metals support dope layer that makes covers evenly, and adhesive force is strong. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the production line is provided with two cooling devices, one cooling device is close to one side of the melting device, and the other cooling device is far away from one side of the melting device. First washing bucket 2 passes through the pipeline intercommunication with second washing bucket 3, the degreasing fluid in the second washing bucket 3 flows toward first washing bucket 2 in through the pipeline, and the cost is saved to the degreasing fluid in the second washing bucket that can reuse.

The first heating box 5 or the second heating box 6 or the melting box 8 is movably provided with a door plate 61 capable of sealing an opening part of the first heating box 5 or the second heating box 6 or the melting box 8, and a driving mechanism capable of driving the door plate 61 to automatically open or close is arranged between the door plate 61 and the first heating box 5 or the second heating box 6 or the melting box 8. The drive mechanism is of conventional construction. The door plate is driven by the driving mechanism to be automatically opened or closed according to the working requirement, so that the heat of the first heating box or the second heating box or the melting box can be better prevented from leaking, and the heat loss is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the process for coating the hardware bracket comprises the following steps:

s1, hanging, namely hanging the hardware support 100 on the circulating transmission chain 1;

s2, carrying out first cleaning, namely conveying the hardware support 100 on the hardware support into a first cleaning barrel 2 by a circulating conveying chain 1, and carrying out degreasing treatment on the hardware support 100 by degreasing liquid in the first cleaning barrel 2;

s4, spraying, wherein the hardware support 100 subjected to secondary degreasing is conveyed into a spraying box 4 by a circulating conveying chain 1, and the hardware support 100 is sprayed and cleaned by a spraying head in the spraying box 4;

s5, heating in the first stage, wherein the hardware support 100 which is sprayed is conveyed to a first heating box 5 by a circulating conveying chain 1 for preheating, and the preheating temperature is 300-;

s6, heating at the second stage, wherein the hardware support 100 which is preheated is conveyed to a second heating box 6 by a circulating conveying chain 1 to be heated at 390-430 ℃;

s7, soaking powder, conveying the hardware support 100 which is heated up to the temperature by the circulating conveying chain 1 into a powder barrel 7 filled with coating, and heating and melting the coating contacted with the hardware support 100 to adhere to the hardware support 1000;

s8, melting, conveying the hardware support 100 adhered with the coating into a melting box 8 by the circulating conveying chain 1 for heating, and heating the part of the incompletely melted coating which is not in direct contact with the outer wall of the hardware support 100 on the hardware support 100 until the part of the incompletely melted coating is completely melted and is completely adhered to the hardware support 100;

s9, cooling, wherein the hardware support 100 in the melting box 8 is conveyed to a cooling barrel 9 filled with cooling materials by a circulating conveying chain 1, the hardware support 100 adhered with the molten-state coating is cooled in the cooling barrel, and the molten-state coating is shrunk and fastened to the hardware support 100;

and S10, hanging down, conveying the hardware support 100 in the cooling barrel 9 out by the circulating conveyor chain 1, and unloading the hardware support 100 coated with the coating from the circulating conveyor chain 1 by an unloading device or a worker.

When the process for coating the hardware support is adopted, the hardware support is degreased and sprayed and cleaned firstly, then the hardware support is heated to enable the hardware support to have high temperature, then the hardware support is immersed into a powder barrel filled with coating, because the hardware support has high temperature, when the hardware support is immersed into the powder barrel, the coating which is in direct contact with the surface of the hardware support is melted and adhered to the hardware support, then the hardware support is placed into a melting box to be heated continuously, the coating which is adhered to the hardware support and is not melted completely is heated continuously until the coating is melted and adhered to the hardware support, and finally the hardware support adhered with the coating in the melting state is placed into a cooling barrel to be cooled, so that the coating in the original melting state is shrunk and fastened to the hardware support, and the process is adopted, the manufactured hardware support coating layer is uniformly covered, The adhesive force is strong, and no bubbling or peeling occurs; adopt ultrasonic wave generating device transmission ultrasonic wave cooperation degreasing fluid to realize the degrease to the five metals support simultaneously for the five metals support surface is cleaner, and the coating effect is better.
