connecting the two pressure sensors with a traveling computer;

and when the vehicle speed is not more than 30km/h, the rotating speed of a steering wheel is not less than 180 degrees/s, and the difference value is not in the range of the second standard threshold value, performing symmetry resistance compensation on the steering column by using the traveling computer according to the detection results of the two pressure sensors.

10. An automobile characterized by comprising a steering column lock detection alarm device according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of steering column locking, and particularly relates to a steering column locking detection alarm device, a steering column locking detection alarm method and an automobile.

Background

The steering column is a mechanism for connecting an automobile steering wheel and a steering engine, and has the function of generating steering force by rotating the steering column through the steering wheel, and the steering force is transmitted to the steering engine to push wheels of the automobile to realize a steering function. Meanwhile, the steering column has the functions of adjusting the steering wheel up and down and back and forth, and when the steering column adjusting handle is loosened, the angle and the height of the steering wheel can be adjusted. The invention aims to provide a steering column locking detection alarm device, a method and an automobile aiming at the defects in the prior art.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a steering column lock detection alarm device, including:

the two pressure sensors are respectively arranged on two sides of the steering column and can detect the pressure between the steering column and the steering column fixing support;

and the control unit is used for sending out an alarm instruction according to the detection results of the two pressure sensors.

The invention provides a locking detection alarm device and method for a steering column and an automobile, and has the beneficial effects that:

1. the device can detect the locking condition of the steering column through the detection results of the two pressure sensors, can judge the symmetry of the stress on the two sides of the steering column, and provides a theoretical basis for solving the problem of uneven left and right steering moments;

2. the device is provided with an alarm module, and can send out an alarm signal when detecting that the locking force of the steering column is insufficient and the symmetry of the stress on the two sides of the steering column does not meet the requirement, so that the safety and the operation comfort of the automobile are improved;

3. the device can be analyzed by a running computer, and when the vehicle speed is not more than 30km/h, the rotating speed of a steering wheel is not less than 180 degrees/s, and the difference value is not in a second standard threshold range, the running computer performs symmetrical resistance compensation on the steering column according to the detection results of the two pressure sensors.

Examples

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a steering column lock detection alarm device, which includes:

the two pressure sensors 1 are respectively arranged on two sides of the steering column 2, and the two pressure sensors 1 can detect the pressure between the steering column 2 and the steering column fixing support 3;

and the two pressure sensors 1 are connected with the control unit, and the control unit is used for sending out an alarm instruction according to the detection results of the two pressure sensors 1.

In this embodiment, the control unit includes a first detection unit and a second detection unit, the first detection unit is configured to calculate a locking mean value according to the detection results of the two pressure sensors 1 and compare the locking mean value with a first standard threshold; the second detection unit is configured to calculate a difference between the detection results of the two pressure sensors 1 and compare the difference with a second standard threshold.

When a driver loosens the adjusting handle 4, adjusts the angle of the steering column 2 and locks the nut 5, when the pressure mean value (X1+ X2)/2 detected by the left and right pressure sensors is larger than or equal to a third standard threshold value, the adjusting system is safely locked, otherwise, the system gives an alarm prompt on an instrument.
