The automobile interior seat leather is used as a surface skin material of the automobile interior, is a material with the largest contact opportunity and the largest contact area for drivers and passengers, and is also an important factor influencing the environmental health and safety of the automobile interior. The industrial production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) opens up new raw material resources for artificial leather and promotes the development of artificial leather production. Although the air permeability and moisture permeability are not as good as natural leather, the leather has certain strength and wear resistance, is particularly simple and convenient to produce, rich in raw materials, uniform in product quality, convenient to cut and use, light in weight, water-resistant and low in cost, and is widely used for manufacturing clothes, shoes, hats, bags, furniture, ornaments and various industrial accessories. With the development of plastic varieties and processing technologies, artificial leather forms a variety of series products.

In the real society, the contact with microbes such as bacteria and fungi is not completely avoided, and because the microbes have rapid reproduction capability and diversified propagation ways, antibacterial and antiviral materials capable of effectively resisting the invasion of pathogenic microbes and viruses are increasingly paid attention to by people, and healthy, safe, green and environment-friendly high-quality products are provided for consumers. In the existing scheme, the PVC artificial leather adopts a single type of antibacterial mildew preventive, the continuous antibacterial mildew preventive effect is not ideal, and a solvent type surface treating agent is used, so that the PVC artificial leather does not belong to an environment-friendly product; a large amount of mildew preventive is used in the preparation, so that the material cost is increased, and the addition of the mildew preventive on the other hand has adverse effects on other physical and chemical properties of the PVC synthetic leather; therefore, the invention provides an antibacterial PVC artificial leather and a preparation method thereof.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides antibacterial PVC artificial leather which comprises a lining layer, a PVC foam layer, an antibacterial PVC layer and a surface layer, and an antibacterial agent is added into the antibacterial artificial leather by a coating method, so that the antibacterial effect of a multi-layer structure is realized, and the antibacterial time is effectively prolonged.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an antibacterial PVC artificial leather, comprising a lining layer, a PVC foam layer, an antibacterial PVC layer and a surface layer; the PVC foam layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-80 parts of azodicarbonamide, 20-80 parts of auxiliary foaming agent, 1-20 parts of activating agent, 0.2-10 parts of dispersing agent and 0.2-5 parts of processing aid.

The antibacterial PVC layer is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of PVC paste resin, 35-75 parts of plasticizer, 1-4 parts of stabilizer, 0.5-3 parts of antioxidant and 1-10 parts of antibacterial agent.

The polymerization degree of the PVC paste resin is 1300-1600, and the K value is 71-76; the plasticizer is selected from one or the combination of more than two of phthalate, epoxy plasticizer and bio-based plasticizer; the stabilizer is one or the combination of more than two of metal soap, calcium and zinc, organic tin, epoxy compound and rare earth stabilizer.

The surface layer consists of the following components in parts by weight: 80-130 parts of surface treatment main agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of defoaming agent, 0.1-1 part of hand feeling auxiliary agent, 2-10 parts of cross-linking agent and 0.3-2 parts of antibacterial agent.

The lining layer is made of natural fibers, regenerated fibers or synthetic fibers serving as a base material fabric, and an antibacterial agent is added into the base material fabric to obtain an antibacterial lining layer and endow the antibacterial lining layer with an antibacterial function; the antibacterial agent is a silver ion antibacterial agent or a zinc ion antibacterial agent or a copper ion antibacterial agent.

The antibacterial agent is an inorganic metal ion type antibacterial agent obtained by loading silver ions, zinc ions or copper ions on nano-scale glass beads; the antibacterial agent is a novel composite antibacterial agent which is formed by compounding zinc ions or copper ions coated by chitosan modified by quaternary ammonium after silver ions are loaded on submicron cubic zirconium phosphate.

5-20% of the effective component of silver ions and 30-60% of the effective component of zinc ions or copper ions of the antibacterial agent; the antibacterial agent has a particle size distribution D50 (particle size distribution percentage of 50%) of 0.5-1.2 μm and a particle size distribution D90 (particle size distribution percentage of 90%) of 0.7-1.5 μm.

The quaternary ammonium modification of the chitosan is to introduce quaternary ammonium groups with different carbon numbers on a chitosan molecular skeleton, keep the pH value at 6-8 and coat zinc ions or copper ions in an alkaline aqueous solution.

The antibacterial performance of the PVC artificial leather is further improved by adding a certain amount of antibacterial agent in the lining layer, the antibacterial PVC layer and the surface layer.

In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention also provides a method for preparing the antibacterial PVC artificial leather, the method comprising the steps of:

s1 manufacturing an antibacterial base blank, namely selecting special PVC high-temperature textured release paper, preparing the antibacterial base blank on the release paper by a coating method, and wet-laminating the inner cloth layer and the antibacterial base blank to obtain a textured antibacterial semi-finished product; the antibacterial bottom blank comprises an antibacterial PVC layer and a surface layer, the processing speed is 10-20m/min, and the processing temperature is 140-200 ℃;

s2 manufacturing an adhesion layer, performing surface treatment on the antibacterial semi-finished product obtained in the step S1 on a two-roller printing coating table, transferring antibacterial surface treatment liquid onto the antibacterial semi-finished product to form the surface layer, wherein the processing speed of the surface layer is 10-18m/min, and the processing temperature is 100-150 ℃, so that the finished antibacterial PVC artificial leather is obtained.

Further, the lining layer processing method in step S1 includes: and performing pre-soaking treatment on the base material fabric, wherein the soaking liquid contains a silver ion or copper ion antibacterial agent with the concentration of 5-10%, and the soaking time of the lining layer is controlled within 30 +/-5 min.

Step S1, the processing method of the antibacterial PVC layer comprises the following steps: processing on a PVC coating line, wherein the processing speed is set to be 14-18m/min, and the processing temperature is set to be within the range of 150-. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the antibacterial PVC artificial leather for the automotive interior has triple antibacterial structural design, and comprises a lining layer, an antibacterial PVC layer and a surface layer. The common fabric is added with functions of dipping, coating and the like, and the silver ion antibacterial agent is modified into the lining fabric, so that the lining antibacterial effect is realized; the novel composite antibacterial agent is added into the antibacterial PVC layer, namely, the composite antibacterial agent is formed by compounding zinc ions or copper ions coated by quaternary ammonium modified chitosan, wherein silver ions are loaded on submicron cubic zirconium phosphate. The antibacterial activity of the quaternized chitosan is remarkably increased, the chitosan derivative has the best antibacterial effect, the antibacterial activity is enhanced along with the increase of positive charges, and the chitosan derivative can obtain a continuous and effective antibacterial effect through the multilayer compound antibacterial agent of silver ions.

2. The antibacterial bottom blank is prepared by adopting a coating process method, and a proper amount of bio-based antibacterial microcapsules are added on the surface layer of the PVC, so that the antibacterial bottom blank has good compatibility with a PVC prescription system, and the antibacterial effect can be improved and the antibacterial time can be prolonged by virtue of a microcapsule structure. The surface layer is added with silver ion, zinc ion or copper ion antibacterial agent coated by nano glass beads, so that the antibacterial agent can be better dispersed in the surface treatment liquid and can continuously and slowly release antibacterial active ingredients. The PVC lining is pretreated, and before being attached to the PVC leather, the PVC lining is firstly subjected to antibacterial and antiviral treatment, so that the PVC lining is endowed with an antibacterial function. The lining layer is made of natural fibers, regenerated fibers or synthetic fibers, the base fabric is added with functions through dipping, coating and the like, and the silver ion antibacterial agent is modified into the lining fabric, so that the lining layer has an antibacterial effect; thereby realizing the antibacterial effect of a multilayer structure and effectively prolonging the antibacterial time.

3. s1 manufacturing an antibacterial base blank, namely selecting special PVC high-temperature textured release paper, preparing the antibacterial base blank on the release paper by a coating method, and wet-laminating a lining layer and the antibacterial base blank to obtain a textured antibacterial semi-finished product; the antibacterial bottom blank comprises an antibacterial PVC layer and a surface layer, the processing speed is 10-20m/min, and the processing temperature is 140-;

step S1, a cloth layer processing method: pre-soaking the base material fabric, wherein the soaking liquid contains 5-10% of silver ion or copper ion antibacterial agent, and the soaking time of the lining layer is controlled within 30 +/-5 min.
