the compressing assembly 314 comprises a rotating shaft 315 rotatably disposed on the filter cartridge 313 and extending outwards through the filter cartridge 313, a pressing plate 316 coaxial with and synchronously driven by the rotating shaft 315, a telescopic unit b317 for connecting the pressing plate 316 and the filter cartridge 313, a protruding rod a318 fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 315, and a protruding rod b319 disposed correspondingly to the protruding rod a318 and fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the pharmaceutical body 1.

In this embodiment, through setting up the section of thick bamboo 313 that compresses tightly subassembly 314 cooperation lift in-process for compress tightly subassembly 314 upset when straining a section of thick bamboo 313 and compress tightly work with raw and other materials, and then make raw and other materials rubbed, do benefit to second degree of depth system work, compress tightly the reverse upset of subassembly 314 when straining a section of thick bamboo 313 to descend simultaneously, accomplish and upwards break up raw and other materials, do benefit to the second system work of stewing, fully improve the utilization ratio of raw and other materials.

In detail, when the convex rod a318 is lifted, the convex rod a318 is in matched transmission with the convex rod b319, the rotating shaft 315 synchronously drives the press plate 316 to rotate, the upper end part of the press plate 316 acts on the raw material, and the raw material is compacted; when the convex rod a318 descends, the convex rod a318 and the convex rod b319 are in matched transmission, the press plate 316 rotates synchronously under the rotating shaft 315, the lower end part of the press plate 316 acts on raw materials, and the raw materials are scattered; the telescopic unit b317 plays a role in supporting the pressure plate 316 and resetting the pressure plate 316, and the resetting ejection work is used for fully scattering raw materials.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, the driving mechanism 4 includes a rack and pinion transmission unit, and the elevating portion of the driving mechanism 4 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the filter cartridge 313 through a connecting frame.

As shown in fig. 9 to 11, in which the same or corresponding components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, only the points of difference from the first embodiment will be described below for the sake of convenience. The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that:

the third transmission component 327 includes a third transmission rack 3271 fixedly connected to the filter cartridge and provided in a one-way tooth structure, a second transmission gear 3272 engaged with the third transmission rack 3271, a fourth transmission rack 3273 engaged with the second transmission gear 3272 and provided opposite to teeth of the third transmission rack 3271, and a magnetic block b3274 fixedly connected to the fourth transmission rack 3273 and attached to the outer wall of the pharmaceutical body 1, and the magnetic block b3274 is slidably disposed on the guide frame 3275 through a transmission rod.

In this embodiment, by arranging the adsorption component 32 to cooperate with the driving mechanism 4, after the first plaster decocting operation, the driving mechanism 4 lifts up and completes the thrust plate 321 through the second transmission component 324 to automatically extrude the plaster in the pharmaceutical body 1 into the temperature control area 1b for temporary storage; after the second time of plaster boiling work, the driving mechanism 4 is lifted up to change the direction of the third transmission component 327 through the thread ring 325, so that the third transmission component 327 drives the pushing component 326 to push the plaster in the temperature control area 1b to the preparation area 1a, and the plaster boiling device is simple in structure and high in automation degree.

In detail, after the first time of plaster decocting work and the second time of plaster decocting work, the filter cartridges 313 are lifted to different heights, the lifted height of the second time is larger than the lifted height of the first time, that is, after the first time of plaster decocting work, the driving mechanism 4 drives the filter cartridges 313 to be lifted, the second transmission rack 3243 drives the first transmission gear 3242 to rotate, the rotating first transmission gear 3242 drives the first transmission rack 3241 to descend, the descending first transmission rack 3241 drives the thrust plate 321 to descend, and the thrust plate 321 pushes the plaster in the preparation area 1a to the temperature control area 1 b; after the first time of plaster decocting work, the driving mechanism 4 drives the filter cylinder 313 to lift up again, the second transmission rack 3243 and the first transmission gear 3242 do not transmit any more, then the filter cylinder 313 and the threaded ring 325 are meshed to rotate, during rotation, liquid medicine on waste residues is centrifuged and thrown out, meanwhile, 90-degree orientation adjustment is realized before and after the filter cylinder 313 enters the threaded ring 325, and when the filter cylinder 313 ascends, the third transmission component 327 is used for transmission, so that the magnetic block b3274 drives the magnetic block a3261 to move downwards along the vertical direction, and further, the plaster in the temperature control area 1b is fully and quickly pushed into the preparation area 1a for mixing.

It should be noted that the first lowering operation of the thrust plate 321 is to quickly push the plaster in the preparation area 1a into the temperature control area 1b, and meanwhile, to scrape the wall of the plaster retained in the long-time decoction operation of the inner wall of the pharmaceutical body 1, so as to keep the cleanness; the second descending work of the thrust plate 321 is to perform mixing auxiliary work after the plaster in the temperature control area 1b enters the preparation area 1a, so that the plaster is quickly and uniformly mixed, and meanwhile, the plaster remained in the long-time decoction work of the inner wall of the pharmaceutical body 1 is scraped to keep the smoothness.

In addition, the thread ring 325 is provided with an avoiding groove, which is beneficial to the lifting work of the third transmission rack and the second transmission rack.

The working process is as follows:

firstly, plaster preparation raw materials are collected through filter cloth and then manually placed in a charging component 21 of a feeding preparation mechanism 2, then a driving mechanism 4 is started, the driving mechanism 4 drives the charging component 21 to descend, the charging component 21 and a first transmission component 22 are matched to be opened, and the filter cloth and the raw materials fall into a supporting component 31 together;

meanwhile, the cover cage assembly 51 automatically closes the opening, and the stewing space keeps a closed state;

then, water is introduced into the pharmaceutical body 1, the filter cartridge 313 of the support component 31 is immersed into the water for the first time for decoction, after the plaster is decocted, the drive mechanism 4 drives the filter cartridge 313 to lift up and separate from the decocted plaster, at the moment, the valve control component 13 receives a signal and opens the water inlet 14, meanwhile, the second transmission component 324 drives the thrust plate 321 to descend, the plaster in the preparation area 1a is pushed out to the temperature control area 1b, and the valve is closed;

meanwhile, the pressing component 314 is matched with the filter cartridge 313 in the lifting process, so that the pressing component 314 is turned over to press the raw materials when the filter cartridge 313 is lifted, the raw materials are kneaded, the deep boiling work for the second time is facilitated, and meanwhile, the pressing component 314 is turned over reversely when the filter cartridge 313 is lowered, so that the raw materials are scattered upwards to facilitate the boiling work for the second time;

then, water is introduced into the pharmaceutical body 1 again, the filter cartridge 313 of the support component 31 sinks into the water for the second time for decoction, after the plaster is decocted, the drive mechanism 4 drives the filter cartridge 313 to lift up and separate from the decocted plaster, at the moment, the valve control component 13 receives a signal and opens the water inlet 14 again, the plaster in the temperature control area 1b flows into the preparation area 1a under the action of gravity, the second transmission component 324 drives the thrust plate 321 to descend simultaneously to mix the twice decocted plaster, the filter cartridge 313 is lifted continuously and meshed with the threaded ring 325 to rotate, when the rotation is carried out, the liquid medicine on the waste residue is thrown out in a centrifugal mode, the 90-degree orientation adjustment is realized before and after the filter cartridge 313 enters the threaded ring 325, and then when the filter cartridge 313 rises, the third transmission component 327 is utilized to transmit the magnetic block b3274 to drive the magnetic block a3261 to move downwards along the vertical direction, so that the plaster in the temperature control area 1b is pushed into the preparation area 1a sufficiently and quickly for mixing, after complete mixing, the bottom is taken out with an open valve.
