Detailed Description

The following is a preferred embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these improvements and modifications are also considered as the protection scope of the present application.

Before the technical solutions of the present application are introduced, the technical problems in the related art will be described in detail.

In the related art, particularly in the field of assembling the decoration device 1, it is generally required to bond the decoration 10 and the carrier 30 together with the adhesive member 40 to enhance the appearance effect. When a gap occurs between the garnish 10 and the adhesive member 40 after the garnish 10 is bonded, particularly between the garnish 10 and the carrier 30, it is difficult to adjust the position of the garnish 10 at this time because the adhesive force of the adhesive member 40 is large. In addition, when the garnish 10 is pre-positioned on the carrier 30, if part of the garnish 10 erroneously contacts the adhesive member 40, the position of the garnish 10 needs to be adjusted. If the position of the decoration 10 needs to be adjusted, the decoration 10 needs to be separated from the adhesive member 40 again, which may cause distortion of the adhesive member 40, so that the decoration 10 cannot be bonded, or cause distortion of the decoration 10 and discard, for example, a metal bright decoration strip of a vehicle may cause light distortion under the external force, thereby increasing the assembly cost and working hours.

At present, there is a method of fixing the ornament 10 to the carrier 30 by adding a clip provided on the carrier 30 and a hook barb provided on the ornament 10, and by connecting and cooperating the clip and the hook barb. However, this structure can only control the gap between the garnish 10 and the carrier 30 as much as possible, and cannot perform secondary adjustment to eliminate the gap between the garnish 10 and the carrier 30.

In view of the above, in order to solve the above problems, the present application provides a decoration device 1. Referring to fig. 1 to 5 together, fig. 1 is a top view of a decoration device according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view taken along a-a in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an exploded view of fig. 1. FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view along the A-A direction of FIG. 1 when the boss is not abutting the support. FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the direction A-A of FIG. 1 with the boss abutting the support portion but the bonding element being unbonded to the trim element.

The present embodiment provides a decoration device 1, which includes a decoration 10, a carrier 30, a boss 20, and an adhesive member 40. The carrier 30 is disposed on one side of the decoration 10, and the carrier 30 includes a supporting portion 301 and an adhesive portion 302, and the adhesive portion 302 is disposed on a periphery of the supporting portion 301. Alternatively, the decoration 10 and the boss 20 may be integrally formed structural members, or they may be separate structural members, and the boss 20 is connected to the bonding surface 102 of the decoration 10. The shape of the boss 20 includes, but is not limited to, a cylinder, an elliptical cylinder, a cube, etc. Preferably, the present embodiment employs the boss 20 having a curved surface facing a side away from the garnish 10. In addition, the specific structure of the boss 20 on the garnish 10 will be described in detail below.

The trim component 1 provided by the present embodiment further includes a carrier 30, and various structural members are typically disposed on the carrier 30 using the carrier 30. The trim part 10 may be provided on the carrier 30, for example, or may be a hem when the carrier 30 is applied to the glass of the window 2. Optionally, the material of the hem is injection molded plastic. The material of the carrier 30 includes, but is not limited to, plastic, rubber, etc. The carrier 30 provided in the present application may be a component having any structure, which is not limited in the present embodiment. To facilitate understanding of the following, the carrier 30 is artificially divided into the supporting portion 301 and the bonding portion 302. In practical production, the supporting portion 301 and the bonding portion 302 may be formed by a single process (e.g., injection molding) with the supporting portion 301, the bonding portion 302 and the rest of the carrier 30, or the supporting portion 301 and the bonding portion 302 may be formed as separate structural members. Alternatively, the supporting portion 301 and the bonding portion 302 may be prepared first, the rest of the bearing component 30 is prepared, and then the supporting portion 301 and the bonding portion 302 are installed in the bearing component 30, or the supporting portion 301 and the bonding portion 302 may be prepared first, and then the bearing component 30 is integrally prepared (for example, injection-molded) based on the supporting portion 301 and the bonding portion 302. The adhesive portion 302 is used to connect with the adhesive member 40, and the adhesive member 40 is provided to a portion of the adhesive portion 302. The support portion 301 is used to support the boss 20 on the garnish 10, and the boss 20 having a curved surface corresponding to the support portion 301 is selected for the present embodiment. In addition, the support portion 301 may be deformed by an external force. In other words, when an external force is applied to the support portion 301 through the boss 20, the support portion 301 is deformed and forms a receiving space to receive a portion of the boss 20, and at this time, the gap between the garnish 10 and the adhesive member 40 disappears, that is, the adhesive member 40 bonds the carrier 30 and the garnish 10. Ways to make the partial carrier 30 include, but are not limited to, injection molding, blow molding, extrusion molding, and the like. Alternatively, the specific structure of the supporting portion 301 on the carrier 30 will be described in detail later.

Optionally, a positioning table is disposed on a peripheral edge of a surface of the carrier 30 close to one side of the decoration 10, the positioning table is disposed on the bonding portion 302 of the carrier, and the positioning table corresponds to the decoration and is used for assisting in accurately positioning the decoration 10. For convenience of understanding, the positioning table is artificially divided, the positioning table is a part of the bearing member 30, and the positioning table and the bearing member 30 are integrally formed structural members. For example, when the decoration device 1 provided in the present application is not used, the decoration 10 is usually pre-positioned by a positioning table on the carrier 30, and then the decoration 10 is bonded to the bonding member 40 to complete the assembly. In this embodiment, the degree of adhesion between the garnish 10 and the carrier 30 is only 90%, and the garnish 10 has only one opportunity of position adjustment, and thus the function of the positioning table cannot be fully exhibited. However, by using the decoration assembly 1 provided by the present application, the decoration 10 is initially positioned on the carrier 30, and then when the boss 20 abuts against the supporting portion 301, the position of the decoration 10 can be adjusted by referring to the preset positioning table to make the degree of attachment between the decoration 10 and the carrier 30 reach 99% -100%. Due to the opportunity of adjusting the position of the decoration 10 for the second time, the positioning accuracy of the decoration 10 can be improved, and the yield can be improved.

Optionally, the surface of the adhesive portion 302 near the decoration 10 has a positioning groove near the decoration surface 101, and the periphery of the decoration 10 is disposed in the positioning groove. The positioning groove is used for accommodating part of the rest of the decoration 10, and the decoration 10 is bent and accommodated in the positioning groove. In addition, when the decoration 10 is not adhered to the adhesive member 40, the position of the decoration 10 in the positioning groove can be adjusted to eliminate the gap between the decoration 10 and the carrier 30, and when the carrier 30 is designed, the depth and the width of the positioning groove can be adjusted to save the material for manufacturing the carrier 30 and reduce the weight.

The decoration device 1 of the present embodiment further includes an adhesive member 40, a surface of the adhesive member 40 facing the decoration 10 has adhesiveness, and a surface of the adhesive member 40 facing the carrier 30 has adhesiveness. The adhesive member 40 includes, but is not limited to, double-sided tape, quick-dry adhesive, quick-stick adhesive, and the like. As shown in fig. 5, when the boss 20 just abuts against the support portion 301, the gap H between the adhesive member 40 and the adhesive surface 102 of the garnish 10 is 1-5 mm. The adhesive member 40 is disposed on the adhesive surface 102 of the garnish 10 and the surface of the adhesive member 40 on the side close to the carrier 30 is lower than the surface of the boss on the side close to the carrier 30, or the adhesive member 40 is disposed on the adhesive portion 302 of the carrier 30 and the surface of the adhesive member 40 on the side close to the garnish 10 is higher than the surface of the support portion 301 on the side close to the garnish 10. In the assembling process, the adhesive member 40 may be first disposed on the bonding portion 302 of the carrier 30, and then the adhesive member 40 is bonded to the decoration 10, or the adhesive member 40 may be first disposed on the bonding surface 102 of the decoration 10, and then the adhesive member 40 is bonded to the carrier 30. As shown in fig. 4, during assembly, when the boss 20 does not abut the carrier 30, the garnish 10 does not contact the adhesive 40. It is understood that the position of the garnish 10 on the carrier 30 is only preliminarily positioned at this time, and the garnish 10 is not bonded to the adhesive member 40. Then, the decoration 10 and the boss 20 move towards the direction close to the carrier 30, that is, the boss 20 moves towards the corresponding support 301 (as shown in the direction D1 in fig. 5), when the boss 20 just abuts against the support 301 as shown in fig. 5, at this time, the adhesive member 40 and the decoration 10 have a gap H (as shown by a thick black line in fig. 5), that is, the adhesive member 40 is not yet adhered to the decoration 10, and due to the gap, the decoration 10 can be secondarily and finely adjusted relative to the carrier 30, so that the position of the decoration 10 can be secondarily adjusted to compensate for the deviation between the carrier 30 and the decoration 10, and the fine adjustment of the decoration 10 is realized. The boss 20 and the support portion 301 added to the decoration device 1 of the present application can keep the gap H between the adhesive member 40 and the decoration 10 during the assembly process. In other words, after the decoration strip 10 is initially positioned, the position of the decoration strip 10 is secondarily adjusted to eliminate the gap between the bearing member 30 and the decoration strip 10 while the bonding state between the bonding member 40 and the decoration strip 10 is maintained, so that the positioning accuracy is improved, the loss of the decoration assembly 1 is reduced, and the yield is improved.

In addition, after the positioning is accurately performed, the external force F may be continuously applied to the boss 20 along the direction D1 shown in fig. 5, so that the decoration 10 and the boss 20 are continuously moved toward the carrier 30. Under the action of the external force F, the boss 20 continues to move towards the direction D1, and when the boss moves to a certain position, the supporting portion 301 deforms, so that at least part of the boss 20 is arranged in the accommodating space of the supporting portion 301, and the decoration piece 10 is bonded with the bonding piece 40, it can be understood that the boss 20 is accommodated in the supporting portion 301. Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, the assembly of the decoration device 1 can be simply and conveniently completed, resulting in an assembled device.

The above describes that the support portion 301 may be deformed, alternatively, the support portion 301 may be elastically or plastically deformed. The following description details several specific configurations of the supporting portion 301.

In one embodiment, the supporting portion 301 may have elasticity. As shown in fig. 5, when an external force F is applied to the support portion 301 through the boss 20, the boss 20 continues to move in the direction D1 until the gap H disappears and the adhesive member 40 is adhered to the garnish 10. At this time, the supporting portion 301 is plastically or elastically deformed as a whole to form a receiving space, and the partial boss 20 is received, thereby completing the assembly (as shown in fig. 2). The structural member is convenient to operate, simple in structure and convenient to manufacture.

Please refer to fig. 6-8 together. FIG. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A of FIG. 1 according to another embodiment of the present application. Fig. 7 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 6. Fig. 8 is a partial top view of a carrier according to an embodiment of the present application.

In another embodiment, at least a portion of the support portion 301 is optionally resilient. The supporting portion 301 includes a first portion 3011 and a plurality of second portions 3012 arranged at intervals, the bonding portion 302 is arranged at a periphery of the first portion 3011, an avoiding slot is arranged at a side of the first portion 3011 close to the decoration 10, the plurality of second portions 3012 are connected to the first portion 3011, the plurality of second portions 3012 are arranged corresponding to the periphery of the first portion 3011, and each second portion 3012 extends towards the rest of the second portions 3012;

when the decoration 10 and the boss 20 move toward a direction close to the carrier 30 and the boss 20 applies pressure to the second portion 3012, at least a portion of the second portion 3012 deforms and is disposed in the avoiding groove to form the receiving space.

It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like in the description and claims of the present application and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing different objects and not for describing a particular order.

The support portion 301 provided in the present embodiment includes a first portion 3011, and the shape of the first portion 3011 includes, but is not limited to, a cylinder, an elliptical cylinder, a cube, and the like. Only one side close to the boss 20 needs to be provided with an avoiding groove for accommodating the boss 20. Preferably, the adhesive 40 in this embodiment is provided on the adhesive portion 302 at the periphery of the first portion 3011.

The support portion 301 provided in the present embodiment further includes a second portion 3012 connecting the first portions, and the shapes of the first portion 3011 and the second portion 3012 include, but are not limited to, a cylinder, an elliptical cylinder, a cube, and the like. Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the second portion 3012 in the present embodiment is fan-shaped, and the peripheries of the plurality of second portions 3012 are connected to form a circular shape. The material of the first and second portions 3011 and 3012 includes, but is not limited to, sponge, plastic, rubber, and the like. The second section 3012 is closer to the boss 20 than the first section 3011. At least part of the second portion 3012 is connected to the first portion 3011 at its periphery. The second portions 3012 extend towards the remaining second portions 3012, respectively, it can also be understood that the second portions 3012 extend towards the center of the connecting surface of the first portions 3011 and the second portions 3012, respectively, and optionally, a gap of 1-5mm is maintained at least partially between each second portion 3012. The escape grooves of the first section 3011 are disposed to correspond to gaps between the plurality of second sections 3012. The first and second portions 3011 and 3012 are integrally formed structural members on the carrier, and the support 301 is artificially divided into the first and second portions 3011 and 3012 for the convenience of understanding. In actual production, the first portion 3011 and the second portion 3012 are integrally formed structural members.

Please refer to fig. 9-10 together. FIG. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the direction A-A of FIG. 1 without the boss abutting the support in another embodiment of the present application. FIG. 10 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the direction A-A of the boss abutting the support portion but with the bonding element and the trim element unbonded thereto of FIG. 1, in accordance with another embodiment of the present application.

As shown in fig. 10, when an external force F is applied to the support portion 301 through the boss 20 during the assembling process, the boss 20 continues to move in the direction D1, that is, the boss 20 continues to move toward the gaps between the plurality of second portions 3012, until the gap H between the adhesive member 40 and the garnish 10 disappears, and the adhesive member 40 is bonded to the garnish 10. At this time, under the action of an external force, the second portion 3012 is deformed and bent into the relief groove of the first portion 3011, so that the supporting portion 301 forms a receiving space to receive a part of the boss 20, thereby realizing the assembly (as shown in fig. 6).

Optionally, the second portion 3012 is disposed on a surface of the first portion 3011 on a side close to the decoration 10; alternatively, the surface of the first portion 3011 on the side close to the decoration 10 is flush with the surface of the second portion 3012 on the side close to the decoration 10.

As shown in fig. 10, when the second portion 3012 is disposed on the surface of the first portion 3011 close to the decoration 10, that is, when the surface of the second portion 3012 close to the decoration 10 is higher than the surface of the bonding portion 302 close to the decoration 10, it is more beneficial to initially position the boss 20 to the support portion 301, and it can be understood that the boss 20 can be abutted to the support portion 301 more quickly to make the gap H between the bonding member 40 and the decoration 10 larger, so that it is more beneficial to perform secondary adjustment on the decoration 10.

Referring to fig. 11 and 12 together, fig. 11 is a schematic sectional view taken along a direction a-a in fig. 1 according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 12 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 11.

When the surface of the first portion 3011 close to the decoration 10 is flush with the surface of the second portion 3012 close to the decoration 10, that is, the surface of the second portion 3012 close to the decoration 10 is flush with the surface of the bonding portion 302 close to the decoration 10, the thickness of the bonding member 40 can be reduced, the material can be saved, and the protruding height of the second portion 3012 compared with the surface of the carrier 30 does not need to be considered, so that the manufacturing of the carrier 30 is simpler.

The above describes the specific structural form and deformation process of the supporting part 301 during the installation process. Next, a description will be given of a specific configuration of the above-mentioned boss 20.

Referring to fig. 13 and 14 together, fig. 13 is a schematic sectional view taken along a direction a-a in fig. 1 according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 14 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 13.

In another embodiment, the boss 20 includes a base 201 and a protrusion 202 connected to each other, the base 201 is connected to the decoration 10, and the protrusion 202 is far away from the decoration 10 than the base 201.

The boss 20 provided in the present embodiment includes a base 201 and a protruding portion 202, the base 201 is used to connect the boss 20 and the decoration 10, and the protruding portion 202 is used to support to form a gap between the adhesive member 40 and the decoration 10 during the assembling process. The shape of the base 201 and the boss 202 includes, but is not limited to, a cylinder, an elliptical cylinder, a cube, etc. Preferably, as shown in fig. 14, the base 201 is a cylinder in this embodiment, and the protrusion 202 has a curved surface. The base 201 is connected with the decorative surface 101 of the decoration 10, and the curved surface of the protruding portion 202 is close to the second portion 3012 of the support portion 301 on the carrier 30.

As shown in fig. 13, when the assembly is completed, the second portion 3012 of the support portion 301 is deformed, and a part of the boss 202 enters into the escape slot of the first portion 3011 together with a part of the second portion 3012, so that the support portion 301 receives a part of the boss 20. Compared with the protruding part 202, the surface area of the base 201 contacting the decoration 10 is larger, so as to improve the connection performance between the boss 20 and the decoration 10, i.e. the connection between the boss 20 and the decoration 10 is firmer. By designing the shape of the boss 202 to reduce its cross-sectional width, manufacturing material can be saved.

Referring to fig. 15-17 together, fig. 15 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along a-a direction of fig. 1 according to still another embodiment of the present application. Fig. 16 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 15. FIG. 17 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the direction A-A of FIG. 1 with the boss abutting the support portion but the bonding element being unbonded to the trim element in yet another embodiment of the present application.

In another embodiment, an installation space 2021 is disposed on the outer peripheral side surface of the boss 20, when the decoration 10 and the boss 20 move toward the direction close to the carrier 30 and the boss 20 applies pressure to the second portion 3012, at least a portion of the second portion 3012 can be deformed to form the receiving space, and then deformed to be restored and disposed in the installation space 2021, and a portion of the boss 20 is disposed in the avoiding groove.

The boss 20 provided in this embodiment includes a mounting space 2021, and the mounting space 2021 is a cavity structure and is disposed on the outer peripheral side surface of the protruding portion 202. The cavity structure includes, but is not limited to, a hole, a groove, etc., and the opening of the installation space 2021 faces the second portion 3012 in the horizontal direction. The shape of the installation space 2021 includes, but is not limited to, a cylinder, an elliptic cylinder, a cube, etc., and only needs to accommodate a portion of the second portion 3012 of the support portion 301 (as shown in fig. 16).

As shown in fig. 17, during the assembling process, when an external force F is applied to the support portion 301 through the boss 20, the boss 20 continues to move in the direction D1, that is, the protruding portion 202 of the boss 20 continues to move toward the gaps between the plurality of second portions 3012, until the gap H between the adhesive member 40 and the garnish 10 disappears, and the adhesive member 40 is bonded to the garnish 10. At this time, under the action of an external force, the second portion 3012 is deformed first and is bent into the avoiding groove of the first portion 3011, and as the installation space 2021 continues to move, when the end portions of the installation space 2021 and the second portion 3012 are located at the same level, the second portion 3012 is deformed again and enters the installation space 2021, thereby completing the assembly (as shown in fig. 15). The installation space 2021 avoids the reaction force of the second portion 3012 of the support 301 against the boss 20, and makes the connection between the boss 20 and the support 301, i.e., the connection between the trim 10 and the carrier 30, stronger. In addition, in all the embodiments described above, the reaction force of the support portion 301 against the boss 20 is 0 to 5N, and it is understood that the reaction force of the support portion 301 against the boss 20 is at least smaller than the adhesive force between the garnish 10 and the adhesive member 40, that is, the reaction force is not sufficient to separate the garnish 10 from the adhesive member 40.

In addition to the above-provided trim component 1, the present application also provides a method of assembling a trim component 1. The decoration device 1 and the assembling method of the decoration device 1 provided by the embodiment of the present application are required to be used together. For example, as an embodiment, the decoration device 1 mentioned above may be assembled using the assembling method of the decoration device 1 provided below.

Referring to fig. 18, fig. 18 is an assembly flow chart of an assembly method of an assembly component according to an embodiment of the present application. The present embodiment provides an assembling method of a decoration device 1, and the preparation method includes S100, S200, S300, S400, and S500. The details of S100, S200, S300, S400, and S500 are as follows.

S100, providing a decoration piece 10 and a boss 20, wherein the boss 20 is arranged on one side of the decoration piece 10.

S200, providing a carrier 30 and an adhesive member 40, wherein the carrier 30 comprises a supporting portion 301 and an adhesive portion 302, the adhesive portion 302 is arranged on the periphery of the supporting portion 301, and the adhesive member 40 is adhered to one side of the adhesive portion 302 close to the decoration piece 10 or the adhesive member 40 is adhered to one side of the decoration piece 10 close to the adhesive portion 302.

S300, moving the decoration 10 and the boss 20 toward a direction approaching the carrier 30, causing the boss 20 to abut against the support 301, and causing the adhesive 40 and the decoration 10 to have a gap, or causing the adhesive 40 and the bonding portion 302 to have a gap.

S400, adjusting the position of the decoration piece 10 relative to the carrier 30.

S500, applying pressure to the supporting portion 301 through the boss 20, so as to deform at least a portion of the supporting portion 301 to form an accommodating space, and moving the boss 20 toward the direction close to the carrier 30, so that at least a portion of the boss 20 is disposed in the accommodating space, and the adhesive member 40 adheres the adhesive portion 302 and the decoration 10.

According to the assembling method provided by the application, the lug boss 20 abuts against the supporting part 301 by moving the decorating part 10 and the lug boss 20 towards the direction close to the carrier 30, so that a gap is formed between the bonding piece 40 and the decorating part 10 or between the bonding piece 40 and the bonding part 302. It can be understood that, at this time, the boss 20 isolates the adhesive member 40 from the decoration 10, and the adhesive member 40 is not adhered to the decoration 10, or the adhesive member 40 is not adhered to the adhesive portion 302, so that there is obtained a chance of adjusting the position of the decoration 10 for the second time to eliminate the gap between the carrier 30 and the decoration 10, and thus the positioning accuracy can be improved, and the yield can be improved.

In addition, after the position of the decoration piece 10 is adjusted for the second time, the boss 20 applies pressure to the support portion 301, so that the gap between the adhesive piece 40 and the decoration piece 10 or the gap between the adhesive piece 40 and the adhesive portion 302 disappears, that is, the adhesive piece 40 adheres the decoration piece 10 and the adhesive portion 302, at this time, the support portion 301 deforms, and as the boss 20 continues to move, part of the boss 20 enters the support portion 301, and the support portion 301 forms an accommodating space to accommodate part of the boss 20, so that the decoration assembly 1 can be assembled simply and conveniently.

Please refer to fig. 6, 10, and 19 together. Fig. 19 is an assembly flowchart included in S500 of fig. 18, including S510. The details of S510 are as follows.

The supporting portion comprises a first portion 3011 and a plurality of second portions 3012 arranged at intervals, the bonding portion 302 is arranged on the periphery of the first portion 3011, an avoiding groove is arranged on one side of the first portion 3011 close to the decoration 10, the second portions 3012 are connected to the first portion 3011, the second portions 3012 correspond to the periphery of the first portion 3011, and each second portion 3012 extends towards the rest of the second portions 3012.

S510, moving the decoration 10 and the boss 20 toward a direction close to the carrier 30, and applying pressure to the second portion 3012 by the boss 20, so that at least a portion of the second portion 3012 is deformed and disposed in the avoiding groove to form the accommodating space.

The first portion 3011 and the second portion 3012 have been described in detail above, and are not described in detail herein. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, pressure is applied to the support portion 301 through the boss 20 along the direction D1, and the boss 20 continues to move toward the second portion 3012 until the gap H between the adhesive member 40 and the decoration 10 disappears, i.e., the adhesive member 40 is bonded to the decoration 10. At this time, the second portion 3012 is deformed and bent into the relief groove of the first portion 3011 under the action of external force, so that the supporting portion 301 forms a receiving space to receive a part of the boss 20, thereby completing the assembly (as shown in fig. 6).

Please refer to fig. 15, 17, and 20. Fig. 20 is an assembly flowchart included after S510 in fig. 19, including S511. The details of S511 are as follows.

The outer peripheral side of the boss 20 is provided with an installation space 2021.

S511, the boss 20 continues to apply pressure to the second portion 3012, so that the boss 20 continues to move towards the avoiding groove, when the boss 20 moves a predetermined distance, the second portion returns to deform and is disposed in the installation space 2021, and part of the boss 20 is disposed in the avoiding groove.

The decoration space has been described in detail above, and the present application is not described in detail herein. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 17, pressure is applied to the support portion 301 through the boss 20 along the direction D1, and the boss 20 continues to move toward the second portion 3012 until the gap H between the adhesive member 40 and the garnish 10 disappears, i.e., the adhesive member 40 is bonded to the garnish 10. At this time, under the action of an external force, the second portion 3012 is deformed first and is bent into the avoiding groove of the first portion 3011, and as the boss 20 continues to move, the second portion 3012 is deformed again and enters the installation space 2021 of the boss 20, thereby completing the assembly (as shown in fig. 15).

Please refer to fig. 21 and 22 together, and fig. 21 is a top view of a vehicle window according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 22 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the direction B-B in fig. 21.

The application also provides a vehicle window 2 which comprises a window body 50 and the decoration component 1, and the assembly is carried out by adopting an assembly method corresponding to the decoration component 1. One side of the bearing member 30 is provided with a receiving groove 303, a part of the window 50 is arranged in the receiving groove 303, and the window 50 and the decoration 10 are arranged at two adjacent sides of the bearing member 30.

The decoration device 1 and the corresponding assembling method of the decoration device 1 have been described in detail above, and the description of the present application is omitted. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the bearing member 30 may be an edge cover, and the edge cover may be integrally formed with the window 50, or the edge cover and the window 50 may be separately formed, and then the edge cover and the window 50 are assembled to obtain the window 2. The boss 20 is provided on the garnish 10, and the support portion 301 corresponding to the boss 20 is provided on the carrier 30 of the window 2. Optionally, when the boss 20 abuts against the support portion 301, a gap is formed between the adhesive member 40 and the garnish 10 to ensure that the adhesive member 40 and the garnish 10 are not adhered, so that an opportunity of secondarily adjusting the position of the garnish 10 is obtained to eliminate the gap between the garnish 10 and the carrier 30, and the yield of vehicle assembly components is improved.

The foregoing detailed description has provided for the embodiments of the present application, and the principles and embodiments of the present application have been presented herein for purposes of illustration and description only and to facilitate understanding of the methods and their core concepts; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
