Background

The expansion joint is a structural joint provided at an appropriate position along the direction of a construction joint of a building or a structure to prevent the structure from being cracked or damaged due to a change in weather temperature (thermal expansion or cold contraction). The expansion joint divides building components above a foundation such as a wall, a floor and a roof (except a wooden roof) into two independent parts, so that the building or the structure can horizontally expand and contract along the length direction. At present, at an expansion joint of a building structure, gaps between columns are small, and in the traditional construction process, the column spacing is too small to support a formwork. A template cavity is generally made on the site to support the template, but the template with the cavity is a whole, the later stage is difficult to remove the template, the construction progress is slow, and the damage is easily caused when the template with the cavity is removed, the secondary utilization cannot be realized, and the construction cost is improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to improve the construction progress and reduce the construction cost.

Referring to fig. 4, the screw 212 of the jacking bolt 21 is an adjustable screw, the screw 212 includes a sleeve portion 2121 and a screw portion 2122, one end of the sleeve portion 2121 is connected to the bolt head 211 of the jacking bolt 21, the first thread section 5 is disposed outside the sleeve portion 2121, one end of the sleeve portion 2121 away from the bolt head 211 is provided with an internal thread hole 21211, the second thread section 6 is disposed on the screw head 21221 of the screw portion 2122, and the screw rod 21222 of the screw portion 2122 is provided with an external thread matching with the internal thread hole 21211.

Specifically, by adjusting the screw head 21221 of the screw part 2122, the screw rod 21222 moves on the internal threaded hole 21211, so that the distance between two jacking bolts 21 at corresponding positions is changed, the distance between the templates 11 is changed, different distances between columns are adapted, and the adaptability is stronger. When the coupling nut 3 moves from the left screw head 21221 to the right screw head 21221, the left screw rod 21222 also moves to the right, and the coupling nut 3 is prevented from being disconnected from the right screw head 21221 due to the movement of the screw rod 21222 to the left.

Furthermore, the two ends of the template 11 are also fixed with the bumps 7, and the template 11 and the column can be loosened quickly by knocking the bumps 7, so that the template 11 is convenient to disassemble.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

The disassembling process comprises the following steps: the connecting nut 3 is rotated, so that the connecting nut 3 moves towards the tightening bolt 21 on the right side until the connecting nut 3 is completely separated from the tightening bolt 21 on the left side, then the locking nuts 22 on the two tightening bolts 21 are loosened, the tightening bolt 21 is pushed, the bolt head 211 of the tightening bolt 21 moves towards the first template 111, the distance between the tightening bolts 21 is increased, the template device 1 on the left side is separated from the template device 1 on the right side, the rotating template structure is divided into two parts, the bump 7 is knocked to loosen the template 11 and the column, and then the two templates 11 are sequentially pulled out from the column.
