Background

The high-voltage isolating switch is key switch equipment in a power system, is large in using amount, plays an important role in ensuring the safety of maintainers by isolating voltage, and is additionally arranged in a large number of isolating switch mechanism boxes in operation according to actual industrial requirements. The mode of detecting the output power of the high-voltage isolating switch driving motor and further analyzing the mechanical state and the fault has better effect. However, the motor output power detection device additionally arranged in the mechanism box brings the mechanism box with the action rejection risk caused by the short circuit of the detection device. The reason for this is that once the voltage probe of the power detection device is short-circuited at the detection device end. Will result in a short circuit of the motor drive power supply. connecting a first terminal and a second terminal to two ends of a power supply circuit of a driving motor through a terminal interface of a high-voltage isolating switch mechanism box; and acquiring data at two moments to obtain the real-time inductance change condition when the motor rotates, thereby obtaining the power of the driving motor.

The short circuit prevention module is provided with three outgoing lines, the interior of the short circuit prevention module is of a triode matched dual-power structure, the exterior of the short circuit prevention module is provided with a fusible fuse, and two ends of the fuse are respectively connected to an emitting electrode of the inner triode and a negative electrode of a power supply BT 1.

The processor can calculate the value of the inductance of the motor between the first terminal and the second terminal according to the voltage difference value of the first voltage sensor and the second voltage sensor and by combining the known internal resistance value between the first terminal and the second terminal.

After the short-circuit prevention module is connected, under the condition that no short circuit occurs, the internal structure of the short-circuit prevention module determines that the output ports (except BC) of the short-circuit prevention module are in an open circuit state.

In the circuit below A, B points in fig. 1, before the fuse is blown due to a short-circuit fault, the short-circuit preventing module B, C is in an open circuit state due to the internal structure of the short-circuit preventing module.

For short-circuit protection measures:

in fig. 1, a first terminal and a second terminal are connected to two ends of a power supply circuit of a driving motor through a terminal interface of a high-voltage isolating switch mechanism box.

When a short circuit occurs in the power measuring instrument and the voltage measuring line is indicated to be short-circuited, the A, B points are short-circuited to form a potential difference between the collector and the emitter of the triode, the power voltage used at the A, B connection point is greater than the conduction threshold voltage of the triode, the triode is conducted at the moment, the B, C points are short-circuited through an external fuse, and the fuse is fused by current. The first terminal and the second terminal are disconnected again.

When the voltage measuring device of the external power measuring module measures the voltage of the current-limiting resistor and the motor at the same time, the output power of the motor still cannot be accurately calculated on the premise of unknown resistance value of the current-limiting resistor, and the reason is that the inductance of the motor changes along with the rotating speed when the motor runs, and the variable quantity is different according to the model of the adopted motor.

Therefore, the present invention proposes a way of measuring the voltage by using the external resistors R1 and R2 to derive the motor inductance, and the principle is that the first voltage sensor measures the voltages U of R1 and R2, the internal resistor (Rin/unknown) and the four parts of the motor, the second voltage sensor measures the divided voltage U1 of R2, and the motor current I is known, so according to the formula:
