through the arrangement of the fixing clamp 25 and the switch door 34, when workers need to disassemble and clean the device, the switch door 34 or the access door 35 can be opened through the handle 26, and meanwhile, the structure adopts a threaded connection mode, so that the workers can take the limiting cylinder 3 out of the fixing clamp 25 by unscrewing the fixing bolt, and can clean the limiting cylinder conveniently, the working efficiency of the workers is improved, and the finished product quality of the device is improved;

referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention: a recoverable cloth dip-dyeing device for textile processing comprises an electric push rod 29, wherein the surface of a limiting cylinder 3 is provided with a plurality of leakage holes 27, the bottom inside a working box 1 is provided with a cavity 28, two sides inside the cavity 28 are provided with the electric push rod 29, the top end of the electric push rod 29 is provided with an anti-seepage slide block 30, the anti-seepage slide block 30 is connected to the inner side wall of the working box 1 in a sliding manner, one side of the anti-seepage slide block 30 is provided with a push plate 31, the middle part of one side of the working box 1 is provided with a feed pipe 32, and the intersection of the feed pipe 32 and the working box 1 is provided with a sealing ring;

through the arrangement of the electric push rod 29, when the dip dyeing efficiency of the cloth needs to be improved for a worker, a certain amount of dye can be injected into the device through the feeding pipe 32, then the device is externally connected with a power supply, the electric push rod 29 can drive the anti-seepage slide block 30 and the push plate 31 to move upwards, so that the dye can flow into the limiting cylinder 3 from the seepage hole 27, the cloth can be dip dyed, the driving motor 9 works to accelerate the contact efficiency of the cloth and the dye, in addition, after the dip dyeing is completed, the electric push rod 29 drives the push plate 31 to move downwards, the dye can flow out from the limiting cylinder according to the self gravity, the waste of the dye when the cloth is taken out can be effectively avoided, and the creativity of the device is improved;

the surface of inlet pipe 32 is provided with ooff valve 33, and there is switch door 34 on the top on work box 1 surface through hinge connection, and there is access door 35 bottom on work box 1 surface through hinge connection, and switch door 34 all installs handle 36 with one side on access door 35 surface, and the middle part on work box 1 surface is provided with observation window 37, and antiskid seat is installed to the bottom of work box 1.

The working principle is as follows:

when a worker needs to quickly dry the impregnated cloth, because the top of one side of the working box 1 is provided with the heater assembly 4, the top of the inner side wall of the working box 1 is in threaded connection with the connecting piece 5, one side of the connecting piece 5 is provided with the heat releasing plate 6, and the heater assembly 4 is electrically connected with the heat releasing plate 6, after the structure is connected with a power supply, the heater assembly 4 works and can transmit heat to the heat releasing plate 6, so that the heat releasing plate 6 dries the surface of the cloth, thereby accelerating the drying speed of the cloth, in addition, because the middle part of the top of the fixed cross beam 2 is provided with the connecting rod 7, the top end of the connecting rod 7 is provided with the connector 8, the top inside the connector 8 is inserted with the output end of the driving motor 9, and the intersection of the connecting rod 7, the connector 8 and the output end of the driving motor 9 is in threaded connection with the fastening knob 10, so that the worker fixes the structure, the cloth can be fixed inside the fixed cross beam 2, the driving motor 9 is started, the output end of the driving motor 9 can drive the fixed cross beam 2 to rotate, so that the cloth is driven to rotate at a high speed, the moisture in the cloth can be dried, and the working efficiency of the device is improved; when workers need to adjust and fix according to the size of cloth, because the two sides of the fixed cross beam 2 are both provided with the movable sleeves 15, the inner parts of the movable sleeves 15 are slidably connected with the movable rods 16, the crossed parts of the movable rods 16 and the movable sleeves 15 are both in threaded connection with the fixed knobs 17, the bottom ends of the surfaces of the movable rods 16 are connected with the fixed plates 18 through the movable sleeves 15, the workers can selectively draw out the extending distances of the movable rods 16 according to the height of the cloth, then the fixed knobs 17 can be screwed to fix the movable rods, meanwhile, because the surfaces of the fixed cross beam 2 and the fixed plates 18 are both provided with a plurality of threaded holes 19, the two sides of the surfaces of the fixed cross beam 2 and the fixed plates 18 are both in threaded connection with the positioning plates 20 through the threaded holes 19, the workers can determine the placing distances of the positioning plates 20 according to the length of the cloth, because the internal threads of the positioning plates 20 are connected with the movable screw rods 21 in a penetrating way, the top end of the movable screw rod 21 is provided with an adjusting knob 22, the bottom end of the movable screw rod 21 is provided with a pressing plate 23, so that a worker can drive the extruding plate 23 to move inwards through the movable screw rod 21 by rotating the adjusting knob 22, and the cloth is clamped and fixed; when workers need to disassemble and clean the device, because the top end of the surface of the working box 1 is connected with the switch door 34 through the hinge, the bottom end of the surface of the working box 1 is connected with the access door 35 through the hinge, and a handle 36 is installed at one side of the surfaces of the opening and closing door 34 and the access door 35, so that the worker can open the opening and closing door 34 or the access door 35 through the handle 26, meanwhile, because the middle part of the inner side wall of the working box 1 is provided with the connecting rod 24, the top end of the connecting rod 24 is provided with the fixing clamp 25, the inner thread of the fixing clamp 25 is connected with the connecting plate 26, and the connecting plate 26 is arranged at the two sides of the top part of the limiting cylinder 3, the structure adopts a threaded connection mode, so that the limiting cylinder 3 can be taken out from the fixing clamp 25 by loosening the fixing bolt by a worker, therefore, the cleaning device is convenient to clean, the working efficiency of workers is improved, and the finished product quality of the device is improved; when the dip dyeing efficiency of the cloth needs to be improved for the worker, because the bottom inside the working box 1 is provided with the cavity 28, the two sides inside the cavity 28 are respectively provided with the electric push rod 29, the top end of the electric push rod 29 is respectively provided with the anti-seepage slide block 30, the anti-seepage slide block 30 is connected with the inner side wall of the working box 1 in a sliding manner, one side of the anti-seepage slide block 30 is provided with the push plate 31, the middle part of one side of the working box 1 is provided with the feed pipe 32, the intersection of the feed pipe 32 and the working box 1 is provided with the sealing ring, the surface of the feed pipe 32 is provided with the switch valve 33, the worker can inject a certain amount of dye into the device through the feed pipe 32 and then externally connect the device with a power supply, the electric push rod 29 can drive the anti-seepage slide block 30 and the push plate 31 to move upwards, so that the dye flows into the limiting cylinder 3 from the seepage hole 27, thereby dip dyeing the cloth and driving the motor 9 to work, can accelerate the contact efficiency of cloth and dyestuff, in addition, after the dip-dyeing is accomplished, electric putter 29 drives push pedal 31 and moves down, and the dyestuff can flow out from spacing section of thick bamboo according to self gravity to can effectively avoid causing the waste of dyestuff when taking out the cloth, and then improve device's creativity.
