a group of double ears formed by the two ear plates (22) are hinged with the single ear plate (42) of the bottom adjusting plate (73);

the two single lug plates (23) are respectively hinged with the two groups of main rib lug plates (43) of the bottom adjusting plate (73);

the first connecting lug (25) and the second connecting lug (26), and the third connecting lug (26) and the fourth connecting lug (27) form two groups of double-lug plates respectively, and the double-lug plates are connected with the cylinder bottom ends of the two bottom adjusting jacks (74).

The integrated bottom-adjusting wind shielding mechanism of the head bracket according to claim 3, wherein a top plate (41) of the bottom-adjusting plate (73) is provided with a fixing hole (51), the fixing hole (51) is fixed with the wind shielding plate (710) through a bolt, and one side of the fixing hole (51) is provided with a key hole (52) for facilitating the installation of the bolt from the outside;

7. An end bracket, characterized in that the end bracket integrated bottom-adjusting wind shielding mechanism (101) of any one of claims 1 to 6 is installed between a base (75) and a coal side of an end bracket (102);

when the bottom adjusting jack (74) extends out, the bottom adjusting plate (73) is opened, and the tail end of the bottom adjusting plate is propped against the coal side;

when the bottom adjusting jack (74) retracts, the bottom adjusting plate (73) retracts to be close to the base (75).

8. An end bracket according to claim 7, wherein the base (75) is provided with a base attachment seat (31), the mounting plate (71) being secured to the base attachment seat (31).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a hydraulic support for a coal mine, in particular to an end support integrated bottom adjusting wind shielding mechanism and an end support.

Background

The hydraulic supports are connected with the conveyor along the fully mechanized mining face, arranged frame by frame, and positioned at two ends of the working face and called as end supports, wherein the first end support and the last end support are close to the coal side. In the coal mining process, because the conveyor frequently moves along the working face, the outermost end bracket is easy to be inclined in the forward moving process and even extruded between the coal side and the adjacent bracket. In order to avoid the situation, the end supports at the outermost sides of the two ends are required to be provided with bottom adjusting mechanisms, and the left and right positions of the supports are adjusted.

A ventilation system is arranged under a coal mine to supply air for a fully mechanized mining face so as to guarantee the life needs of underground personnel. In order to prevent air from entering a goaf from the crossheading through a neutral position between the outermost end supports at the two ends and the coal side and ensure the ventilation of a working face, a wind shielding mechanism is required to be arranged between the outermost end supports at the two ends and the coal side.

As shown in fig. 1, in the bottom-adjusting and wind-shielding mechanism in the prior art, the bottom-adjusting mechanism and the wind-shielding mechanism of the bracket are designed separately. The bottom adjusting mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the base, namely a bottom adjusting jack is arranged on the inner side of the base, and the bottom adjusting jack can extend out of the inner side of the base and jack the coal side to adjust the coal side; the wind shielding mechanism is arranged on the outer side (close to the coal side) of the shield beam side guard plate, and wind shielding is realized by arranging a wind shielding curtain on the shield beam side guard plate.

The bottom adjusting mechanism is small in contact area of the bottom adjusting jack and soft in coal side, so that the bottom adjusting jack is easy to be pricked into the coal side, the bottom adjusting jack is limited by the installation structure, the stroke is short, and the frame cannot be effectively adjusted.

The wind shielding mechanism is connected with the side guard plate of the shield beam, the connection strength and the stability are poor, the wind shielding mechanism is perpendicular to the side guard plate of the shield beam, and when the conveyor drives the support to move towards the coal side, the wind shielding mechanism is easily extruded and damaged.

In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an end support integrated bottom adjustment wind shielding mechanism and an end support, and aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the integrated bottom-adjusting wind shielding mechanism of the end bracket comprises a mounting plate 71, a bottom adjusting plate 73, a bottom adjusting jack 74, an upper baffle plate 77, a side baffle plate 78 and a wind shielding plate 710;

one end of the bottom adjusting plate 73 is hinged with the mounting plate 71 in a door pivot mode, one end of the bottom adjusting jack 74 is hinged with the mounting plate 71, and the other end of the bottom adjusting jack is hinged with the bottom adjusting plate 73;

the wind deflector 710 is fixed to the top plate 41 and the upper side surface of the bottom adjusting plate 73 respectively;

the upper and side guards 77 and 78 are fixed to the upper and side surfaces of the wind deflector 710, respectively.

In the end bracket of the invention, the end bracket integrated bottom wind shielding mechanism 101 is arranged between the base 75 and the coal side of the end bracket 102;

when the bottom adjusting jack 74 extends out, the bottom adjusting plate 73 is opened, and the tail end of the bottom adjusting plate is propped against the coal side;

when the bottom adjustment jack 74 is retracted, the bottom adjustment plate 73 is retracted to be close to the base 75.

Compared with the prior art, the integrated bottom adjusting wind shielding mechanism of the end bracket and the end bracket provided by the invention have the advantages that the mounting plate is fixed on the outer side (close to the coal side) of the base of the end bracket at the outermost side through the bolt, and the bottom adjusting plate is opened and retracted under the extending and retracting action of the bottom adjusting jack. When the bottom adjusting plate is opened, the bottom adjusting plate is pushed to the coal side, the position of the end support is adjusted, and when the bottom adjusting plate is retracted, the bottom adjusting plate is close to the support as much as possible, so that the support can move forwards smoothly;

the wind shield is fixed with the bottom adjusting plate through a bolt, and when the bottom adjusting plate is opened, the wind shield can prevent the crossheading wind from entering the goaf.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The mounting plate 71 includes a connecting plate 21, the connecting plate 21 is provided with:

the fixing hole 24 is fixed with the base connecting seat 31 through a bolt 72;

a group of double ears formed by the two ear plates 22 are hinged with the single ear plate 42 of the bottom adjusting plate 73;

the two single lug plates 23 are respectively hinged with the two groups of main rib lug plates 43 of the bottom adjusting plate 73;

the first connecting lug 25 and the second connecting lug 26, and the third connecting lug 26 and the fourth connecting lug 27 form two groups of double-lug plates respectively, and the two groups of double-lug plates are connected with the cylinder bottom ends of the two bottom adjusting jacks 74 respectively.

A top plate 41 of the bottom adjusting plate 73 is provided with a fixing hole 51, the fixing hole 51 and the wind shield 710 are fixed through a bolt, and one side of the fixing hole 51 is provided with a key hole 52 which is convenient for the bolt 79 to be installed from the outer side;

the connecting seat 44 of the bottom adjusting plate 73 is fixed with the fixing plate 63 of the wind shield 710 through a bolt, and the fixing plate 63 is provided with a key hole convenient for the bolt to be installed from the outer side;

four main rib ear plates 43 of the bottom adjusting plate 73 are welded with the top plate 41 to form a box structure which is connected with the wind shield 710.

The baffle 61 of the wind deflector 710 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes which are respectively fixed with the bottom adjusting plate 73, the upper baffle 77 and the side baffle 78 through bolts, and the baffle 61 is provided with support ribs 62.

The lower half part of the upper baffle plate 77 is provided with a fixing hole which is fixed with the wind shield plate 710 through a bolt;

one side of the side baffle 78 is provided with a fixing hole which is fixed with the wind shield 710 through a bolt;

the upper baffle plate 77 and the side baffle plate 78 are both rubber plates.

In the end bracket of the invention, the end bracket integrated bottom wind shielding mechanism 101 is arranged between the base 75 and the coal side of the end bracket 102;

when the bottom adjusting jack 74 extends out, the bottom adjusting plate 73 is opened, and the tail end of the bottom adjusting plate is propped against the coal side;

when the bottom adjustment jack 74 is retracted, the bottom adjustment plate 73 is retracted to be close to the base 75.

The base 75 is provided with a base connecting seat 31, and the mounting plate 71 is fixed with the base connecting seat 31.

In summary, the integrated bottom-adjusting wind shielding mechanism and the end bracket according to the embodiment of the invention mainly comprise a mounting plate, a bottom adjusting plate, a wind shielding plate and a bottom-adjusting jack.

The mounting plate is fixed on the outer side (close to the coal side) of the base of the outermost end bracket through bolts; one end of the bottom adjusting plate is provided with a hinge hole and is hinged with the mounting plate in a door-hinge-like manner through a pin shaft; the bottom of the bottom adjusting jack cylinder is hinged with the mounting plate, and the end of the piston rod is hinged with the bottom adjusting plate. Under the extending and retracting action of the bottom adjusting jack, the bottom adjusting plate is opened and retracted. When the bottom adjusting plate is opened, the bottom adjusting plate is pushed to the coal side, the position of the end support is adjusted, and when the bottom adjusting plate is retracted, the bottom adjusting plate is pressed close to the support as much as possible, so that the support can move forwards smoothly.

The wind shield is fixed with the bottom adjusting plate through a bolt, and when the bottom adjusting plate is opened, the wind shield can prevent the crossheading wind from entering the goaf.

Fig. 9 shows a side baffle 78 of the integrated bottom-adjusting wind shielding mechanism (fig. 7a and 7b) of the present invention, which is made of hard rubber and has a thickness of 16mm, and has a fixing hole at one side thereof to be fixed to a wind shielding plate 710 (fig. 7a and 7b) by a bolt 79 (fig. 7a and 7 b).

Referring to fig. 7a and 7b, the integrated bottom-adjusting wind shielding mechanism of the present invention is shown in an assembly diagram, which includes a mounting plate 71, a bolt 72, a bottom adjusting plate 73, a bottom adjusting jack 74, a base 75, a bolt 76, an upper baffle 77, a side baffle 78, a bolt 79, and a wind shielding plate 710.

As described above, the mounting plate 71 is fixed to the base 75 by the bolts 72. An ear plate at one end of the bottom adjusting plate 73 is hinged with the mounting plate 71 in a door pivot mode, the cylinder bottom of the bottom adjusting jack 74 is hinged with the mounting plate 71, a piston rod is hinged with the bottom adjusting plate 73, the stretching and the retracting of the bottom adjusting jack 74 control the bottom adjusting plate 73 to be opened and retracted, when the bottom adjusting plate 73 is opened, the tail end of the bottom adjusting plate is propped against the coal side, the position of the end support is adjusted, and when the bottom adjusting plate 73 is retracted, the support can be guaranteed to move forwards smoothly. The bottom adjustment jacks 74 are arranged one above the other to provide the required adjustment force while ensuring that the bottom adjustment plate 73 is as close to the base 75 as possible when retracted.

The wind shield 710 is fixed with the top plate of the bottom adjusting plate 73 through a bolt 79, is fixed with the upper side surface of the bottom adjusting plate 73 through a bolt 76, and adopts two fixing positions to ensure reliable connection; the upper baffle plate 77 and the side baffle plate 78 are both rubber plates and are fixed on the upper part and the side surface of the wind shield plate 710 through bolts 79, and the rubber material can reduce the weight of the baffle plates, and can also enable the side baffle plates to be close to the coal wall, so that the situation that the crossheading incoming wind enters the goaf is reduced.

fig. 10 shows an end bracket for mounting the integrated bottom-adjusting wind shielding mechanism of the present invention. As shown, the bottom-adjusting wind shielding mechanism 101 is installed between the head support 102 and the coal side, and is connected to the support base 75 (fig. 7a and 7b) by the bolts 72 (fig. 7a and 7 b). As long as the base 75 (fig. 7a and 7b) is provided with the base connector holder 31 (fig. 3a and 3b), the mechanism can be mounted on any one of the end brackets, and the versatility is good.
