When in use, the partition coiled material is guided by a plurality of groups of guide shafts 2, the partition coiled material is cut by a cutting mechanism, the partition coiled material is wound on a left winding air expansion shaft 8 after being cut, the winding is finished by driving the left winding air expansion shaft 8 to rotate by a driving mechanism in the winding process, a standby winding air expansion shaft 8 is placed at an arc-shaped clamping groove 7 at the right end of a rotary material rack 5 through a taking and placing port 10, after the winding is finished, a transverse moving mechanism drives the driving mechanism to be separated from the left winding air expansion shaft 8, a rotating shaft 4 and the rotary material rack 5 are driven by a servo motor 6 to rotate by 180 degrees, the air winding air expansion shaft 8 and the winding air expansion shaft 8 of a full disk exchange positions, the winding air expansion shaft 8 after the winding is rotated to the taking and placing port 10, the dismounting is convenient, the winding air expansion shaft 8 is rotated to a winding station, the partition coiled material placed on a winding sleeve 22 of the winding air expansion shaft 8 is compacted by a compacting mechanism 11, then cut off the baffle coiled material between two sets of rolling inflatable shafts 8 through shutdown mechanism, the sideslip mechanism removes actuating mechanism to work station, continues to drive left rolling inflatable shaft 8 and rotates the rolling, conveniently goes up unloading to the rolling cover, goes up the unloading in-process and need not the shut down, realizes the continuous production operation, improves work efficiency and use reliability.
