Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The testing method of the household appliances can be applied to various household appliances, such as an induction cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric kettle and the like, and the method is not particularly limited. In order to ensure the quality of the household appliances, the household appliances need to be subjected to a series of tests after being produced and assembled in a factory, and the household appliances can be packaged into finished products to leave a factory after the tests are passed.

In the prior art, one test mode is to enter a test mode when the power-on voltage of the household appliance is a preset voltage, and then test each function, where the preset voltage is often lower than the working voltage of the household appliance, resulting in inaccurate test results of some functions. For example, when the induction cooker is tested at a preset voltage lower than the working voltage, the heating power of the induction cooker cannot reach the maximum power, so that the power test result is inaccurate. The other testing mode is that a special testing module is arranged in the household appliance, and the testing is carried out by triggering the testing module, so that the cost of the household appliance is greatly increased, and the user is easy to trigger by mistake in actual use.

In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides a testing method for a home appliance, which can enable the home appliance to enter a testing mode quickly by triggering at least two keys of the home appliance within a short time after the home appliance is powered on without additionally adding a separate testing module, i.e., without increasing the cost of the home appliance, and the home appliance has the same working state as that of the home appliance in a normal working state in the testing mode, thereby being capable of accurately completing the testing.

Hereinafter, the testing method of the home appliance provided in the present application will be described in detail by specific examples. It is to be understood that the following detailed description may be combined with other embodiments, and that the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.

Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a testing method of a household appliance provided in the present application. The method is mainly executed by a testing device of the household appliance, and the device can be realized by software and/or hardware. Illustratively, the device may be a household appliance. As shown in fig. 1, the method of the present embodiment includes:

s101, responding to touch operation of at least two keys of the household appliance in a first preset time after the household appliance is powered on, and entering a test mode.

In this embodiment, the at least two keys of the home appliance are triggered to enter the test mode, and the keys of the home appliance may be keys in a physical pressing manner or keys controlled by touch, so that the touch operation on the keys may be corresponding pressing operation or touch operation.

Meanwhile, the test mode can be entered only by correspondingly operating at least two keys of the household appliance within a first preset time after the household appliance is powered on, so that the user is prevented from entering the test mode due to misoperation when the household appliance is normally used. For example, the first preset time is 5 seconds, within 5 seconds after the household appliance is powered on, if corresponding touch operations are performed on at least two keys of the household appliance, the test mode can be entered, and if the corresponding touch operations are performed on the at least two keys after the first preset time exceeds 5 seconds, the test mode cannot be entered. The value of the first preset time may be set according to actual needs, for example, in order to further prevent the user from mistakenly operating to enter the test mode, the first preset time may be set to a shorter time, for example, 2 seconds, which is not limited in this embodiment.

In this embodiment, at least two keys for triggering to enter the test mode may be set according to the actual situation of the household appliance, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. For example, the at least two keys may be all keys of the home appliance, and the home appliance enters the test mode in response to a touch operation on all keys. It can be understood that, in this case, after performing touch operation on all the keys, if the home appliance can enter the test mode, it may be determined that all the keys are normal, and if the home appliance cannot enter the test mode, it may be determined that at least one key is abnormal.

For example, the at least two keys may be a preset area and/or a preset number of keys of the home appliance, and the home appliance enters the test mode in response to a touch operation on the preset area and/or the preset number of keys. Fig. 2 illustrates an example in which the household appliance is an induction cooker.

As shown in fig. 2, the panel of the induction cooker includes a heating area 10 and a key display area 20. The heating area 10 is used for placing a pot for heating, the key display area 20 is used for providing keys such as on/off and function setting, and displaying correspondingly, for example, 12 keys 201 and a nixie tube display area 202 are included, and a display unit is correspondingly arranged at each key 201 to display when the key is operated. The at least two keys for triggering the induction cooker to enter the test mode may be all keys in the key display area 20, or may be a preset area and/or a preset number of keys in the key display area 20.

In an example, at least two keys triggering the induction cooker to enter the test mode are keys in a preset area, for example, the preset area is a left half area of the key display area 20, and in a first preset time after the induction cooker is powered on, the induction cooker enters the test mode if the keys in the left half area are subjected to touch operation.

For example, the at least two keys triggering the induction cooker to enter the test mode are keys with a preset number, for example, the preset number is 3, and in a first preset time after the induction cooker is powered on, if a touch operation is performed on any 3 keys of the key display area 20, the induction cooker enters the test mode.

For example, at least two keys triggering the induction cooker to enter the test mode are a preset area and a preset number of keys, for example, the preset area is a left half area of the key display area 20, the preset number is 3, and in a first preset time after the induction cooker is powered on, if a touch operation is performed on any 3 keys in the left half area, the induction cooker enters the test mode. Further, the preset area and the preset number of keys may be fixed combined keys, for example, if 3 keys arranged in the upper row in the half area on the left side of the key display area 20 are touch-controlled, the induction cooker enters the test mode, or if two keys arranged in the upper row on the left and right sides of the key display area 20 are touch-controlled, the induction cooker enters the test mode. It is understood that the combination of the preset area and/or the preset number of the keys can be set according to actual needs. By limiting the preset area and/or the preset number of keys, the test mode can be prevented from being triggered by mistake when the user normally uses the device.

In order to implement the rapid test, the touch operations on the at least two keys of the home appliance in this embodiment may be touch operations on the at least two keys of the home appliance by the simulated human hand assembly.

In practical application, when the household appliance is tested, the test can be assisted through corresponding test equipment so as to improve the efficiency. For example, the test device may include a simulated human hand set, and the touch operation of the simulated human hand set on at least two keys of the household appliance may be automatically triggered according to a preset program or triggered by a user. For example, after the household appliance is placed at a preset position, the simulated hand assembly automatically performs touch operation on at least two keys of the household appliance according to a preset program. Or the household appliance is placed at a preset position and then used for triggering the simulation hand assembly to start, and then the simulation hand assembly is used for performing touch operation on at least two keys of the household appliance.

S102, testing the to-be-tested functions of the household appliance in a test mode.

In this embodiment, the function to be tested of the home appliance may be determined according to the actual characteristics of the home appliance, which is not limited in this embodiment. The household appliance can test the function to be tested according to a preset test program or a received instruction in the test mode. For example, an operation key of the home appliance is tested to determine whether key triggering is normal; for the household appliance with the display unit, testing the display nixie tube; to the domestic appliance who possesses the heating function, test heating function and heating power etc. in addition, detect various sensors that possess to domestic appliance to guarantee that the function is normal and safety in utilization.

In the testing method for the household appliance provided by the embodiment, in response to the touch operation on at least two keys of the household appliance within the first preset time after the household appliance is powered on, the household appliance enters the testing mode, and the function to be tested of the household appliance is tested in the testing mode. The method is characterized in that the test mode is entered by triggering at least two keys of the household appliance within a short period of time after the household appliance is powered on, and the accuracy of the test result can be ensured because the running condition of each function is the same as that in normal use when each test is executed after the household appliance is powered on normally, and meanwhile, the test method does not need to additionally increase the cost of the household appliance.

On the basis of the above embodiment, the household appliance enters the test mode to execute the test, and exits the test mode when a certain condition is met. For example, the household appliance responds to stopping touch operation on at least two keys triggering to enter the test mode, and/or exits the test mode if the time for entering the test mode reaches a second preset time. Illustratively, the second predetermined time is 20 seconds.

In one implementation, the household appliance enters a test mode in response to touch operations of at least two keys, and the at least two keys maintain a trigger state in a later test process. In this manner, the home appliance may exit the test mode in response to stopping the touch operation of the at least two keys. In an example, the home appliance enters a test mode in response to touch operations on all keys, all keys of the home appliance are always kept in a trigger state in a test process, and the test mode is exited if the touch operations on all keys are stopped. Or, in this manner, the home appliance may exit the test mode when the time for entering the test mode reaches a second preset time in response to stopping the touch operation on the at least two keys.

In another implementation manner, the household appliance enters a test mode in response to the touch operation of at least two keys, and the at least two keys do not need to keep a trigger state in a later test process. That is, after entering the test mode, the touch operation on the at least two keys may be stopped, and the household appliance continues to perform the test, and then exits the test mode when the time of entering the test mode reaches the second preset time.

The following describes, with reference to a specific example, testing a function to be tested of the home appliance after entering the test mode. The function to be tested can be determined according to the actual characteristics of the household appliance. Taking an induction cooker as an example, the function to be tested may include at least one of a display function, a key function, a sensor function, or a heating function.

Example 1

When the functions to be tested include the display function, the testing of the functions to be tested of the home appliance in S102 includes:

sending a display instruction to a display unit; determining a display state of a display unit; if the display state is bright, indicating that the display function test is passed; and if the display state is not lightened, indicating that the display function test is not passed.

The household appliance can automatically send display instructions to all the display units when entering the test mode so as to determine the display states of all the display units, or can also send the display instructions to the display units corresponding to the first target keys in response to the touch operation of the first target keys of the household appliance so as to determine the display states of the display units corresponding to the first target keys. The touch operation on the first target key of the household appliance may be performed by a human hand simulation component, for example, the human hand simulation component sequentially triggers the keys according to the arrangement sequence of the household appliance to determine the display states of the display units corresponding to the keys.

For example, the display state may be determined by detecting the display brightness of the display units, for example, by detecting the display brightness of each display unit using a photographing apparatus, such as a camera. If the difference value between the brightness of the display unit and the preset brightness value is smaller than a first preset value, determining that the display state is bright; and if the difference value between the brightness of the display unit and the preset brightness value is larger than or equal to a first preset value, determining that the display state is not lighted. The preset brightness value is the display brightness of the display unit in a normal working state, and the size of the preset brightness value can be set according to the actual condition of the display unit. If the difference between the brightness of the display unit and the preset brightness value is large, it is determined that the display unit is not normally lighted, for example, the display brightness is weak, which may cause the user not to view clearly, and thus the display state of the display unit is determined as unlighted.

Example two

When the functions to be tested include the key function, the step S102 of testing the functions to be tested of the home appliance includes:

responding to touch operation of a second target key of the household appliance, and acquiring a key signal value corresponding to the second target key; if the difference value between the key signal value and the preset signal value is smaller than a second preset value, determining that the key function test is passed; and if the difference value between the key signal value and the preset signal value is larger than or equal to a second preset value, determining that the key function test fails.

After the household appliance enters the test mode, the key functions can be tested, for example, if part of keys of the household appliance are triggered to enter the test mode, other keys also need to be tested to determine whether the key signals of the other keys can be normally triggered. The touch operation on the second target key of the household appliance can be performed by the human hand simulation component, for example, the human hand simulation component sequentially triggers the keys according to the arrangement sequence of the household appliance so as to determine whether the key signals of the keys can be normally triggered.

The preset signal value in this example is a signal value generated when the key is triggered during normal operation, and the size of the preset signal value can be set according to the actual condition of the key. Comparing the difference value between the key signal value and the preset signal value with a second preset value, wherein the second preset value can be set as required, and if the difference value between the key signal value and the preset signal value is larger, determining that the key is abnormal; and if the difference value between the key signal value and the preset signal value is smaller, determining that the key is normal.

Optionally, when the function to be tested includes a key function, the testing the function to be tested of the household appliance in S102 may further include:

responding to touch operation of all keys of the household appliance, and outputting the number of the keys; if the number of the keys is equal to the number of all the keys, indicating that the key function test is passed; and if the number of the keys is less than the number of all the keys, indicating that the key function test is failed.

For example, if a test mode is entered by triggering a part of the keys of the home appliance, after the test mode is entered, all the keys of the home appliance may be tested by performing touch operation on all the keys. The home appliance may output the number of keys according to the received signal of the keys. For example, the number of all the keys of the home appliance is 12, and after the touch operation is performed on all the keys at the same time, if the home appliance receives signals of 12 keys, the display 12 is output, please refer to fig. 3, so as to indicate that all the keys are normal; if the household appliance receives signals of 11 keys, a display 11 is output, please refer to fig. 4, thereby indicating that there is a key abnormality.

Optionally, touch operations may be performed on all the keys of the home appliance in sequence, the home appliance outputs 1 after receiving the touch operation of one key, outputs 2 after receiving the touch operation of a second key, and accumulates the touch operations in sequence, and if the output value is not increased after performing the touch operation on a certain key, it may be determined that the key is abnormal.

Example three

When the function to be tested is the sensor function, the step S102 of testing the function to be tested of the household appliance includes:

detecting the voltage value of the sensor within a third preset time; if the difference value between the voltage value and the preset voltage value is smaller than a third preset value, determining that the function test of the sensor passes; and if the difference value between the voltage value and the preset voltage value is larger than or equal to a third preset value, determining that the function test of the sensor fails.

The type of the sensor in this embodiment is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a light sensor, or the like. The following description will be given taking a temperature sensor in an electromagnetic oven as an example.

A Temperature sensor in an electromagnetic oven generally detects a Temperature of a pan bottom through a Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistor to control a cooking process, and the NTC thermistor has a characteristic that a resistance value is very large at a very low Temperature and is close to an open state. In order to prevent the NTC thermistor from being erroneously determined as an open circuit state in an extremely low temperature environment, in the prior art, the time delay of detecting the open circuit of the NTC thermistor is 1 to 2 minutes, that is, the NTC thermistor is not open circuit until 1 to 2 minutes after the induction cooker starts to be heated, so that if the NTC thermistor is in the extremely low temperature environment, the temperature of the 1 to 2 minutes of heating of the induction cooker is enough to reduce the resistance value of the NTC thermistor, thereby distinguishing the open circuit state from the normal state.

In the embodiment, after the induction cooker enters the test mode, whether various sensors are normal or not starts to be detected, because the temperature of the production environment is constant, when the induction cooker can carry out open-circuit detection on the NTC thermistor in the temperature sensor within the third preset time after entering the test mode, the state of the sensor open circuit can be accurately judged without time delay, so that the test time is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved. It is understood that the third preset time is less than the second preset time. For example, the second preset time is 20 seconds, and the third preset time may be 5 seconds.

Example four

When the function to be tested is the heating function, the step S102 of testing the function to be tested of the household appliance includes:

controlling the household appliance to heat at a preset power to determine whether the heating power reaches the standard; if the heating power reaches the standard, determining that the heating function test is passed; and if the heating power does not reach the standard, determining that the heating function test fails.

The electromagnetic oven is taken as an example for explanation, a user can adjust heating power as required when using the electromagnetic oven, and in order to ensure that the heating function meets the use requirement, before leaving a factory, whether the heating power reaches the standard needs to be determined, so that the electromagnetic oven is controlled to heat with preset power, the electromagnetic oven is controlled to heat with maximum power in the example, and whether the actual heating power reaches the calibrated maximum power is determined. For example, if the maximum power calibrated by the induction cooker is 2600W, after the induction cooker is controlled to heat at the maximum power, if the actually detected heating power is 2400W, it is determined that the heating power does not meet the requirement, and the heating function test fails.

In practical application, one or more functions to be tested can be tested after entering the test mode according to needs, and the test sequence of each function to be tested can be set according to practical conditions. For example, for an induction cooker, the heating function can be tested after the sensor function is tested, so that the safety is ensured. In the scene that the household appliance enters the test mode in response to the touch operation on all the keys, all the keys and/or all the display units can be tested simultaneously in response to the touch operation on all the keys without other operations, so that the keys and/or the display units can be tested quickly, and the production efficiency is improved.

In addition, when the functional test to be tested fails, prompt information can be output, and/or the test mode can be exited. For example, the prompt message may be a fault code displayed by a time code tube, or the prompt message may be a flashing prompt by an indicator light, or a voice prompt message may be output. In addition, when the function test to be tested fails, the test mode can be exited, for example, the test mode exits under the condition that the function detection of the temperature sensor fails, so that the heating function is prevented from being executed under the condition that the temperature sensor is abnormal, the safety is ensured, and the inaccuracy of the subsequent test result is also avoided. Optionally, the home appliance may further prohibit the home appliance from entering the test mode again after the test is completed and the test mode is exited, so as to avoid a malfunction when the user is normally used.
