a slurry dipping pool 4 containing silica sol coating, a sand box 8 containing quartz sand and an air drying box 6 are sequentially arranged below the circulating conveying chain device 1 along the conveying direction of the circulating conveying chain device 1; the positions of the support frame body of the circulating conveying chain device 1 corresponding to the slurry dipping pool 4 and the sand box 8 are both provided with a bending track 9 which is used for leading the hanging mechanism 3 to enter the slurry dipping pool 4 or the sand box 8 and to deflect upwards along a hinge shaft of a hinge assembly 7 at the front edge of the sand dipping pool 4 or the sand box 8, namely, the hanging mechanism 3 can swing upwards before entering the slurry dipping pool 4 or the sand box 8 under the guiding action of the bending track 9, so that the lowest end of the wax mold 2 is higher than the top of the slurry dipping pool 4 or the sand box 8, the circulating conveying chain device 1 drives the hanging mechanism 3 to further drive the wax mold 2 to continue to advance, the hanging mechanism 3 freely droops along the bending track 9 after the wax mold 2 is positioned above the slurry dipping pool 4 or the sand box 8, so that the wax mold 2 can automatically enter the slurry dipping pool 4 or the sand box 8 and leave the slurry dipping pool 4 or the sand box 8 by the same action, and ensure that the liquid level of the silica sol coating in the slurry dipping pool 4 can submerge the wax mold 2, so that a layer of silica sol coating can be automatically adhered to the surface of the wax mould 2;

a plurality of air blowing pipes 11 used for blowing the quartz sand in the sand box 8 are arranged at intervals at the bottom in the sand box 8, the air blowing pipes 11 are communicated with an air pump capable of supplying air in a pulse mode, dust collection hoods 10 used for collecting dust are arranged at the middle positions of two sides of the axis of the top of the sand box 8 along the conveying direction of the conveying chain device 1, intervals are reserved between two sides of a hood opening of each dust collection hood 10 and the inner walls of two ends of the sand box 8 respectively, the dust collection hoods 10 are communicated with a dust collector, namely, after a wax mold 2 with a layer of silica sol coating adhered to the surface enters the sand box 8, the air pump is started to blow air in a pulse mode, the quartz sand in the sand box 8 is blown up through the air blowing pipes 11, the quartz sand can be adhered to the silica sol coating on the outer surface of the wax mold 2, the pulse type air blowing can prevent the quartz sand in the sand box 8 from being blown out to pollute the air, meanwhile, the dust collector is started to collect dust through the dust collection hoods 10, and prevent the quartz sand in the sand box 8 from floating randomly, causing air pollution; after quartz sand is adhered to the outer surface of the silica sol coating, the circulating conveying chain device 1 drives the hanging mechanism 3 to further drive the wax mold 2 to continue to advance, so that the wax mold 2 enters the air drying box 6, the silica sol coating on the outer surface of the wax mold 2 is air-dried and shaped, a silica sol mold shell is formed, the circulation is repeated, the silica sol mold shell on the outer surface of the wax mold 2 is thickened layer by layer, the inserting assembly II can be taken down until the thickness of the silica sol mold shell on the outer surface of the wax mold 2 meets the design requirement, and the next process is carried out;

in addition, the mold handles 3-12 are coaxially and fixedly connected with friction wheels 3-13 which can be in friction fit with the bending rail 9 correspondingly, namely the friction wheels 3-13 can drive the mold handles 3-12 along the bending rail 9 to further drive the wax mold 2 to rotate, so that silica sol paint and quartz sand can be uniformly adhered to the outer surface of the wax mold 2; the track surface of the bending track 9 is in parallel contact with the rim surface of the friction wheel 3-13, namely the track surface of the bending track 9 can be correspondingly twisted according to the running track of the friction wheel 3-13, so that the track surface of the bending track 9 is in parallel contact with the rim surface of the friction wheel 3-13, the friction wheel 3-13 can roll along the track surface of the bending track 9, and the wax mold 2 is driven to rotate along the axis of the mold handle 3-12; the top of the air drying box 6 is provided with a friction track which can be in friction fit with the friction wheels 3-13, namely, after the wax mould 2 enters the air drying box 6, the friction wheels 3-13 roll along the friction track, so that the wax mould 2 is driven to rotate, the wax mould 2 is uniformly ventilated, the silica sol mould shell on the surface of the wax mould 2 can be uniformly dried, and the drying efficiency is increased; the air drying box 6 is of a groove-shaped structure which enables the wax mold 2 to penetrate through the middle, a plurality of air outlets are arranged on two inner groove walls of the air drying box 6 of the groove-shaped structure in an aligned mode, a dehumidifying device is arranged in the air drying box 6 and can enable air blown out from the air drying box 6 to be kept dry, drying efficiency and drying uniformity are further improved, and shell cracking caused by uneven drying is avoided;

the circulating conveying chain device 1 is in a U-shaped structural layout, the air drying box 6 is in a U-shaped bending structure correspondingly matched with the U-shaped circulating conveying chain device 1, and the lengths of the circulating conveying chain device 1 and the air drying box 6 can be effectively lengthened, so that the hanging amount of the wax mould 2 is increased, the length of an air drying treatment section is increased, the air drying treatment effect is ensured, the production efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the occupied area of the circulating conveying chain device 1 is reduced; a torsion spring for keeping the inserting pipe 3-1 vertical is sleeved on a shaft body of the hinge assembly 7, wherein the hinge shaft corresponds to two sides of the inserting pipe 3-1; namely, the connecting pipe 3-1 can be kept vertical under the action of the torsion spring after being separated from the bending track 9, so that the phenomenon that the wax mold 2 collides with other objects due to accidents caused by random swing of the hanging mechanism 3 in the process of conveying through the circulating conveying chain device 1 is avoided;

When the silica sol mold shell drying system is implemented, the movable sleeve 3-7 can be controlled to drive the mandrel 3-3 to move away from the hinge assembly 7 along the axis of the insertion pipe 3-1 to enable the sliding block 3-2 to retract into the corresponding opening of the insertion pipe 3-1, the blind hole of the butt joint rod 3-10 and one end of the plug pipe 3-1 departing from the hinge component 7 can be correspondingly plugged, then the movable sleeve 3-7 is loosened, the mandrel 3-3 is pushed through the spring 3-6, thereby leading the mandrel 3-3 to move close to the hinge assembly 7 along the axis of the insertion pipe 3-1, ejecting the sliding block 3-2 out of the corresponding opening of the insertion pipe 3-1, leading the sliding block 3-2 to be correspondingly clamped with the annular groove 3-11, and hanging the wax mould 2 on the chain body of the conveying chain of the circulating conveying chain device 1; the circulating conveying chain device 1 drives the wax mould 2 to sequentially enter the slurry dipping pool 4, the sand box 8 and the air drying box 6, silica sol coating is adhered, quartz sand is adhered and air drying operation is carried out, so that a silica sol mould shell is formed on the outer surface of the wax mould 2, circulating conveying is carried out, and the wax mould 2 can be taken down until the thickness of the silica sol mould shell on the outer surface of the wax mould 2 meets the design requirement.
