1. An environmental test chamber, comprising:

the box body comprises a test cavity, and the test cavity can contain at least two test samples;

the display is connected with the test sample to display the running state of the test sample;

the switcher is respectively connected with the display and the at least two test samples in the test cavity and used for switching the display object of the display between the at least two test samples.

2. An environmental test chamber as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a network switch and a control computer connected to said network switch, said network switch being connected to at least two test specimens within said test chamber.

3. An environmental test chamber according to claim 2, wherein the network switch is embedded on the housing.

4. An environmental test chamber as set forth in claim 3, wherein the network switch is provided with a first port connected to the control computer, the first port being exposed to an outside of the housing.

5. The environmental test chamber as claimed in claim 2, wherein the network switch is provided with at least two second ports, the inner wall of the test chamber is provided with at least two connection ports, the at least two connection ports and the at least two second ports are connected in a one-to-one correspondence manner through connection lines, and the connection ports are used for being connected with the test samples.

6. An environmental test chamber according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the display and/or the switch are embedded on the housing.

7. An environmental test chamber according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a keyboard and a mouse, the keyboard and the mouse being connected to the switch.

8. The environmental test chamber of claim 7, further comprising a keyboard and mouse support, wherein the keyboard and mouse support is used for placing the keyboard and the mouse, the keyboard and mouse support is rotatably connected to the box body, and the keyboard and mouse support can rotate towards the box body to a folded state.

9. The environmental test chamber of claim 8, wherein the box body is provided with a containing cavity, and the keyboard, the mouse and the keyboard and mouse support are rotatably contained in the containing cavity.

10. An environmental test system comprising the environmental test chamber of any one of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of environmental test chambers, in particular to an environmental test chamber and an environmental test system.

Background

The environmental test chamber simulates natural environmental climate by means of science and technology, and has destructiveness on modern industrial products, and the representative tests of the environmental test chamber comprise: low pressure (high altitude) test, high temperature test, low temperature test, thermal shock test, solar radiation (sunshine) test, rain test, moisture-proof test, mildew-proof test, salt spray test, sand dust test, etc. The test samples of the environmental test chamber include various electronic devices, such as a server, a monitor, and the like, the existing environmental test chamber cannot display the states of the test samples in the sample process, and for the relevant states or parameters of the test samples, the test samples are generally taken out after the test is completed, and the test samples are individually analyzed to obtain the relevant parameters of the test samples after the test, but the running states of the test samples in the test process cannot be obtained.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the embodiments of the present application is to provide an environmental test chamber and an environmental test system, in which the environmental test chamber can display the running states of a plurality of test samples in a test.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an environmental test chamber, which includes a chamber, a display, and a switch, where the chamber includes a test cavity, and the test cavity can hold at least two test samples; the display is used for being connected with the test sample to display the running state of the test sample; the switcher is respectively connected with the display and at least two test samples in the test cavity and used for switching the display object of the display between the at least two test samples.

In this implementation, when the environmental test case is tested the test sample, the display is connected with the test sample, and the running state of test sample shows through the display in real time, and staff's accessible display observes the running state of test sample in the experimentation. When testing more than two test sample simultaneously in experimental intracavity, test sample more than two is connected with the switch, test sample more than two all inputs the switch on, the switch is connected the display and will be carried the display with signal all the way on, test sample more than two passes through the switch simultaneously to realize being connected with the display promptly, the signal on the input display is switched to the switching button of staff's accessible operation switch, and then makes the display object of display switch between two at least test sample. Compare in drawing a connecting wire from every test sample and being connected with the display, this application adopts the switch can directly switch the demonstration object of display through operating the switch, has simplified the wiring structure, has left out the operation of manual line pulling, has simplified staff's switching operation, has improved efficiency of software testing.

In a possible implementation manner, the environmental test chamber further includes a network switch and a control computer connected to the network switch, and the network switch is connected to the at least two test samples in the test chamber.

In this implementation, the network switch is a device for expanding the network, and can provide more connection ports in the sub-network so as to connect more computers. Therefore, the network switch is adopted to be connected with at least two test samples and the control computer respectively, so that the control computer can simultaneously control a plurality of test samples, the test data of the plurality of test samples in the test process is transmitted to the control computer in real time, the timeliness of data and problem feedback can be guaranteed, the situation that the box body of the environmental test box is opened in the test process can be avoided, and the accuracy of the test data is guaranteed. The network switch can also connect the test sample in the test process to the sub-networks such as the internal network of the company, and the like, so that an engineer can remotely log in to implement the monitoring test process, and can analyze the problem in time when the problem occurs in the test process, thereby improving the timeliness of problem analysis.

In one possible implementation, the network switch is embedded on the box.

In this implementation, with the network switch embedded on the box, can reduce the occupation of land space of environmental test case to can hide the connecting wire of network switch and test sample in the box of environmental test case, make the whole outward appearance of environmental test case keep neat, convenient transportation and storage.

In a possible implementation manner, the network switch is provided with a first port connected to the control computer, and the first port is exposed outside the box body.

In this implementation, the control computer is generally independent of the external device of the box of the environmental test chamber, and the first port of the network switch connected with the control computer is exposed outside the box, so as to facilitate the connection with the control computer.

In a possible implementation manner, the network switch is provided with at least two second ports, the inner wall of the test cavity is provided with at least two connectors, the connectors are connected with the second ports through connecting lines, and the connectors are used for being connected with the test sample so as to realize the connection of the test sample and the network switch.

In this implementation, the second port of the network switch is used for being connected with a test sample, if a connection line is directly led out from the test sample in the test chamber, the connection line passes through the side wall of the test chamber and is connected with the second port, a through hole needs to be formed in the test chamber for the connection line to pass through, and the sealing performance of the test chamber is reduced by a gap between the through hole and the connection line. This application is through setting up the connector on the inner wall in test chamber, and the connector passes through the connecting wire with the second port to be connected, and the direct line that passes through of test sample in the test chamber and interface connection can effectively improve the leakproofness of test chamber.

In one possible implementation, the display and/or the switch are embedded on the case.

In this implementation, with display and/or switch embedded on the box, can effectively reduce the volume of the space that environmental test case occupies to can hide the line on display and the switch in the box to environmental test case, improve the clean and tidy nature of the whole outward appearance of environmental test case.

In a possible implementation manner, the environmental test chamber further includes a keyboard and a mouse, and the keyboard and the mouse are connected to the switch.

In this implementation, keyboard and mouse are the input device commonly used, and every display and test sample need correspond to set up one set of keyboard and mouse under general condition, and this application passes through the switching function of switch, only needs one set of keyboard and mouse can realize the operation to a plurality of test samples.

In a possible implementation manner, the environmental test chamber further includes a keyboard and mouse support, the keyboard and mouse support is used for placing the keyboard and the mouse, the keyboard and mouse support is rotatably connected to the chamber body, and the keyboard and mouse support can rotate towards the chamber body to a folded state.

In this implementation, set up key mouse support on the box and place keyboard and mouse, make things convenient for staff's operation, need not to look for in addition the support and place keyboard and mouse. Set up the key mouse support and rotate and connect in the box, when not using keyboard and mouse, rotatable key mouse support draws in key mouse support, keyboard and mouse in to the box, can reduce the shared space of box.

In a possible implementation manner, an accommodating cavity is formed in the box body, and the keyboard, the mouse and the keyboard and mouse support can be rotatably accommodated in the accommodating cavity.

In this implementation, set up on the box and hold the chamber, when keyboard and mouse do not use, rotatable key mouse support all accomodates keyboard, mouse and key mouse support and holds the intracavity, effectively reduces the box and takes up an area of the space.

In a second aspect, the present application further provides an environmental test system, which includes the environmental test chamber according to any embodiment of the first aspect.

The environmental test system provided in the second aspect of the present application includes the environmental test chamber described in any one of the first aspect of the present application, so that the technical effects of any one of the above embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.

The application provides an environmental test case through being connected display and test sample to the operating condition who shows test sample in real time through the display is convenient for the staff and observes the analysis. And simultaneously arranging the switcher to enable the plurality of test samples to be simultaneously connected with one display, and switching the display object of the display in the plurality of test samples by operating the switcher. And a network switch is further arranged to realize networking and network port expansion of the environmental test chamber, so that a plurality of test samples can be connected with the control computer at the same time. In addition, the display, the switcher and the network switch are embedded in the box body, so that the occupied space volume of the environmental test chamber can be effectively reduced.

In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the drawings that are required to be used in the embodiments of the present application will be briefly described below, it should be understood that the following drawings only illustrate some embodiments of the present application and therefore should not be considered as limiting the scope, and that those skilled in the art can also obtain other related drawings based on the drawings without inventive efforts.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.

It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures. Meanwhile, in the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only for distinguishing the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an environmental test chamber, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a structural diagram of an environmental test chamber provided in an embodiment of the present invention, the environmental test chamber includes a chamber 100, a display 200 and a switch 300, the chamber 100 includes a test chamber, and the test chamber can accommodate at least two test samples; the display 200 is used for connecting with the test sample to display the running state of the test sample; the switch 300 is connected to the display 200 and the at least two test samples in the test chamber, respectively, for switching the display object of the display 200 between the at least two test samples.

In this implementation, when the environmental test chamber is used for testing the test sample, the display 200 is connected with the test sample, the running state of the test sample is displayed in real time through the display 200, and a worker can observe the running state of the test sample in the test process through the display 200. When more than two test samples are tested in the test cavity at the same time, the more than two test samples are connected with the switcher 300, the more than two test samples are all input to the switcher 300, the switcher 300 is connected with the display 200 to transmit one path of signal to the display 200, namely, the more than two test samples are simultaneously connected with the display 200 through the switcher 300, a worker can switch the signal input to the display 200 through operating a switching button of the switcher 300, and further, a display object of the display 200 is switched between at least two test samples. Compared with the method that one connecting wire is led out from each test sample to be connected with the display 200, the switcher 300 can be used for directly switching the display object of the display 200 through operating the switcher 300, the connecting wire structure is simplified, the operation of manually pulling wires is omitted, and the switching operation of workers is simplified.

Alternatively, the switch 300 may be a KVM switch (KVM is an abbreviation of Keyboard Video Mouse), a VGA switch, an AV switch, or the like, and may be specifically selected according to the type and performance of the test sample, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, when the test sample is a server, the switch 300 may select a KVM switch, wherein the KVM switch enables arbitrary selection of the connected computers using one monitor 200 and one set of keyboard and mouse by connecting keyboard, video and mouse ports.

The test sample includes, but is not limited to, an electronic device such as a server, a monitoring device, a mobile phone, and a computer, as long as the device can display the operating state through the display 200, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.

The running state refers to running states such as running temperature, running speed and running stability when the test sample runs.

The existing environmental test box cannot be connected with a network to realize real-time output, and a worker can only open the same U disk and the like of the environmental test box to copy the test data. However, if the box 100 is opened to copy data during the test process, the environment inside the box 100 will change, thereby affecting the accuracy of the test result. If the test data is copied after the test is selected to be completed, the data and problem feedback is not timely. Meanwhile, if a problem occurs in the test process, an engineer cannot find the problem in time, a remote engineer cannot analyze and solve the problem in time, and the timeliness of problem analysis is low.

In one possible implementation, the environmental test chamber further includes a network switch 400 and a control computer connected to the network switch 400, wherein the network switch 400 is connected to at least two test samples in the test chamber.

In this implementation, the network switch 400 is a device that expands the network, and can provide more connection ports in a sub-network to connect more computers. Therefore, the network switch 400 is respectively connected with at least two test samples and the control computer, so that the control computer can simultaneously control a plurality of test samples, and test data of the test samples in the test process are transmitted to the control computer in real time, so that timeliness of data and problem feedback can be ensured, the box body 100 of the environmental test box can be prevented from being opened in the test process, and accuracy of the test data is ensured. The network switch 400 can also connect the test sample in the test process to the sub-networks such as the internal network of the company, and the like, so that an engineer can remotely log in to implement the monitoring test process, and can analyze the problem in time when the problem occurs in the test process, thereby improving the timeliness of problem analysis.

If set up network switch 400 outside box 100, be independent of box 100 setting promptly, need look for in addition and place the position of network switch 400, enlarged environmental test case's occupation of land space, in addition, network switch 400 need pass through the connecting wire with two at least test sample and be connected, if set up network switch 400 outside box 100, box 100 also can be drawn forth to many connecting wires for environmental test case's overall distribution is more in disorder, and is not tidy.

In one possible implementation, the network switch 400 is embedded on the enclosure 100.

In this implementation, embed network switch 400 on box 100, can reduce the occupation of land space of environmental test case to can hide network switch 400 and test sample's connecting wire in environmental test case's box 100, make the whole outward appearance of environmental test case keep neat, convenient transportation and storage.

In one possible implementation, the network switch 400 is provided with a first port connected to the control computer, and the first port is exposed outside the box 100.

In this implementation, the control computer is generally disposed outside the enclosure 100 of the environmental test chamber, and the first port of the network switch 400 connected to the control computer is exposed outside the enclosure 100, so as to facilitate connection with the control computer.

In a possible implementation manner, at least two second ports are arranged on the network switch 400, at least two connection ports are arranged on the inner wall of the test cavity, the at least two connection ports and the at least two second ports are connected in a one-to-one correspondence manner through connection lines, and the connection ports are used for being connected with a test sample to realize connection of the test sample and the network switch 400.

In this implementation, the second port of the network switch 400 is used to connect with the test sample, and if a connection line is directly led out from the test sample in the test chamber and passes through the sidewall of the test chamber to connect with the second port, a through hole needs to be formed in the test chamber for the connection line to pass through, and a gap between the through hole and the connection line may reduce the sealing performance of the test chamber. This application is through setting up the connector on the inner wall in test chamber, and the connector passes through the connecting wire with the second port to be connected, and the direct line that passes through of test sample in the test chamber and interface connection can effectively improve the leakproofness of test chamber.

In one possible implementation, the display 200 and/or switch 300 are embedded on the case 100.

In this implementation manner, the display 200 and/or the switch 300 are embedded in the box 100, so that the occupied space of the environmental test chamber can be effectively reduced, and the connection line between the display 200 and the switch 300 can be hidden in the box 100 of the environmental test chamber, thereby improving the tidiness of the overall appearance of the environmental test chamber.

In one possible implementation, the environmental test chamber further includes a keyboard and a mouse, and the keyboard and the mouse are connected to the switch 300.

In this implementation manner, the keyboard and the mouse are commonly used input devices, and generally, a set of keyboard and a set of mouse need to be correspondingly set for each display 200 and the test sample, and the application can realize the operation on a plurality of test samples only by a set of keyboard and a set of mouse through the switching function of the switch 300.

In a possible implementation manner, the environmental test chamber further includes a keyboard and mouse support 500, the keyboard and mouse support 500 is used for placing a keyboard and a mouse, the keyboard and mouse support 500 is rotatably connected to the box body 100, and the keyboard and mouse support 500 can rotate towards the box body 100 to a folded state.

In this implementation, set up keyboard mouse support 500 on box 100 and place keyboard and mouse, make things convenient for staff's operation, need not to look for in addition the support and place keyboard and mouse. The keyboard and mouse support 500 is rotatably connected to the box body 100, and when the keyboard and the mouse are not used, the keyboard and the mouse support 500 can be rotated to fold the keyboard and the mouse support 500, the keyboard and the mouse in the box body 100, so that the occupied space of the box body 100 can be reduced.

In a possible implementation manner, the housing 100 is provided with a receiving cavity 600, and the keyboard, the mouse and the keyboard and mouse support 500 can be rotatably received in the receiving cavity 600.

In this implementation, set up on box 100 and hold chamber 600, when keyboard and mouse do not use, rotatable key mouse support 500 all accomodates keyboard, mouse and key mouse support 500 in holding chamber 600, effectively reduces box 100 occupation of land space.

In a second aspect, the present application further provides an environmental test system, which includes the environmental test chamber according to any embodiment of the first aspect.
