The invention relates to a brake control system of a general vehicle for transportation or a component thereof, in particular to a vibration and noise reduction brake.

Background

In the running process of the vehicle, the brake can achieve the purpose of forced deceleration or stop through different operations of a driver, so that the vehicle can run stably, and the safety of the driver and passengers can be ensured under emergency. Although the conventional brake has wide application, stable and reliable structure and low manufacturing cost, the conventional brake has the defects that sliding friction and mechanical vibration generated by braking during the running process of a vehicle generate sharp braking noise. The instability factors of the conventional braking or the emergency braking of the vehicle are more, and the braking noises from different sources can be mixed together to generate stronger noise interference, so that the emotion and riding comfort of a driver and passengers are influenced, the manipulation safety and stability of the driver are also influenced, and the consumer can doubt the performance of the product, and the sale of the brake product and even the whole vehicle is influenced. Many vehicle manufacturers have therefore placed higher design and performance requirements on brake manufacturers: on the premise of ensuring high-efficiency braking, the brake noise is reduced as much as possible, and the sound comfort of a common vehicle is improved. Most brake manufacturers do not have a clear and effective solution due to design, manufacturing and machining process limitations, and equipment manufacturers have a great deal of research into conventional brake noise control, which attempts to reduce high frequency noise generated during vehicle braking, respectively, from the perspective of brake construction and materials, but the effect is not significant. To date, no complete set of solutions and devices exist that can better suppress or eliminate such braking noise.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inner cylindrical surface of the brake shoe 8 is provided with 2 shallow grooves 10, the number of the shallow grooves 10 is 2, the 2 shallow grooves 10 are respectively positioned at two sides of the rib plate 9 and are symmetrically distributed, inner cylindrical surface pressing strips 13 are welded on the shallow grooves 10 in a sealing mode, a closed cavity is formed between the shallow grooves 10 and the inner cylindrical surface pressing strips 13, the depth of the shallow grooves 10 is 1/5 of the thickness of the cylindrical surface of the brake shoe 8, the width of the shallow grooves 10 is 1/4 of the width of the cylindrical surface of the brake shoe 8, and the circumferential length of the shallow grooves 10 is 2/3 of the maximum circumferential length of the inner cylindrical surface of the brake shoe 8. The side surface of the inner cylindrical surface bead 13 is an arc cylindrical surface, the thickness of the inner cylindrical surface bead 13 is 1mm, the width of the inner cylindrical surface bead 13 is 2mm larger than that of the shallow groove 10, and the circumferential length of the inner cylindrical surface bead 13 exceeds that of the shallow groove 10 by 2 mm.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, 3 deep grooves 11 are arranged on one side surface of a rib plate 9 at equal intervals, two ends of each deep groove 11 are of a U-shaped structure, the depth of each deep groove 11 is 3/5 of the thickness of the rib plate 9, the radial width of each deep groove 11 is 2/3 of the narrowest width of the rib plate 9, the circumferential length of each deep groove 11 is 1/5 of the maximum circumferential length of the rib plate 9, spherical metal particles are filled in the deep grooves 11, the diameter of each spherical metal particle is 1/8 of the depth of the deep groove 11, the filling volume of each spherical metal particle is 3/5 of the volume of the deep groove 11, rib plate pressing strips 12 are welded on the deep grooves 11 in a sealing mode, a closed cavity is formed between each deep groove 11 and each rib plate pressing strip 12, and the spherical metal particles are located in the closed cavity. As shown in fig. 2, two ends of the hollow cylinder 5 are respectively fixedly connected with a return spring 7, spherical metal particles are filled in the hollow cylinder 5, the number of the return springs 7 is 2, and one end of each return spring 7, which is far away from the hollow cylinder 5, is movably connected with a through hole on the brake shoe 8.

The invention relates to a vibration-damping noise-reducing brake which is one of drum brakes and is a novel vibration-damping noise-reducing brake developed on the basis of the structure of the traditional brake. The design is easy to implement, and the purposes of vibration reduction and noise reduction can be achieved on the premise of not reducing the original braking efficiency. The brake transmission mechanism is utilized to enable the brake shoe 8 to press the brake friction plate 4 on the inner side surface of the brake drum 1, the brake drum 1 and the wheel rotate synchronously, meanwhile, friction braking force is generated, the wheel is decelerated or stopped within the shortest distance according to requirements, or the parking reliability of the vehicle is guaranteed, and the vehicle is prevented from automatically sliding.

The invention provides a design scheme of a vibration-damping noise-reducing brake from a key component brake shoe 8 and a return spring 7 connected with the key component brake shoe for the first time, which comprises the following steps: by reasonably arranging cavities with different depths on the brake shoe 8, the vibration and the brake noise of the whole structure can be effectively inhibited by utilizing the combined vibration attenuation and noise reduction design of air film damping of a cavity of a shallow groove 10, non-obstructive particle damping in a cavity of a deep groove 11 and a hollow cylinder 5 and a cubic-stiffness spring mass vibrator consisting of the hollow cylinder 5 and a pair of reset springs 7, so that the noise pollution and the negative effects in the brake process are reduced.

As shown in fig. 4, the effect contrast explains that: under the same maximum braking force working condition, the improved patent prototype and the improved original equipment are respectively used for realizing multi-point sampling analysis on a spherical surface 0.3m away from the brake to obtain an average A weighting sound pressure level frequency response function, as shown in figure 4, the noise data of the patent prototype is lower than that of the original equipment by about 3dBA on the whole, and the braking noise of the brake is effectively reduced.
