Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a pair of ear picking rollers, a corn harvester header and a corn harvester.

Background

The snapping roll is an essential part of a corn harvester cutting table, and the current corn harvester cutting table mainly comprises a horizontal type longitudinally-arranged cutting table of the snapping roll according to the arrangement mode of the snapping roll on the cutting table of the corn harvester. In the header with the horizontal snapping roll longitudinally arranged as shown in fig. 1, the heading direction of the header is set to be in front (as shown by an arrow in fig. 1), two snapping rolls 1001 with the same structure are horizontally arranged to form a group of snapping roll pairs, and the snapping rolls 1001 are parallel to the header in the heading direction or form an acute angle (namely, are approximately parallel) smaller than 30 degrees in the length extending direction from back to front. The horizontal header that vertically sets up of snapping roll leads to the header than wider because snapping roll and snapping chain set up side by side, and snapping roll and snapping chain set up more crowded, there is the problem of easily blockking up snapping roll in the snapping process, consequently, it is necessary to provide a snapping roll pair roller and maize picker header and maize picker that snapping roll unconventionally set up to solve the problem that exists among the background art.

Preferably, the second snapping roll has a different structure from the first snapping roll, the second snapping roll comprises a fifth shaft body matched with the first shaft body, a sixth shaft body and a seventh shaft body are respectively arranged on two sides of the fifth shaft body, and a second snapping roll driving wheel is arranged on the outer side of the sixth shaft body.

the ear picking mechanism comprises two groups of ear picking paired rollers, the first ear picking roller and the second ear picking roller are rotatably arranged on the header frame, and the first ear picking roller and the second ear picking roller are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction; the first snapping roll forms an included angle of not less than 45 degrees with the advancing direction of the corn harvester header along the header frame from the length extending direction from inside to outside of the header.

Preferably, the first snapping roll and/or the second snapping roll are/is arranged on the header frame in a height-adjustable manner.

Preferably, the straw cutting mechanism is a reciprocating cutter or a ground hob; the ear conveying mechanism is a conveyor belt or a chain rake type treadmill, and is arranged below the ear picking mechanism.

Preferably, the straw feeding mechanism comprises reel chains, two pairs of reel chains are arranged in front of each group of the snapping rollers, and each pair of reel chains feeds a row of harvested corn straws.

Preferably, the straw feeding mechanism further comprises a guide chain positioned between the reel chain and the ear picking pair rollers, the guide chain is arranged at two ends of each group of ear picking pair rollers in the length extending direction, and the guide chains are arranged on the header rack.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the ear picking pair rollers for the header of the corn harvester in the patent are different from the existing ear picking pair rollers in design technical scheme, the ear picking pair rollers in the patent comprise a first ear picking roller and a second ear picking roller which are different in structure, and the first ear picking roller and the second ear picking roller of the ear picking pair rollers are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction; the first snapping roll forms an included angle of not less than 45 degrees with the advancing direction of the corn harvester header along the header frame from the length extending direction of the inner part and the outer part of the header frame, and the snapping roll is horizontally and transversely arranged on the header. Compared with the ear picking roller used in the existing header with the ear picking roller horizontally and longitudinally arranged, the ear picking roller pair in the patent is specially designed for the header with the ear picking roller horizontally and transversely arranged, and is a brand new technical scheme.

2. The header of the corn harvester comprises a header frame, and a straw cutting mechanism, a straw feeding mechanism, an ear picking mechanism and an ear conveying mechanism which are arranged on the header frame; the straw cutting mechanism and the straw feeding mechanism are arranged at the front end of the header frame, the ear picking mechanism is arranged behind the straw feeding mechanism, and a hay cutter is arranged behind the ear picking mechanism; the straw cutting mechanism is used for cutting off the corn straws in the field; the straw feeding mechanism is used for conveying the corn straws cut off by the straw cutting mechanism to the ear picking mechanism; the ear picking mechanism is used for separating corn straws from ears on the corn straws, the separated corn straws enter a hay cutter, and the ears are conveyed away by the ear conveying mechanism; ear picking mechanism includes two sets of ear of grain pairs rollers of plucking, and arbitrary pair of ear picking roller pair all includes first ear of grain roller and second ear of grain roller of plucking, first ear of grain roller with the equal rotatable locating of second ear of grain roller of plucking in the header frame, first ear of grain roller with the second ear of grain roller interval sets up in vertical direction. The ear picking roller is arranged behind the straw feeding mechanism, so that the design width of the header is reduced, and the problem that the ear picking roller is jammed easily in the ear picking process due to the fact that the ear picking roller and the ear picking chain are arranged side by side is avoided.

3. The invention aims at the horizontal transverse arrangement of the header of the snapping roll, the guide chains are arranged between the reel chains and the snapping roll pairs, and the guide chains are arranged at the two ends of each snapping roll pair in the length extension direction, so that the corn straws can be better conveyed, and the snapping mechanism can be prevented from being blocked when the corn straws are fed into the snapping mechanism.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. as shown in fig. 2 to 3, a pair of ear picking rollers, which is specially used for a horizontal header with ear picking rollers transversely arranged in the invention, comprises a first ear picking roller 401 and a second ear picking roller 402 which have the same or different structures, and the first ear picking roller 401 and the second ear picking roller 402 have different structures; the first snapping roll comprises a first shaft body 408, second shaft bodies 404 are arranged on two sides of the first shaft body 408, guide blades 403 are arranged on the second shaft bodies 404, and the guide blades are used for conveying the corn straws passing through the straw feeding mechanism 3 to the middle position of the first snapping roll 401 or the second snapping roll 402. A third shaft body 405 is arranged on the outer side of one of the second shaft bodies 404, a fourth shaft body 407 is arranged on the outer side of the other second shaft body 404, and the third shaft body 405 and the fourth shaft body 407 are rotatably arranged on the header frame 1 through bearings respectively. The ear picking pair rollers for the header of the corn harvester in the patent are different from the existing ear picking pair rollers in design technical scheme, the ear picking pair rollers in the patent comprise a first ear picking roller and a second ear picking roller which are different in structure, and the first ear picking roller and the second ear picking roller of the ear picking pair rollers are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction; the first snapping roll forms an included angle of not less than 45 degrees with the advancing direction of the corn harvester header along the length extending direction from inside to outside of the header frame, and the header is horizontally and transversely arranged. Compared with the ear picking roller used in the existing header with the ear picking roller horizontally and longitudinally arranged, the ear picking roller pair in the patent is specially designed for the header with the ear picking roller horizontally and transversely arranged, and is a brand new technical scheme.

Example two:

as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the header of the corn harvester is set in front of the advancing direction of the header, and comprises a header frame 1, and a straw cutting mechanism 2, a straw feeding mechanism 3, an ear picking mechanism 4 and an ear conveying mechanism 5 which are arranged on the header frame 1. The straw cutting mechanism 2 and the straw feeding mechanism 3 are arranged at the front end of the header frame 1, the ear picking mechanism 4 is arranged behind the straw feeding mechanism 3, the hay cutter 6 is arranged behind the ear picking mechanism 4, and the rear end of the hay cutter 6 is fixed on the body of the corn harvester.

The straw cutting mechanism 2 is used for cutting off the corn straws in the field. The straw feeding mechanism 3 is used for clamping and conveying the corn straws cut off by the straw cutting mechanism 2 to the ear picking mechanism 4. The ear picking mechanism 4 is used for separating the corn stalks from the ears on the corn stalks, the separated corn stalks enter a hay cutter 6, and the ears are conveyed away by the ear conveying mechanism 5.

As shown in fig. 4, the snapping mechanism 4 includes two sets of snapping double rollers 40, and the two sets of snapping double rollers are symmetrically disposed about a center sill of the header frame 1. Any group of ear picking roll pairs 40 comprise a first ear picking roll 401 and a second ear picking roll 402, the first ear picking roll 401 and the second ear picking roll 402 are rotatably arranged on the header frame 1, the first ear picking roll 401 and the second ear picking roll 402 are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, and namely, the first ear picking roll 401 and the second ear picking roll 402 have a height difference in the vertical direction. In this embodiment, the first snapping roll 401 and the second snapping roll 402 are arranged in parallel, and an included angle between the length extending direction of the first snapping roll 401 from the inner side of the header frame (i.e., the center of the header frame) to the outer side of the header frame along the header frame 1 and the advancing direction of the header of the corn harvester is not less than 45 degrees, specifically, may be 45 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees, 120 degrees or other degrees.

The corn harvester header in this patent through setting up the snapping roll at straw feeding mechanism's rear, has reduced the design width of header, and the part sets up more rationally, makes things convenient for dismouting and change. The problem that the snapping roll is easily blocked in the snapping process due to the fact that the snapping roll and the snapping chain are arranged side by side is also avoided.

In this embodiment, two pairs of snapping rollers 40 are disposed on the header frame 1, two straw feeding mechanisms 3 are correspondingly disposed in front of each pair of snapping rollers 40, and a group of snapping rollers 40 corresponding to each straw feeding mechanism 3 feeds a row of harvested corn straws. Specifically, the straw feeding mechanism 3 comprises a pair of reel chains 31, the reel chains 31 are arranged on a reel wheel 32, and the reel wheel 32 drives the reel chains 31 to rotate. In order to feed the corn straws into the straw cutting mechanism 2 better, the straw feeding mechanism 3 further comprises a guide chain 33 positioned between the reel chain 31 and each group of ear-picking pair rollers 40, the two ends of each group of ear-picking pair rollers 40 in the length extension direction are respectively provided with the guide chain 33, the guide chains 33 are arranged on guide chain rotating wheels, the guide chain rotating wheels are arranged on the header frame 1, and the guide chain rotating wheels are driven by a power device.

In this embodiment, the first snapping roll 401 and/or the second snapping roll 402 are/is height-adjustable and are disposed on the header frame 1. So as to adjust the size of the gap between the first snapping roll 401 and the second snapping roll 402 according to the sizes of different corn ears and corn stalks.

In this embodiment, the straw cutting mechanism 2 is a reciprocating cutter, but a ground hob or other device capable of cutting off straw and suitable for being mounted on the header may also be used, and the straw cutting mechanism 2 is disposed below the straw feeding mechanism 3.

In this embodiment, the ear conveying mechanism 5 is a conveyor belt, and may be a chain rake type treadmill or other devices capable of conveying the ears of corn picked by the ear picking mechanism away from the header of the corn harvester, the ear conveying mechanism 5 is disposed below the ear picking mechanism 4, and one end of the ear conveying mechanism 5 is provided with a transfer conveying mechanism for conveying the ears of corn to the peeling machine or the ear box.

In this embodiment, a straw conveying mechanism 7 is arranged between the hay cutter 6 and the ear picking mechanism 4, the straw conveying mechanism 7 comprises a conveying passage and a plurality of conveying rollers located in the conveying passage, one end of the straw conveying mechanism 7 is communicated with the rear end of the ear picking mechanism 4, and the other end of the straw conveying mechanism is communicated with a feed inlet of the hay cutter 6. The corn stalks separated from the corn ears enter a hay cutter 6 through a stalk conveying mechanism 7.

In this embodiment, the first snapping roll 401 and the second snapping roll 402 are arranged in parallel. Of course, it is also possible to arrange in such a way that the horizontal plane of the first snapping roll 401 is parallel to the horizontal plane of the second snapping roll 402.

On the other hand, the invention also discloses a corn harvester which comprises the cutting table of the corn harvester, wherein the cutting table of the corn harvester is arranged on the body of the corn harvester.
