8. The apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a belt guide roller disposed behind the core cutting mechanism.

9. A honey plaster making apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising an intermediate guide roller, a second belt guide roller and a follower roller, the second belt guide roller being disposed above the second belt.

10. A honey plaster making apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein a baffle is provided on one side of the pressing mechanism, the baffle confining the honey plaster to an area between the conveyor belt, the baffle and the pressing roller; the separation mechanism includes a scraper.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of honey plaster or plaster prepared from plaster mud, in particular to a honey plaster core and plaster mud core preparation equipment.

Background

The traditional plaster is mainly prepared by adding vegetable oil or animal oil, decocting into colloidal substance, coating on one surface of cloth, paper or skin, and sealing with release paper, and removing the release paper when in use, and applying the base material with medicine on the affected part to allow the medicine to act on the affected part for a long time. Honey ointment and ointment paste (hereinafter referred to as honey ointment for convenience of description) have very poor fluidity compared with the conventional ointment, so that the automatic processing of honey ointment or honey ointment bands cannot be directly processed by using conventional ointment processing equipment. At present, the common honey plaster or the plaster processed by using the plaster mud is completely finished manually, specifically, the prepared honey plaster is placed on a noodle press to be pressed into a large honey plaster tablet with the same thickness, then a special honey plaster medicine core mould is manually used to press a honey plaster medicine core or a plaster mud medicine core (for convenience of description, the honey plaster core is called as a honey plaster core hereinafter) from the large honey plaster tablet with the same thickness, and then the honey plaster medicine core is separated from the large honey plaster tablet with the same thickness; removing the pearlized film from the pearlized film lining paper, manually holding the honey paste drug core to be adhered to the pearlized film attached to the base fabric, and finally sealing the pearlized film with the honey paste drug core on the base fabric by using release paper; the manufacture of the honey plaster medicine core or the manufacture of the honey plaster medicine belt is a core process of honey plaster processing, and other subsequent processes are easy to realize automatic processing. However, the production of the honey paste medicine core or the honey paste medicine belt is finished manually, which needs a great amount of manpower, material resources and fields, and has high processing cost and low processing efficiency.

Detailed Description

The invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings:

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the core making apparatus includes a base 10, and the length direction of the base 10 is defined as the left-right direction, i.e. the conveying direction of the honey ointment. The base 10 is provided with a tabletting mechanism 20, a carrying mechanism 30 and a drug core cutting mechanism 40, wherein the tabletting mechanism 20 is used for pressing the honey ointment into a tablet shape, and the tablet honey ointment is laid on the carrying mechanism 30 and cut into a honey ointment drug core by the drug core cutting mechanism 40. The tabletting mechanism 20 can extrude the honey ointment into a sheet shape by utilizing an extrusion principle, and specifically can extrude and press the honey ointment into a sheet shape by utilizing two extrusion rollers which rotate relatively. In this embodiment, the tabletting mechanism 20 comprises at least one rotatable pressing roller 21, and the carrying mechanism 30 comprises a conveyor belt 31 capable of conveying along the extension direction of the base 10, so that the bulk honey ointment is pressed into a sheet shape by the cooperation of the rotatable pressing roller 21 of the tabletting mechanism 20 and the conveyor belt 31 and is laid on the conveyor belt 31 of the carrying mechanism 30; two or more than two compression rollers 21 are arranged in front and back to enable the bulk honey ointment to be gradually pressed into a sheet shape, so that the local over-large stress of the conveyor belt 31 is avoided, the thickness of the sheet honey ointment is further ensured to be more uniform, the second compression roller 23 is arranged between the first compression roller 22 and the drug core cutting mechanism 40, the gap between the second compression roller 23 and the conveyor belt 31 is smaller than the gap between the first compression roller 23 and the conveyor belt 31, so that the honey ointment is gradually pressed, a third compression roller (not shown) can be further arranged behind the second compression roller 23, and the follow-up arrangement of the third compression roller can ensure that the sheet honey ointment is not adhered to the second compression roller 23; the medicine core cutting mechanism 40 may be a cutter capable of reciprocating up and down, or may be a cutter roll 41 with higher efficiency, a cutting edge (not shown) with a closed shape is provided on the cutter roll 41, the cutting edge is usually rectangular, circular or elliptical, so that the cutter roll 41 rotates above the conveyor belt 31, when the sheet-shaped honey ointment laid on the conveyor belt 31 passes through the cutter roll 41, the cutter roll 41 and the conveyor belt 31 are matched to cut into the honey ointment medicine core and the honey ointment medicine core residue, and the honey ointment medicine core residue are separated to obtain the honey ointment medicine core.

In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a second conveyor belt mechanism 70, the second conveyor belt mechanism 70 comprising a second conveyor belt 71 which is movable in the extension direction of the frame 10, the second conveyor belt 71 being disposed above the unwinding roller 50. Thus, when only the honey paste drug core is produced, the honey paste drug core passing through the cutter roller 41 and the honey paste drug core residue are also guided by the conveyor belt guide roller 61 under the conveying of the conveyor belt 31, the honey paste drug core residue is folded onto the second conveyor belt 71 at the conveyor belt guide roller 61 and is conveyed and recovered along with the second conveyor belt 71, and the honey paste drug core is remained on the conveyor belt 31 and is separated from the honey paste drug core residue, so that the honey paste drug core is obtained; when the honey paste medicine belt is produced, the honey paste medicine cores and the honey paste medicine core residual materials adhered on the release paper are conveyed by the conveyor belt 31 and guided by the conveyor belt guide roller 61, the honey paste medicine core residual materials and the honey paste medicine cores adhered on the release paper are separated at the conveyor belt guide roller 61, the honey paste medicine cores adhered on the release paper are folded onto the second conveyor belt 71 and are conveyed along with the second conveyor belt 71 to obtain the honey paste medicine belt, and the honey paste medicine core residual materials are remained on the conveyor belt 31 and are recovered; further, a second cutting mechanism 80 can be arranged above the second conveyor belt 71, and the second cutting mechanism 80 intermittently cuts the release paper adhered with the honey paste medicine cores and passing through the second conveyor belt 71 to obtain the sheet-shaped release paper adhered with the honey paste medicine cores, so that the honey paste medicine cores are convenient to transfer and air-cure; further, a rotatable middle guide roller 62 is further arranged above the conveyor belt 31, a rotatable second conveyor belt guide roller 63 is arranged on the second conveyor belt 71, so that release paper adhered with the honey paste medicine cores can better pass through the second cutting mechanism 80, and the middle guide roller 62 can play a role in supporting and steering; a rotatable follower roller 64 can be additionally arranged between the conveyor belt guide roller 61 and the medicine core cutting mechanism 40, the follower roller 64 can further adhere the honey paste medicine core and the honey paste medicine core residue on the release paper, and large pressure cannot be applied to the honey paste medicine core and the honey paste medicine core residue to cause the honey paste medicine core to become thin.

In another preferred embodiment, a separating mechanism 90 may be further disposed on one side of the conveyor belt 31, the separating mechanism 90 is used for peeling the honey paste core from the conveyor belt 31 or peeling the honey paste core residue from the conveyor belt 31, in this embodiment, the separating mechanism 90 includes a scraper 91, the scraper 91 is disposed at the end of the conveyor belt 31 for removing and peeling the honey paste core or the honey paste core residue passing through the end of the conveyor belt 31, and the scraper 91 is substantially planar and disposed in a direction substantially identical to the running direction of the honey paste core or the honey paste core residue, so as to ensure that the honey paste core is not deformed after being removed and removed.
